The are over priced asked about a sale they had going on lady said they still have it when I gave her item number she gave me a higher price then advertised I asked was that including the sale she said yes I went threw about 4 items and she had all kinds of different pricing and she had an attuide

We ordered some bunk beds for the girls from kids furniture and they were delivered today..the guys that delivered the beds were very professional and courteous with the setup I would definitely recommend their services and their furniture thank you guys!!👍👍👍

I am very pleased with the furniture I bought from this store for my kids. I took a chance on buying the furniture online without actually seeing it first. Their prices were fair and their customer service was great! Delivered on time without one scratch. Definitely will continue buying more furniture for my kids here.

5 stars are not enough for this fabulous furniture store. I was a little tentative after reading a few reviews but decided to take a look as there are few places to look at bunk beds assembled in a showroom. We ordered a bunk bed and two large dressers. Evelyn the sales associate was way more than terrific! She was respectful and really treated us like we were special. So helpful and accommodating too! The store was a bit out of the way but totally worth it! The selection was top shelf! The quality is amazing (just like Pottery Barn at half the price). I was informed this was a custom order to take 6 weeks. It arrived in 5 weeks! Gave me the perfect time to paint my room before the furniture arrived. The installers were punctual, clean and really worked with me to get the bedroom in a functional layout. I seriously cant say enough great things about this place. Ive already told all my friends about it. We will definitely shop there in the future.

This was a really great and laid back (no pun intended) mattress shopping experience. I came in looking for a bed for our guest room. I found a mattress at a great price and the employees were very friendly, not pushy, and threw in some extra incentives too :). Much different and better than shopping at other bigger chains. I wish Is come here when we bought the mattress for our master bedroom years ago!

I have never seen so much kids stuff in one place. My kids were running all over the place. Very excited. We purchased a loft bed for my 10 yr old daughter and a bunk bed for my 5 year old. I chose this place because the quality is superior to places like living spaces or ashley. The wood is sturdy. Prices are affordable. They manage to keep me under budget. My kids love the beds, I got a custom color to match our new floors, best quality on the market, made here in California, and under budget. 1 loft, 1 bunk bed, 3 mattresses, delivery plus assembly all for under 1500. Nice staff and professional installers.

This furniture store absolutely surprised me. They have high end furniture and the prices are terrific. At first glance it seemed like a small place, but to my surprise the store has multiple floors. The selection is unbelievable. I highly recommend it. I purchased bookcases and a couple dressers. I am satisfied with my purchase.

This place is outstanding. I was on the hunt for some affordable bunkbeds. I saw a great deal on line and ordered it, when it arrived all i had was broken pieces of a bunk bed. I ran in and this guys helped me get something ASAP. My kids where arriving that weekend. The quality at this shop is impressing. Solid. You cannot move their bunk beds when you try to shake them. The post are thick and sturdy. The manager gave a better price than what I had paid online and delivered it right on time for my kiddos. I highly recommend this guys. The furniture is number one in quality. The service is quick. And the price was such a good deal. I am in sales and they are not pushy. They are very helpful.

We would highly recommend Kids Furniture Superstore. We furnished our entire condo. Yes, even thought theyre are a kids store they have everything and for a reasonable price Luis was great to deal with and went above and beyond with the delivery, including some tips on setting things up. He also did a follow up phone call to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Thank you. We will be returning.

This place is great! It looks small from the outside but inside they have so much on display. I came in just to look for a bed for my son but didnt realize there would be so many options to choose from. Even though its a kids store, they had baby furniture and a lot of furniture that would be nice for adults too. I ended up buying a bunk bed for my sons room because they gave us a great deal for the sale they were having. My son loves his new bed! :) The lady who helped us was super nice and friendly. Definitely planning on going back in the future.

Wow this store is full of surprises. First of all it does look a bit small from the outside but they have everything by far. I shopped everywhere for furniture made in the us. I did find it but the prices where crazy. Here I purchased the same exact loft bed, same brand same model, even the same color for 380 dollars cheaper. Sounds to good to be true, but I do not like to over pay and I did my homework. Next time I know exactly where to go where they will not rip me off! tip: they do beat prices.

They gave us a bed rail that did not fit the crib that we bought - when we realized this 2 years later when our son was ready for us to attach the railing, they said they could not get us that part anymore because it had been discontinued. They ordered us a different part from China that would fit they told us - we waited about three months for that part to arrive, they never called of course - I always had to track them down and go after them - finally they said that part now has arrived in Canada and then will be shipped to LA - we waited another month or more for this - I called again and they said that part is not available anymore (huh??) - and that they could provide us with a day bed instead - so we took that because we had no other choice. They said that the delivery people would call us in a couple of days to arrange a delivery - two weeks later - no phone call - so I called back to arrange delivery. Lets hope it arrives. The crib we bought was good but of course again they only had the floor model so who knows who had touched it and nicked it with their feet etc. And they are kind of nasty on the phone too.

Recently bought a new crib set for our new born. The set was ordered to our specifications by a very friendly and cheerful sales staff. Once the order was ready it was delivered and assembled. Overall we had very nice experience. My wife was relieved by the attitude and friendly people that helped us.

I am proud to say I am a shopper and I always up for a sale. I visited many stores, I can say every kid store in southern california and I love Kids furniture superstore. My second child is arriving soon and all I wanted to do was relax. My 3 yr old child is amazingly happy with her rapunzel theme room. Thanks to this wonderful store she has a bed that perfectly fits with the theme. All white, with lavender, pink, and lime green accent fronts. And to top it off crystal knobs. I shopped around because what I wanted was very custom and I wanted to keep the bill reasonable. And I was able to do it with Kids Superstore since they did not charge me a penny extra for custom. The girls there are very attentive even though every time that I have been there is super busy. I made an appointment when I was ready to place my order. My Sales person was Lisa. She is terrific!

Kids Furniture Superstore was extremely helpful providing us with the most beautiful crib for our first baby! I did some shopping around, but nobody could be the price that KFS offered us. We plan on returning for a dresser and changing table very soon. Were super excited with the product and the experience.

This is the WORST store ever! We unfortunately had a situation come up out of our control and called to see if there was anything we would be able to do about the order we had placed 2 days earlier they refused to work with us at all and used the they lied about us requesting rush service. Had they offered to help us we would have gladly referred them to everyone we know and definitely gone back and given then our business in the future. Instead they decided to be liars and thieves. All I know that that companies that handle business like this also get paid back. I would never recommend a company that has so little integrity. LIARS!

Great selection good quality and Louis was great and he delivered on his promise.

I love their selection in bunk beds and loft beds, which I will be back for when my toddler grows out of their toddler bed that I just purchased!

Im super annoyed by this place. When they delivered a dresser they broke the knob and said they would deliver a new knob the next week. The knob has still not been replaced and it has been months and I have called several times. I also asked for a owners manual for the bunk bed I purchased so that I could take it apart if we ever moved and I still have not gotten that either. The furniture was expensive and I am angry with the run around

This guys will rip you off! They sell you something, but dont have it available until three monthes after they say the will have it. Then, coordinating pick up is a nightmare. Pick up times are limited to sertain days of the weekdays, and between 1PM and 3 PM. The reseon for this is because they bring the boxes onto an ally in the back of the store from a warehouse somewhere and wait for you. Each time they load and unload, they damage the furnicture. In fact, mine was cracked.

Rude people and liars, be aware they will try to sell you on things that are garbage claiming its solid wood and great quality.

I bought a solid wood bunk bed with a pull out bed and drawers on the side about 2.5 years ago and after 1 year all of the drawers started falling apart! There is not one drawer that is in tack. The bottom fell out, the front facing drawer did not connect with the side panels so it fell of. Just a complete mess and really poor quality.

This place is full of ignorant and incompetent people, I regret buying my crib at this store, so do yourself a favor and stay away.

The worst experience I have ever had with a store! I went in May for a crib, it is August 30 and I still havent received my babys crib and mattress, when they assured me that I would get my products at the end of July.My baby is almost born !!When I called they have left me on hold for up to 15 minutes, according to reviewing the product process to finally hang up my call, then they do not want to answer, they say they will return the call and they do not, in short they still do not tell me when my crib will come ... I definitely do not recommend this place, here is irresponsibility and lack of seriousness at its best.
