The only reason why I am giving it a one star is because google would not allow to give none. Elena is the most disgusting liar I have ever meet . I am currently making my wedding dress there and she literally made me another dress that does not even look like the one I asked for . It is so terrible that I want to just cry. The dress is awful . I told her that the dress is not the same and she said that it is . I have to go back and pick it up . I have already contacted the City of Los Angeles Consumer Affairs and made my complaint. I encourage others to please do the same if you got an experience like mine with the so called “seamstress” Elena . The City of Los Angeles would like to hear the citizens to correct this tacky business .

Maria Elena was honest and experieneced. She altered my wedding dress that I already had purchased somewhere else and she did my moms dress from scratch. She was detailed with fabric and sizing. I think people who give her bad reviews show her a picture of a 10,000 dollar dress and expect the high end quality replica for chump change. All the dresses she has on mannequins are the ones she makes. So you get to see her work. Thank you so much maria elena. Hopefully you get better reviews.

This place deserves negative stars . Come to this place if you want a completely different dress than what you wanted, made with the cheapest material found all while being over priced all made by extremely unorganized and unqualified staff. This place needs to be Shut down !

My expirience with this place was the same as the person who posted the previous review. HORRIBLE!!!! I came here after looking for a already made dress for my wedding. After not finding anything. I decided to get it made. Worst mistake ever. When I originally spoke to Elena(consultant) I asked her if the dress would look like the picture of the dress i fell inlove with. She assured me that it would look exactly the same. I told her that was my biggest fear; that the dress would look different. She insisted that it would look identical to the one in the picture. At the end the dress did NOT look anything like the picture i provided. I mention this to Elena at my second to last fitting which was rescheduled by them 3 times and finally made the wednesday before my wedding. She told me that the lace they used was the same type of lace in the picture. I repeted again that the dress was different and showed her the picture once again on my phone while i had the dress on. She continue to disagree with me. I started to point out all the things that were different. She did not bother to acknowledge anything. Anyone that took a look at both dresses would be able to see how different they look from each other. She at the end said that they would change all the things i thought were wrong, and have the dress ready the next day. Well when I came to pick up the final product the following day. The dress still looked the same. By this point it is the thursday before my saturday wedding. There was nothing I could do. I was so mad and dissapointed. Please DO NOT get your dress made here.*They do a horrible job*Dresses do not look anything like the pictures you will provide*Elena will not listen to you and your concerns*They will give you your dress a couple of days before your event*They wont care how upset you are about the finished product, and pretend like their product is of exactly what you asked for.
