I felt the need to comment after my horrible experience.I spoke to various people answering the 213 number about my order. They were fast to sent the invoice. After sending my image and charging me a next day turn around fee, I called to see the status on my order. They kept giving me various excuses all about employees leaving early, calling out. I was told they were going to send samples 3x and I never received any sample. After calling and complaining they said it was my image, it had a bad low resolution. I re sent my image and waited for a sample & it took them another full day!I am so frustrated with this company, it’s been 8 business days and nothing.The only did they offered was a refund for the next day turn around fee which I’m glad they did but still I wouldn’t recommend this printing company for flyers at all!!!No one should have to constantly call the company to remind them to do they’re order! Period!

This place is amazing! I highly recommend using Downtown LA Printer for all of your printing needs... i had looked at 8 different printing places before i found them. What a relief it was! The quality is absolutley beautiful and professional. They quoted me $400.00 LESS than the other place I was about to go with. The people are great to work with. I felt like they went out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly with my project. The graphic artist is awesome, the customer service is unparalleled, print quality is higher than anywhere else I could find, and their prices are amazing! You will be shocked at their pricing... I felt like I wanted to give them more money! I am excited to go back to them for my next project.

Really friendly staff who didnt try to price gauge me just because I needed something rushed. They even got it done early and threw in some extra business cards! It was super easy to put an order in, get a quote, and send over my files. I love supporting local businesses so hope I can keep coming back.

Victor and his team did an awesome express job in making our Cybershoes booth at E3 gaming expo (LA convention center) look really professional. The 8 by 20 feet (!) sized backdrop featured a black that was way richer than all others. Even more, the matte finish prooved to be perfect for photo and video. Thank you!

The people here are incredibly friendly, responsive and take great care of their customers. I asked for a high volume print job for a large event and they delivered a great final product - color quality was phenomenal, the paper was great, and it was reasonably priced. Theyre good people over there and they deliver a great product. I will definitely use their services again.

Online quote was super fast (and calculated by a human!), communication was perfect, and turnaround was ahead of schedule. Also the final product was exactly what I needed and expected! Will gladly use again.

Awesome print shop - friendly and fast service - highly recommend them. They were going to charge me an additional fee for design which I didnt mind since I needed cards right away, however I was able to provide them with an appropriate resolution file and they refunded me without hesitation.

Unreliable services I called in trying to place and order sent my files called to confirm they received them but never got a follow up I sent multiple messages but no response my prints were very critical as they were for school. Im very disappointed I had to find someone else last minute I would not recommend them to anyone they dont take care of theyre costumers.
