The experience I had here was so so much better than the one I had at the DTLA location. Disclaimer, I did go as an invitation as Yelp Elite for a sig discount, but great service is great service. Milan was my tech and was very patient and thorough. If traffic wasnt so irritating in the area I would def come back more often.I did have difficulty finding the location in the plaza, and the easiest thing to do is find the ATT and theyre right across from it. Gets lost in the construction theyre doing there

Ive been coming to wax on spa for Brazilians and leg waxes for nearly a decade and they never disappoint!! I just had my best appointment yet with Madalynn Halcomb! She works at the Fremont location and in Belltown and she is awesome!! Very thorough yet quick and easy. I highly recommend booking with Madalynn!! Enjoy ladies!!!

Im a brit in LA and asked my friends the best place to go to get waxed and they said to go here. AMAZING. Florentina who did the Brazilian was sooo quick. It was almost pain free. So perfect. And great results. I could not recommend this place more and the prices are great too. Ive had waxes all around the world and this place and a random spot in Byron Bay are by far my favourites. Ill be back. Kindra on reception was so good too!! They also gave the girl who referred me $10 amazing x
