The only reason that I dont give it a zero is because the young lady- associate- was extremely nice & Patient!Our organization has been using them (lucky brand ) for over 4 years.We went to purchase tiaras for the upcoming event, and we found these 2 tiaras extremely beautiful.One was priced correctly on the price tag BUT the other one was was priced a $100 less then its price so it read $160 instead $260. We ask them to honor the price but the manager refused and said WE DONT WORK LIKE THAT. Afte 10 minutes of asking her to at least lower it by 5% refused & LIED to our faces saying that she absolutely cant do anything & blamed her workers for marking wrong & didnt admit to her side of respo5. So we had too payed full price & GOT LIED TO. We gave up & leftt...

Prices dont match web site. Manager is rude in person. Two of my tiaras crystals fell off even before I got a chance to wear it.
