Cant speak for in-store experience, but the phone customer service was wack.Called to ask about the product i was looking for. Ended up being on hold and being tossed around for 15 minutes and then they hung up. 15 mins of my life i will never get back 🤷‍♂️

Variety of party supplies at HIGH PRICES. I found more for our Gender Reveal at the Dollar Store. They really stick it to you with the prices here. I would come here for unique Ballon options for sure but everything else can be found elsewhere for cheaper.

I asked one of the employees here for help while they were restocking. Didnt hesitate to drop what they were doing and walk me over to another aisle to help me find what I was looking for. I was offered help multiple times and the store was clean and organized. Just wish they had more cashiers on hand.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Assisted us with some balloons and even though it was only two, he still made it seem important.

Party City is a great place to purchase for your next party, birthday, anniversary, etc.supplies. The Party City in Los Feliz is convenient because its not far from my house. The items are very reasonably priced, they have everything I need.

I went to this store with my wife and kids and out of all the employees working there only one employee really took the time to help us out and guide us to what we were looking for, we understand there very busy but even though this girl Mariela was busy and doing other stuff she helped us out a lot, she was very kind and helpful. My smallest daughter really liked her because she was making my daughter laugh for a bit. But in the other hand We really liked this store, is huge and have a lot of cool stuff. We would totally be coming back to this store!!!

We got all our kids costumes here. The prices are great!These employees are amazing! Its Halloween season. Its crowded. But these people are calm and collected. I was in the store for at least an hour. I got prompt service from everyone. I asked Sarrah for the restroom key. They opened it in less than a minute. The managers have so much patients as I watched them being called back to back for one reason or another.No matter who I asked for help I got results.And did I mention the prices were great?!

This is another go to place for me when it comes to shopping for makeup supplies during Halloween. Great deals and selections of makeup to choose from. Definitely sign up for email of coupons. They help out when stocking up for makeup supplies.

Love the selection of items. I asked for help trying to find something and the lady gave a big sigh and looked like I had asked her to sacrifice her pet for a ritual. She literally took two steps and said, We dont have itI kept looking and found the item. Went to pay for it and told her I had found it and she just gave me a whatever face... I know that working retail you encounter a lot of annoying and rude people but, dont treat us all the same...

I was the only person in line and there was a poor employee rushing to fill up balloons to ring me up while answering customer questions. This place is completely understaffed and management clearly needs to fix that.

Had lots of halloween stuff which was great for my friend but I needed retirement party items and found none! None! Really party city ??? You need at least one small section for retirement parties.

Quick and easy, great service

I found good quality costumes there for less than those fancy Hollywood Blvd costume shops. I regretted buying my costume elsewhere and wound up buying another one at Party City. They have so much to choose from and enough accessories to create your own costume. Seriously! If you can imagine it, you can create it at Party City!

I did the shop online/pick up in store. It was fast, 5 min. However, there was a long line with only 1 register open for shopping in store. So I had to take off a star. One thing I noticed online is that this store had more stock of everything than most of the other stores. Its on the front side away from Costco, thus parking was easier. It can be pretty hectic in that lot.

This store is great! I needed a fog machine for a video I was shooting and they only had one left but they offered to put it on hold for me, something that is rare in the retail world these days. I made it down about 2 hours later and sure enough, there was my fog machine sitting behind the counter with my name on it! The store was clean and I picked up some extra fog juice while I was there so definitely a five star experience!

Your system picked up my phone sitting in the parking lot for Wells Fargo so how is that do for you

Easy spot to get in and out of. This is the Los Feliz location. I bought all my kids outfits from here for Halloween and I had exceptional customer service by “Martha.”

Staff was so friendly and helpful.

So we drove around looking for the perfect costume. We show here and they did not have it even though the website said they did. Needles to say the staff was very helpful, even helped us cut in line mwahahaha. Sufficive to say they gave us a hint on where and how to order it so we could receive it by Halloween morning. We received it and my son was very happy. He even won Scariest Costume Award.

It was my first time visiting this place and they left me with great impression even though they were really busy I was able to find help anytime I had a question about some Halloween costume for both of my kids and they were very organized even though the store was packed. I got nothing but good things to say about their service.

Mariah and Alesia went above and beyond to help me out today with a last minute request. I had many last minute items to get for a gender reveal party for the next day and Mariah was extremely helpful on the phone in providing me with different options, putting my items on hold, guiding me on who to go to when I get to the store and even making sure her co workers knew what was going on in my situation since I didn’t want to know the gender as well. Once I got to the store Alesia was very helpful in making sure I got my envelope back with the gender information and even took the balloons outside the store for me so there wasn’t even a possibility of me seeing the gender color. I very much appreciate their help and thank them for making it such a smooth shopping experience.

I bought 3 ballons for my grand daughter (3 years old). When I get home 20 minutes later I got home and the ballons had almost completely deflated. Next day I returned to inflate the ballons they try to charge me for that service. Same story when I got home the ballons are deflated. This place besides of be expensive has products of chip quality and the employes attitude ( Afro American) is regrettable.

It s hard to wait with 2 kids in line for 12 minutes after work when there is no one else in front of you but one cashier dealing with an annoying customer complaining.

This made finding some last minute extra decorations we needed for my sons birthday a breeze. Quality of much of the stuff is cheap, but it served us well enough, and the staff are cheerful and helpful if you have any questions.

Went in to buy balloons for a birthday. Bought 5 balloons and waited for the workers to blow up the balloons. I see a lot of workers but noone comes to blow up the balloons. Waited 10 minutes. Noone... Then someone comes to blow up the balloons and loses one because it wasnt tied properly. Whole process was dreadfully and needlessly slow and very painful to bear...

They have all sorts of balloons, but they dont have any helium to fill them. Instead they make you buy a $30 small tank of helium to fill two jumbo balloons.
