Great service and great prices! He helped me out with my gears and after testing them out I asked if he could adjust them a bit more and he absolutely did, with a quickness and without any extra charge! The next time I visited he fixed my flat and I was surprised by how fast and inexpensive that trip was.Sometimes the store appears open and its locked and the phone isnt answered, but Im sure its because hes in the back, tending to a bike and doesnt want to divide his attention to watch the storefront since he doesnt have another person in front at the time. Most of the other customers are regulars and I am now one of them too. Thank you KJ bike shop!

I have come here a bunch of times for bike issues varying from flat tires to major work needing to be done. The guy who runs the place is super knowledgeable and honest. The work is always done extremely quickly and satisfactorily. The prices are good. When I had to get $115 of work done, he took $15 off without me asking.But if you are gonna go there early, call in advance because they don’t always open on time.Highly recommend

I had just purchased a used bike from an online seller. I wasn’t having any noticeable issues, but I wanted to make sure the bike was in tip top condition before I did anymore heavy riding. I took the bike in for a tune up and picked it up the next day as the shop was closing. A few blocks in, I noticed an extremely loud screeching noise every time I hit the breaks.I called the next morning and informed the mechanic of the issue and he asked me to bring it back in. When I got there, he inspected it and said he would see what he could do. I left for a quick snack and and by the time i got back, my bike was ready. There were a few tiny squeaks here and there, but it was okay until I got half-way home. Suddenly the noise came back full force and this time it was even WORSE. It was so embarrassing that didn’t even want to ride. I was also a little concerned for my safety.So, I brought it back. I told him it was worse than before and he folded his arms while telling me there was nothing he could do. Mind you, I was not having this issue prior to bringing my bike to him. I didn’t want to argue, so I just left and went to another local bike shop. They changed the pads for one that was better suited for my wheels. The problem was solved within 30 minutes and unfortunately, with more money out of my pocket.

KJs customer service is everything everyone here is saying. Carlos is dedicated, professional and, as near as I can tell, works his tail off . My bike hadnt been REALLY cleaned for 6 years and Carlos got her looking and running like brand new. Re-cabled the brakes, too, and for a very reasonable price. Plus, the shop is open on Sundays--get out! You and your bike will love this shop and Carlos!

Professional and fast service. Went thinking I had to replace a flat tire, and Carlos within minutes fixed the liner inside the tired, all within 10 mins.
