Made an appointment over the phone the day before and was told it didnt matter what service I needed. Its easy and quick I was told. Just needed Rotation and Alignment told the employee on the phone. The next day for my 7am appointment the store didnt open until nearly 5 min after. Person checking me in was rude and disinterested in serving me. Then I was told to park my car even though I had an appointment at 7 would be a couple hours. Shouldnt be a couple hours for minor service first off and this location said yesterday that it would be easy and quick. Told them to forget it and left. Ill take my business elsewhere.
I made an appointment for an oil change and here i am 2 1/2 hr later sitting at the shop and my car untouched. just be honest and say you don’t have time. i’ve used firestone on several occasions but might not come back now
I went to Firestone on La Cienega and asked for an inspection because my brakes were making noises. The inspection was free but Alex convinced me that what I really needed was a full car inspection at a low price. Even though my car is this years model. I consented and Alex said he would call me to pick it up in a couple hours.3 hours later, I get a voicemail from Jennifer saying my tire is flat and they can fix it for a low price. I call back and Alex answered. He asked if I want them to repair the tire. I said no. Me: Is my car finished? Alex: Were still working on it. Me: Ready or not here I come. I walk in and Jennifer said they fixed my tire already and shes getting ready to charge me for it. I told her I just spoke with Alex. So she just printed up the full car inspection and it was basically just checking my brake fluid (which this years model already gets for free). Not to mention I have a Tire Pressure Monitoring System and it works just fine. So I left. There was no nail in my tire like they said and it wasnt flat. It was the same tire that I had before I went in.
I had an appointment at Firestone in La Cienega (1975 S LA CIENEGA BLVD) the Supervisor was so rude. I came in today at 7, to get my car checked out, I had them fix it a couple months ago and it never gotten fixed.When I first stepped in I greeted the supervisor at the desk, he didn’t even greet me back. However, he tells me just step to the side. I simply ask how long that’s going to be because I was going to leave my car there and come back when it’s ready. He then proceeds to yell at me and screams” JUST STEP TO THE SIDE”! He embarrassed me in front of customers and staff that was working there at the time. I just left as I’ve never gotten treated like this ever!!!Please either fire or suspend your supervisor there, I’ve been there a couple times and each time has been a hassle with him. I originally set an appointment and got a quote from Safelite. However, I had to wait over a week to get it fixed. So I decided to go to this Firestone. I took my car in the morning, discussed the issue with the person at the counter. I forget his name, but he wasnt the friendliest of people. The man explained that it was about $225 for the quote itself. I thought that didnt make any sense, and I should have walked out then and there. But he showed me his computer screen, broke down the cost, and said with the quote, parts and labor, it would be $380 in TOTAL. I even triple checked and made sure that it wasnt 225 for the quote (he said labor factors into that amount) and then an additional 380 for the actual fix. Again, I triple checked with him, showing me the computer screen and everything to make sure it wasnt going to end up being over $600 all together. He ensured and promised me that it was only $380 in total. He asked me if I wanted to proceed, essentially meaning accepting the $225 cost for the quote (again ridiculous I should have walked away). I said yes, and left with the knowledge and assurance from the man that Id come back to a $380 bill.I come back a couple hours later (I had issues with my phone, saw they called and decided just to walk in), and a new person greets me, I believe his name was Alex. I tell him why Im there, and he pulls up the quote and what needs to get done. Mind you, the labor and parts (motor and regulator) that were necessary for the repair appeared EXACTLY as they did when the first person showed me...but this time the price magically increased to about $588. I countered and explained the situation and how I was originally quoted for $380, and reinforced that I triple checked with the first man. He didn’t seem to care, and bluntly said “If you walk away we still have to charge you $225 for the quote”. I was legitimately stuck, regardless of what I did. I had to pay these crooks no matter what. Needing the job done ASAP as I needed my car for daily work, and being FORCED to pay a hefty amount regardless, I begrudgingly told them to do the work.I returned after I received a call from the store, saying the car was done. When I return, I am forced to wait in a line for over 15 minutes. This line consisted of TWO people. But the customer service was horribly slow. As I’m waiting, I hear a woman arguing with a new employee I hadn’t seen earlier, about a previous service she had done. The gist of the issue (from what I could hear) is that her car was given an oil change less than a month prior, and the check engine light turned on, and she had engine issues. Essentially what happened was these crooks claimed to have given her an oil change, but as it turns out (even confirmed by this new employee) they actually never did. They lied, and charged her for an oil change that never happened.Finally I get to this new employee (I forget her name). She was much friendlier than the previous two, and she legitimately helped me. I explained the situation and she took $100 off the price bringing it to about $488. Still WAY more than I should have paid, but still much better.This was by far the worst experience I’ve had anywhere.
They are Unreliable, Liars, Dont Care..Stay Away...This shop is an approved installer for Tire Rack. I called to set an appointment for a specific time prior to shipping my tire to this location. When I arrived, I was told that the wait time would be 2 to 3 hours and they were pretty joyful and unconcerned about the mishap. They even told me that I didnt have to install my tire at that location at the time when I was sitting with a flat in the parking lot (I have run flats so was able to get there). Several people in line ahead of me had the same issue and left. A girl had an appointment for an oil change and on top of a 2 -3 hour wait time, they didnt have a filter. They told her they dont order until she gets here. When she asked why didnt they tell her that when she called for an appointment, they replied that they did not need to disclose such information. She left and they were not concerned. Stay away from this place and save yourself time and frustration.
We got a flat in LA and called in the morning to ask if they had the tire we needed. They told us they did so we brought our car there. They looked at the car and the tires and told us it would be ready in an hour. An hour later, when we showed up to pick up the car again, they had not even started working on it yet and told us it would take another hour. After another hour, we get a call from them saying they dont have the tire and blamed us for giving them the wrong information, which wasnt true and they had been looking at tires themselves just two hours earlier. So they had to get the tire delivered the next day, which meant we had to take an Uber from OC to go pick it up the next day. When I arrive, the car is super dirty on the inside, I get that they have oil and dirt on them, but they could at least clean it up with a wipe or something once they were done. My car has a beige interior so it is quite obvious when it is dirty and it was black stains all over. When I had to pay, it was $60 more than they had told us the day before. On top of that, while I was waiting to pay for the service, the manager was talking to another customer, an elderly man with hearing loss, and the manager was SO rude to him. He talked down to him, made faces, etc. It made me super uncomfortable and I really regret taking my car here. Stay away!!
We had a flat while driving through LA on vacation. We brought the car into this Firestone to get the tire replaced. They told us it would be done in about 3 hours, which felt long but we were OK with. We found things to do, but when we returned 3 hours later, they had not moved the car or done any work on it. It turns out they needed the tire delivered from another Firestone, and got the wrong one. When the correct tire did arrive, they had no one available to put it on. Through all of this, they gave us no updates. Only by repeatedly asking did we get any information. Once they did bring the car into the service bay, it took an additional 90 minutes to get the tire changed.I recommend to management, if they read this, to train staff to give accurate information, voluntarily. I recognize that delays and mistakes happen, but the inconvenience and frustration are exacerbated when the time commitments are not updated when circumstances change. We could have stayed out doing things rather than waiting at the Firestone for several hours.
Very unprofessional very rude the employees act like they hate there jobs the customers didn’t make them fill out the job application get people in there that actually want to work and like there job! Had an apt went in and from jump they guy got smart with me so I said nevermind I’ll go to another Firestone that’s more welcoming !
Was in and out in a little over 2hrs. Got tires a few hundred less than what my dealership quoted me for, and they came with amenities for the life of the tires. Loved that the waiting lobby was set-up perfectly for social distancing during this pandemic. They were also very honest with me, and told me that brakes were not in need of changing, which could very easily been an added cost at any other shop most likely. Thanks to the staff there!!
On Wednesday May 26 at 7:00 a.m. I called to make an appointment to take my car to be inspected. The appointment was scheduled at 12:00 pm.When I arrived at the venue there was only one person at the front desk and approximately five people in the line. Finally, my turn came. I explained to Alexis that the steering wheel vibrates a lot when driving low speed 55 miles per hour and I will leave the car to be inspected. Alexis let me know that Jennifer was going to call me to give me the inspection report.Jennifer called me at 1:37 and explained what needed to be fixed to fix the steering wheel vibration problem. I know absolutely nothing about cars, so I agreed to have the repairs made that Jennifer told me were necessary. I also told her to check the air levels of each tire and that I needed the car the same day. She told me that she was going to call me to let me know what time I could pick up my car. Nobody called me!!, it was 6:00 pm and I decided to go to the place.Alexis told me that the car was ready and the only thing left was to replace the shocks but that the Cadillac needed special shock and that they did not have them, so they had to get them directly from the dealer. I asked him why no one called me to give me that information. I told Alexis that I had to take my car with me because I need it to go to work and let him know to please call me tomorrow (Thursday) to tell me how much the replacement cost of the shock absorber and struts would be.Before taking the car home, I checked the tires pressure, the Rear Tire PSI Left was 34 Right 40. Front Tire PSI Left 45, Right 30. They never checked the tire pressure!!!! I immediately notified Alexis.They put in the report that the tire pressure has been checked and they were inflated according to recommended tire inflation for Cadillac: 35 PSI They never checked the tire pressure!!!!On Thursday driving to work, the steering wheel is still vibrating at 55 miles per hour.They did not do the repairs that I paid for!!!That day I was waiting for someone to call me to inform me about the shocks. Again, nobody called me!!!On Friday the problem continued, so I decided to go talk to someone at Firestone in La Cienega. Jennifer was there. I explained the problem with the car and I asked her why she never called me back. She replied that she had never spoken to me and that if she had spoken she did not remember. She was rude and argues with me and yelling at me. She told me that Alexis told her that I did not want the shocks to be replaced and then, she told me that the shocks never arrived. She was contradicting herself.She told me that the only day that the mechanic who checked my car did not work all weekend and that the only day he could check the car is Monday, May 31 at 7:00 am. I agreed to bring my car back.I left the office to go get the tire report they gave me and show it to her.I explained to her what had happened that they never checked the tire pressure and that I was telling her because she is the manager and she had to know what happened and she did not know if they really fixed the steering wheel problem. She very rudely told me that she is not the manager and then I answered her, but you are the one in charge, arent you? At this point and I dont want to know about this place anymore.I paid for repairs they didnt do!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This Firestone location stays super busy because of the quality of their work! I cant recommend them enough. Theyve been my go-to mechanics for 5 years. On the rare occasion Ive had issues after service, theyre very quick to resolve issues.
The appointment system that they have is a joke. The manager will tell one thing while the associate will tell you a different thing regarding the repairs. My car spent three days in the shop and they couldnt fix it. I had to take my car to another place to get it fix. I can not trust this place anymore. Very disappointed with their service.
I had called for an appointment for a transmission flush and tire rotation and they said it would take 2 hours max so I went in, dropped off the car. 2 hours later they said it still was not ready so I waited and waited and never received a call back on the status or anything. I went in because they were about to close and wanted my car back and they said that they were not able to do the flush only the tire rotation. Almost 7 hours for a tire rotation is ridiculous and no communication what so ever. I would not recommend this place at all!

Had front struts replaced. They failed and needed to be replaced again. But these guys told me they cant find the part and sent me on my way with the broken parts still on the vehicle. I cant believe they can do this. Smh

I purchased a used BMW from a Toyota dealer. The car needed an alignment and the Toyota dealer did a really poor job. I then took my car to Just Tires so I could get nitrogen with my alignment. Just tired did a poor job stating something could be wrong with my car. However, realizing they did a poor job, Just Tires did not charge me. Then, I took my car to a BMW specialist. The specialist stated some cars a tough and recommended I take it Firestone for their lifetime guarantee. I couldn’t see how Firestone, a general tire shop could do better than someone who specializes in BMWs or German cars.Arriving at Firestone, I was they had the best guy in the industry and quoted a lengthy wait time. Surprisingly, I got the best alignment I’ve ever received and they got it done in less time than quoted. Will always come here for alignments!

Ive been here a few times. Dont come here. They should answer the phone, Firestone. Why should I how help you?. Serious attitude problems. They have a perfect location, amongst one the more driven down that blocks in the entire country. They are in a position to spoil away mass customers unchecked. You will regret the experience. They dont want you there anyways. I also caught the manager in a lie.
Alexander Arias is by far the worst manager ever. You guys either need to fire him or give him a warning. He is horrible, rude, arrogant, incompetent with terrible work ethic. If you guys read yelp review at this location - its nothing about complaints about this man. My husband went there waited 2 hours - when he made an appointment for a 10 min job. Any mechanic can fix his car within 10 mins. But no, Alex decided to be a horrible human being with atrocious attitude and not fulfill his duties as a manager. I will also report this to BBB - I am demanding our money back - he did a terrible job to the car. Fire him!
I was there on Thursday 8/27/2020 at approx 3:30 pm. I had a flat front driver side tire that needed to be replaced. They were able to fix it with 1 hour. They were extremely busy this day. I had the best customer service. The 2 ladies working the counter were professional and very patient with all the customers. I observed some of the customers to be very difficult but these young ladies handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. I had my tire changed within 1 hour! Everyone there that day did a great job! THANK YOU!

I arrived at about 10 AM. I was told they were booked until 3 PM and I could make an appointment for that time. I did so and left. I arrived back at 2:45 PM and signed the form and gave the attendant my key. At 3:52 PM after more then an hour of waiting they pulled my car into the bay where it sat while I watched it until the technicians began working on it at 4:39. At 4:39 PM they hoisted my car into the air. And they dropped it at 5:00 PM exactly. My car was finally finished at 5:15 PM. It took over 2.5 hours for them to do the work that ultimately only took 36 minutes to complete. Say goodbye to two hours of my life for no reason.

Would have given 5 stars, but when my husband and I returned to pick up our pick up they would not give him the discount for his check engine light coupon. Dunno why, my husband was the one with the interaction. Coupon was not expired.Coupon said for check Engine light.There is clearly a charge for it. Will be contacting Corporate.
My girlfriend went in for a simple oil change/general inspection and ended up spending 4 and a half hours at the location even though she had an appointment. When asked why it took so long, the man working the counter said it was the technicians first time doing an oil change on that type of vehicle and he was having trouble with it. As outrageous as that sounds, she accepted it, though on her way home her tire pressure light came on. She called and asked whether or not they actually performed the inspection. He was extremely rude and blamed her for running something over on her way home which made her breakdown and cry. Needless to say we will never go to this location ever again.
I was promised the when I came someone would take care of change in my tire only to find out that wasnt true my back was hurting and I try to explain to them I call before I came in the one helped us Firestone is a good company this particular location I will probly not go back to

Dropped car off 4:15 pm and they waited until 5:40 to let me know they don’t have my tire size. I called ahead of time and was told the shop did have my size. Poor communication between the sales clerk and the mechanics. I got different quotes from the time I inquired about the tire over the phone and my out the door total when i arrived. This is even after I asked for the total price over the phone.
Very busy location. Understaffed. Stood in lobby for about 10min while 2 attendents answered phone calls and scheduled appointments for other guest. When I finally spoke to Rep about service he was very rude and condescending so needless to say we got nothing done. I have been to the Lincoln location, night and day experience. I will go there instead for service.
Was completely ignored. Called ahead at 6pm to ask if they has availability to do a car care check, they said absolutely and to come on in. By 7pm they stated Id be seen in fifteen minutes, it took until 8pm for my car to actually be pulled into the lift. At 9:15 my car was back in the parking lot and ALL of the workers were clustered around one car. I finally went outside to see why nobody had given me an update- the guy claims this other car has a part loose and the mechanic stopped work on my car to fix it. I truly dont understand why this other vehicle was prioritized over mine, but the gist is that they still hadnt looked at my vehicle and had no information for me. By 9:45 I was completely over the experience and demanded my keys back (they were sitting on a dirty workbench) and left. Terrible customer service, I have no idea why I waited nearly 4 hours for a 20 minute inspection.
I literally just called to get a quote and the eager individual answering the phone needs to bring his tone down a few notches. I know the protocol of my insurance so being rude saying “wait let me finish” when I am politely trying to save time. Heck no. I will gladly never go to a Firestone ever.

The service representative Art was professional and considerate. The tires Id researched were in stock. The price was less than the online quote since some components didnt apply to my vehicle, and I wasnt charged for new valve stems. Additional service was suggested, but without pressure.There were 2 cons. 1. The sidewalls were covered with a compound that was shiny and got all over the side of my car when I drove after leaving the store. 2. The truck was left in the parking lot unlocked with the window open after the service was complete; vehicles should be secured for the customers protection.This is a very busy location, so I recommend scheduling an appointment.The overall experience was pleasant.
I went to this shop for an oil and battery change because of the reviews and really enjoyed my service. I replaced my brakes about a month ago but they were still making noise and was told they needed time to break in. Without even mentioning my concern with my brakes the mechanics noticed they were done wrong and wanted to fix them. Now my car is driving smoothly with no noise! Im so happy with the service!

I brought my car in Monday May 11th for routine maintenance and servicing. Upon pick up on my way home on the freeway my radiator blew. Firestone in no way informed me of any problems or issues with my radiator. I felt maybe they had made some errors in servicing so I took the car back to Firestone the next day Tuesday May 12th. What had upset me the most is the lack of care in handling this situation. The customer service is not up to par. None of the associates even gave an effort to help me resolve this issue and the store manager Alex had an underlying negative attitude throughout. He never showed any concern or understanding for the fact that my radiatior blew after it was in Firestones care. I filed a claim through the area supervisor Trevor. He was better at his customer service. However overall the lack of concern and care regardless of who was at fault was terrible. They were all defensive instead of trying to help me solve the problem. As a loyal customer for the last few years I have brought two other cars there. Never have I had such poor service as this. They wouldnt even offer a decent discount to help me out. After dropping over $500 in maintenance 15% off does not cut it in this situation. As a previous customer I expected better assistance even if they were not at fault. I felt disregarded and neglected even through the claims process. I was out of a car for a whole week and told that if I did get a rental and they are not at fault, I would be responsible for the rental. How does that help me if overall I just need MY car fixed. And since the end result was that they are not at fault I would have had to pay for a rental and the repairs on my car. I wasnt properly given the claim documents until after the inspection on my car had been done and I was not notified when the inspection would take place. So busy protecting themselves where is the protection for the customer? My problem is that even if Firestone wasnt at fault I expected to negotiate on the price and Alex nor Trevor the area manager were willing to work with me. When I last picked up my car after finding out the inspection declared they are not at fault, the manager Alex was very dismissive. I walked in and he was busy on the phone but he did not even acknowledge my presence or that I needed assistance. I waited through four phone calls in which on the last one he walked away anddidnt even speak to me until I spoke to him. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never use Firestone ever again. I went to another shop and got a way better price on the replacement of my radiator without even having to negotiate and way better customer service. Its actually right down the street called ACE AUTO on La Cienega and 18th. Guaranteed better price and care.

Got there at 7:05 this morning. Had a nail in a tire. They had me in and out in 30 minutes. Even had caps on all my tires. Frankie, the manager is great. Mario, the tech is AWESOME! Hes the kind of guy youd buy a franchise for and let him run it for you. He gets customer service and how important it is to the brand.

In and out in less than an hour, Now thats what I call fast. A very welcoming customer service agent as I walked through the door, each and every person was friendly. The end result was my car is aligned perfectly. They are top notch for auto needs.
Ridiculous prices 2x-3x compared to an independent auto repair shop a block away. Firestone asked $750 for repair, then I went Ace Auto Complete around the corner for $340. Never again will I step foot inside a Firestone. Bad business
They misdiagnosed my ride one time, but they have also done a good job on my breaks and installation of my front lights. They also advised me right in terms of what they could not do and recommended a better place for me to go... I recommend this Firestone.

Tried to rip me off!-when I called they said they did not carry my tire size ((which was not true)) and that they only have a different sized tire at a higher price-the different size of tire means I would have to buy two..an hour later..the tires they put on looked ridiculous as they were too small-one manager said i had to come back the next day-mind you I was late for an appointment-so I was frustrated..then the other manager came back with the tires that were the CORRECT size but $150 cheaper..what a waste of my time, when you could have just given me what I asked for! I really feel they were trying to take advantage of me by trying to charge the higher rates..my first and last time there.
Jeffery took great care of me, he went above and beyond to borrow special tools from a transmission place near by to check and add transmission & brake fluid all in one day. He also told me what elsr was wrong with my car! My car wad ready by 5:00.

This place is fantastic. I used to go to another large corporate place down the road but Mario and his team have won me over. I stopped in here because of their proximity to home and thought I had an emergency. Mario took a look at my car, told me of my options, and worked with me in what was needed. He was transparent and forthright, but most importantly, his crew worked fast and were respectable with my time. Its a shame it took me so long to find this place, but Im thankful I did, and will be back anytime I have issues.

Mario is a fantastic service advisor. Saturdays are slammed and with all these potholes in LA lately, the shop was very busy and I knew I would have to wait a while. But he was able to fit me in and I drove off feeling safe with my new tires. With the $100 off Presidents day coupon, it was also a great value.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon for oil change. Clerk on phone had me stand there only to tell me it would be two hours before he could even lay hands on the car. I went back online and saw the car wash next door offered oil changes and went there. They had good reviews and best of all there was no line. I was on and out in less that twenty minutes.
Very nice service. My appointment was kept. They walked into the waiting room to update me and offered some extra help for free. Decent facility to wait for your repair.

I went to buy tires and they couldn’t give me a reasonable price. The manager Frank kept touching me inappropriately and emasculated me in front of my girlfriend and son. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO ANY FIRESTONE ANYMORE. Went to Just Tires and got a much better deal!!!
Horrible experience I place an order for tires replacement and they give an appointment for the next day I drove 1hrs from OC to LA and than told me oh we just got 1 tire so I have to drive back 1hrs back, one of the employees promised me that they will make sure that I will be a taking care of as compensation and when I return the second day they told me oh you need an alignments and they say they can’t do the full alignments because I have a classic car and she decided to give me discount just 12$ When they didn’t even the full job, I fell horrible to came all the way waisting my time and energy when you will never be respected and got promised for nothing that’s a lesson and I will never go back there and even if it’s the only ( Firestone ) in the earth

2 years ago they had changed all 4 tires of my car and had done alignment. Since then I have driven my car less than 17,000 miles. (All documents are available) Today I went there to change them again. When I complained that the tires came with 40,000 miles warranty. How come its worn-out very soon. He said Its because of alignment issue. I was like but you guys did the alignment at the same time. First he was like no we didnt. Our system doesnt show anything. Then I showed him the documents, and he was like Oh it was 2 years ago. You should check and do alignment every 6 months. Such a BS !! Who does that?!Any how, I left my car there and asked them to change my brake pads too. A couple of hours later they called me trying to convince me almost force me to change front and rear rotors. I went back there to take a look, and thank god I did. The rotors were in a good working condition - just superficial scratches - and really didnt need any repair to be done at the moment.I dont recommend them at all and never go back there again. They dont provide quality services and always try to sell you unnecessary repairing services.
Had to remind them to top my fluids for regular maintenance

These guys are awesome, bottomline. Came in to get a my brake pads replaced and expected to just pay labor (they were under warranty) and to wait an hour and a half. They were busy so I went to the gym. Came back and they still needed another hour. Left to get a coffee and received a call that not only would they waive the labor cost for the inconvenience but offer a free oil change on top.They took a minor inconvenience that I would’ve understandably forgiven and turned it into a memorable experience; hence the review.Come to THIS firestone. These guys will treat you right.

I got my brakes done at this location, and was informed that I would have to get the rotors done as a packaged deal. The salesperson was very nice and accommodating, so I went ahead with the brake job which cost me $500 bucks. Well its over a month later and my brakes are squeaking and grinding. I brought my car back in, and Ive already been here for 3 hours, and they have not looked at the car. Worst part is, my brakes were not squeaky when I brought the car in. Unfortunately this was my first time coming to this location. Terrible experience.
I needed a place that was open on Sunday and actually had my tire size in stalk!! They were very professional and reasonably priced and got me in and out daily quickly. (My new go to place)
Ive been going here for the past year or so, and the service has always been very friendly and reliable. A few months ago I had complete brake service (pads, rotors) performed on my 2008 Subaru Outback. I do a LOT of driving. However, about three weeks ago my front brakes were squeaking and later grinding. Then my car started making a metal squealing sound every time I reversed. So I brought my car in to Firestone yesterday, and because the parts and labor were still under warranty, they not only serviced the rotors and replaced the pads, but they upgraded the pads at no charge!

Terrible service. I arrived at 7am and the shop was not open. He would not let me in as he will still opening the shop. I called and he said he was running late because of the rain. Completely unacceptable! The worst service I’ve ever received at a Firestone.
These guys know they are doing, been going there for a year and really take of anyone for good business.
This is the second times that they over charge. Be careful at this location you need get a quote from them because the worker show you in the computer but later HI IS GOING TO CHARGE MANY things that you car doesnt needs.

They have all kind of auto repair service. Prices are better then dilership.
They wont dismount and re-mount tires for a directional tire rotation because of the uneven wear when that is exactly what a tire rotation is for in the first place. Sad that the company who makes my tires cant help me service them, might go back to Michelin.
Pulled in 6:50 pm when I saw the bay doors open and asked what time they closed and the guy told me they were already closed (at 6pm) but asked mewhat the problem was. When I told him I had a nail in the tire and was concerned about my commute home he said he would fix it for me. It was awesome until I realized I forgot to put the wheel locks back in my car after he pulled the nail out. Oops. He ended up putting the nail back in the hole and made sure it wasnt leaking. All at no charge!!!! Made it home safely and yes I put the wheel lock back in my car. Lol.
Do not go to this location I was inappropriately touched by the manager. I have tried to reaching out to corporate a couple of times without response. Stay away from this location.

I came to firestone because my friend recommended them. Frank was amazing- personal service and super truthful. He told me exactly what was up and didnt charge me for check up and some minor work. I also asked him to check the radiator for a potential leak I suspected and he found it showing me exactly what it was and gave a really good price for fixing it. I went to 2 other places before and they made up bullshit problems that didnt make sense so I was relieved when Frank explained issues that I had researched online and made sense to how the car was behaving. Its also super hard to find someone who will be honest as a woman. I will be back Frank is the man!!!
