I ordered the white Yamazaki magazine rack from the online store and it arrived quickly. The magazine rack is a perfect fit, both compact and modern. I also like how it is vertical and easy to display the magazine covers. I can fit 5-6 magazines on each tier. Another bonus is that I can always find discounts on their online store. I would definitely purchase from them again.
I purchased Otis Sofa months ago for over $2300. I received the Item few days ago. Nothing Like the online picture. Very cheap fabric! it looks like a used item. Even the color is not matches. I requested the return and will cost me about $300-400 and Burke Decor wasnt very helpful about it.Not good customer service at all.Stay away from this company.
I give Burke Decor 5+ stars for their great selection of quality products you cannot find anywhere else. I recently purchased peel and stick wall covering and I am so in love. It took my dining room wall from boring to fantastic. It is good quality in a pattern I have not seen anywhere else. I almost dont want to tell everyone about this hidden gem but really they are a top notch company for furniture and decor.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company is the most frustrating operation with which to do business. Customer service reps are nice, if you can wait 15 minutes to get through. I will NEVER buy from them again. When you try to cancel, your order is suddenly in process and you must go through a return process for a refund. I could have purchased this at many other outlets and wish I had.
Excellent quality. Love this mirror. Great quality and arrived in perfect condition (unlike many mirrors) It’s perfect in our lake house. I found The same mirror on other sites and was less expensive from Burke.
This place sucks! They don’t respond to emails or voicemail. Their customer service always goes to voicemail.. I have been trying to contact them for 4 months regarding my order and nothing! Don’t order from them!
Scam for sure! dont waste your time. Too bad I read the reviews a little too late. I had a similar experience. I ordered a set of 3 decor brass boxes early June. They were pricey so I was hesitant but had been looking for boxes similar to the Burke boxes therefore I ordered them. All June passed and I hadnt heard from them. I waited because I figured a lot of places were backed up due to Covid, however once July came around I decided to email them. Weeks passed and no reply, so I decided to call them, only to get a message saying hours are from 9-6pm, I called at 4pm so I wasnt sure why they werent answering??!. I decided to email them again and this time asked for my money back since they had charged me months ago and I still had not received what I paid for. After that email I so happened to get a shipping confirmation items been shipped, finally! But yet another disappointment, items were scratched, dented, boxes couldnt close and uneven, and somehow had stained finger prints. Im not surprised after reading reviews. I decided to save my sanity and not try getting my money back/returning items since I am sure I wont get any response from customer service. I feel so ripped off !! but lesson learned!!****update- two days after this review, I got an email from them. They refunded me the money along with a 50 gift card. I am still not sure if I will be purchasing more items from them but I do appreciate them returning my money.
Update: Burke Decor responded to me and is sending a new table. I appreciate that they finally reached back out and resolved the situation.Burke Decor has terrible customer service. I spent over $1,100 on a dining table and the table came damaged (cracked on the corner). I followed-up multiple times with Burke Decor, and their delivery partner, Metropolitan Warehouse, and nobody ever resolved the issue. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone and once you get past chat support they are unresponsive.
Ordered a gift for my aunt for her retirement. The frames were a lovely quality. The burled wood is a gorgeous color and texture, the structure of the frames is quite sturdy and feel well made. They look even better in person than I expected.
This store is my go to for Skandi design in the U.S. There are other web shops but honestly some of the best brands are available here and they are not overseas shipping. Really beautiful and unique planter was my last purchase. Love the matte finish on it.
The lamp we ordered is really really beautiful. One word of caution - if ordering two as a pair, they are obviously hand-finished so may not be identical. Examine carefully when they first arrive to make sure they are close enough.
Avoid this company at all cost!! DO NOT order concrete furniture from them, 99% chance it will be broken during shipping! You will also get ghosted and have to waste hours calling and emailing their customer service and get no real help from them...then wait for months to get a replacement or file a dispute with VISA to get your money back. I really wanted to like this company but they made what should have been a 2 weeks process into a 6 months endeavor to get 2 pieces of furniture.Bought a concrete coffee table this past November because they had a decent deal going on for Black Friday.It said on the website that it would ship within 2 weeks, it did, I got a confirmation email from Pilot Freight that it was on his way. So far so good…I got the delivery end of December, 1 month after I ordered it. Pilot Freights delivery was terrible, the guys looked like ex-con, they didnt call or show up during the time window already scheduled and they roughly handled the box. The coffee table was broken inside the box when I opened it.I immediately contacted customer service and I also filed a claim with Pilot Freight for the poor delivery. It took a while to get any type of answer, it was the week between Christmas and NYE...and I am stuck with a broken 150lbs concrete table that I had to move in my garage.Multiple emails and phone calls later, 2nd week of January I kind of get a vague apology email reply from Burke asking me if I want them to ship a replacement, I answer YES, then radio silence again for 1 week, until I send them an email to let them know I will call my credit card company and file a dispute for that purchase since they don’t answer the phone or their emails in a timely manner…then I finally get an email back saying that I will get a tracking # from Pilot for the 2nd delivery of a replacement table.I finally got the replacement delivered 2 weeks later, the drivers were more careful but I asked them to open the box outside next to their truck since I didn’t want to get stuck with a 2nd gigantic coffee table in case it was broken again, I lucked out it was fine!I should have spend the extra $$ and buy that same table at West Elm for a little bit more $$ but a lot less headaches.Also, the pictures of the concrete tables on their website looks nothing like the one I got. Online it looks very grey with a concrete texture but in person theres a very strong brownish/ greenish undertone, very deceiving.They have terrible reviews everywhere online and yes I should have listen to all those people who tried to warn other customers. How they are still running a business is beyond me.UPDATE (May 2021): In Nov. 2020 I also ordered a concrete side table, it got delivered 2 weeks ago, unfortunately it also arrived broken. Weeks later, I finally got the replacement side table delivered and it was fine. I noticed it wasnt delivered by Pilot Freight but another company (Metropolitan warehouse & delivery) they had better customer service than Pilot Freight, maybe they are trying to improve since they got so many complaints about broken furniture!
My merchandise worth over $1K never came, even thought they took payment upfront. Will have to get my credit card company to investigate.
Ordered an entertainment console which was estimated to be delivered by the end of July. No response from them after two e-mails requesting an update. Should’ve listened to other customers warning to avoid this company!
Horrible customer service, takes forever to receive any answer from them, which apparently not helpful anyway. Ordered a set of 6 ornaments from them, received only 4. No refund or email with out of stock notice whatsoever. I had to contact them multiple times only to confirm the missing items will not be send to me. Then they suggested to make a return at my own expense and provided me a return shipping label costing the exact same price the returned goods cost (how convenient that might be for them to have the order shipped back to them and keeping the money ha!) Unbelievable way of doing business, I regret I never read other customer reviews that had the same awful experience before making this purchase.
This company is a total scam, do not buy from them if you ever want to see your items. After cancelling an order because it was taking forever for the item (over five months), they would not fully refund me. Instead I received store credit, and naively ordered more items that Ive never received (its been three months). When I contact them on the status of my items they they say theyll ship next week and they never do. This company should not be allowed to be in business, stay far far away.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Never buying from them ever again. I was told Id receive a phone call regarding my extremely late order (ordered in January 2021 and was told delivery would be April 1st, well April 1st came and went, and no order was delivered) and no one cared to ever call me back after I called them multiple times. I had to call four times to Customer Service and waited on hold only to be told that Id be receiving a call back the next day from the freight company. Guess what! No call back... ever. Very disappointed.
Purchased a small oval frame for an old photo. The frame was exactly as described, dimensions were exactly what the description said. It was a perfect fit and the order came quickly! Overall pleased.

I was told our dining table would be delivered in December. With that said- we are a family of five with no table. It was delivered in March BROKEN!!! They still havent picked up the BROKEN table- which is in our garage taking up a lot room. I call or email them daily and I get a response every three days with we will have to get back to you. Unacceptable customer service. Very very disappointmented.
I ordered an item on Dec. 8th thinking it would arrive before Christmas. When I didnt receive any tracking info I called and they said the item would not ship until mid January. Okay, not great when theres no notification about shipping time on their website indicating this.Mid January rolls around and I do not receive a tracking number so I call again. Now the item isnt going to ship until the end of January.Beginning of February rolls around and still no tracking so I call again and speak with Jaimie. This time they say Oh its in stock so I dont know why it hasnt shipped yet. Let me get back to you. Of course no one does so I have to call back again. It looks like Jaimie sent an email to the manufacturer, but hasnt heard back yet. I say I want to speak with a manager, but conveniently they are in a meeting and will call me back. Of course no manager has called me.Do not purchase anything from this company! Their service and communication is horrific!
Burke decor has great home goods and gift items. I have purchased some not only useful but cool products from their website during covid and was impressed by the short delivery window, order updates, and the products once they arrived.
DONT ORDER FROM BURKE DECOR. I ordered bar stools in August. They sent me the wrong order. Then I had to get a return authorization which took two weeks, seemed wrong at the time since it was their mistake. I sent the stools back. Then they confirmed my order of the correct stools. Then I got an email stating that the stools were now back ordered. I tried to cancel my order. They offered to give me a discount which I agreed to with a commitment that I would receive my order within appropriate timing. It is now December 15th and I still have no communication regarding the status of my order despite multiple emails Ive sent. Ive called customer service and no one ever answers. Its been 5 months and I dont have my stools or an update on timing of delivery. This is an unbelievably horrible experience.

Poor return policy! Buyer Beware!I returned the light - received on 12/04 and its not 12/18 and still no refund issued to my card. Very dissatisfied customer.

Burke Decor sells low quality products I ordered from them and have not gotten it for weeks and I received a broken dresser and no response from customer service people have complained about not getting refunds this is unethical practices and this company should be investigated! Ordered a set of mugs 2 months ago. I still have not even received a tracking number... I tried contacting their customer service and they have not been helpful. I will not buy here again.
I placed an order on April 16 for 10 items. I received two of them within a week and now, 5 weeks later Im still waiting on the rest. I ordered from them since they shared on their home page that their warehouses are open and fully operational. I tried to reach customer service and it took many days to receive a response. I was told that some of the warehouses were closed and I wouldnt receive my order till they reopened. Had this been conveyed up front, I would not have had an issue waiting, but its quite misleading to tell customers your business is up and running as usual when its not. I then reached out again to get a status report and was sent an email with what looked like a copy and paste canned answer. Again, no real information other than we will let you know when your order ships. I reached out again after a week and still waiting on a status update. I completely understand we are experiencing difficulties during this time, but rather than upset people by being dishonest and not responding, they should just be transparent. Id have a lot more respect for them if they did that. And respond to your customers, or you will lose them.

Do not order from this company. I ordered an item and paid for it. I received a confirmation email shortly after. I then received an email saying the item is no longer available. I asked for a refund. They promised me one. Now it’s radio silence and no refund almost a month later. I’ve had to file a claim with PayPal. Horrible customer service at Burke decor.
We had the best experience ordering with this site. Over the last 2 and a half months, we have placed 4 orders from the store and loved almost everything. One duvet we had to return because it didnt match, but that was easy and we replaced it with another style that was perfect. Special thanks to Ann who helped us facilitate a seamless return. Look forward to shopping more as we need new pieces for our home!!
Although there was an extended shipment delay and communication lapse, I received a follow-up from management who helped rectify the situation. The decor is beautiful. Hopefully, their order fulfillment department will up their game.

Leah at Burke Decor completely made my day, was so helpful, and thanks to her, my office is now complete with exactly the rug I was hoping for that was literally, but one, completely sold out nation wide. I ordered an item online and was told it would take 3-5 days to receive the shipment. Twelve days later - still no updates, not even a tracking number. After reacting out to customer service twice and being told there was an error in their system I was informed I would need to wait another 1-2 weeks for my shipment. The customer service rep said they would send a “digital gift” of which I never saw. Will not be purchasing again or recommending.
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering anything. I placed an order for a product, heard nothing about the product after ordering. Over the 3 weeks after ordering I attempted to call the contact number directly multiple times (left a message) and emailed - all forms of contact were completely neglected. I had to result to jumping on their website to use the live chat to talk to anyone. Conveniently they said the product I ordered was damaged in shipment and they were getting another shipment in 2 weeks. Astounded at how terrible the process was and immediately requested a cancellation and refund. Their products aren’t worth the hassle and the complete disregard of contact to customers goes to show the poor business operations.
Accurate stock verification and we received a quote for 3 projects my team was working on within an hour. We ended up ordering extra pieces and will be back. Recommend!!!
DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER. their customer service is atrocious. I ordered a few items in late November and its now the middle of January and I still have not received my order. They claim there was warehouse issue and the products were damaged early December and havent provided me with any updates since. Their customer service rep has not been responsive with emails... just horrible customer experience.

I ordered some lovely wallpaper from London here last year for powder room and just ordered a couple different wallpapers for accent walls in office and foyer. Really pleased with selection – saves from having to find the brand and then sort through their catalog.
Terrible terrible terrible. I would have given it no stars if that were an option. I ordered dining chairs and one came broken. I called immediately for a replacement and they have the WORST customer service. It has taken over 2 weeks since the chairs were delivered and I still haven’t seen my replacement chair. This is ridiculous. That have no problem taking my payment yet are not sending me my item. Don’t ever order from here!!!!!

LOVE shopping here because they have an interesting selecltion of things you cant find elsewhere and are unusual but still not too pricey. and I have had nothing but good customer service and easy time of delivery/exchanges.
