I love this place. Its almost always calm and pretty quiet. Its a good place to go to study. Everything is really organized and clean too. The staff here is always really friendly and ready to help. The only thing that I dont like is that sometimes the products dont have any prices and you would have to ask to know it. Other than that its a great place!

There was this one girl who denied 2 of my books said it was damaged(one was, the other one I did not even use). Said I had to buy a new book from the csula website and then return it to them, instead of just charging it on the spot. Talked to someone else at evening and was so sweet to actually work with me over the phone and charged me for the books instead of making me buy new ones. Be careful, some employees dont really know how to do their work properly.

So nice to shop here rather than Borders and that other big book store. Granted, this store is more hit or miss, and more often than not, I find something that I did not know I was looking for. I love the old books, the feel to them, the smell, and always feel like I am stepping back in time. Their prices are really great. I love the b ooks outdoors.

My favorite bookstore. Got a great selection - including cookbooks and kids books and lots of novels and interesting nonfiction. Super friendly staff and my favorite place to sell books too. Love this spot.

A great old fashion neighborhood bookstore. More intimate than the chains. A wide selection of non book items and an excellent used book cellar.

This is a classic Los Feliz bookstore that is small, but fresh. I enjoyed visiting, but never got anything. I miss it. I would go to CA and visit again.

Whats not to love? Although they werent able to locate the book I held in advance, another copy was available so crisis was averted. Its a dreamy place to visit or rush through while doing errands. I cant think why I would try and shop anywhere else for books, cards and gifts.

Its your usual bookstore. If you want to get your books here one of the good things is that they price match. You get 20%off your first purchase if you download their app.

All of my out-of-print Delany comes from Barnes & Noble College and the lovely, lovely staff. Sometimes, on a hard day, I go in just to hang with Ripley. In my humble opinion, there is not a better bookstore in the city.

Only convenient if you attend Cal State L.A. otherwise its difficult to get there, parking is non-existent, selection is limited. Worst of all is they will not honor any exchanges or returns from other Barnes and Nobles.

The main audience of this specific Barnes and Noble is for college students, meaning you’ll mostly find textbooks. However they have a large selection of snacks to choose from as well as a handful of books.
