Great place so far, just started doing business with them

Yay!!! I’ve finally found a great, reliable and honest auto repair shop! I have brought 3 vehicles to this shop and everything went great with the work. George, who manages the operations, is really helpful with explaining what needs to be done, why and how big a priority it is. And he isn’t pushy in any way. Very straightforward. I really like how he even makes sure I understand the mechanics by showing me in the car or showing me photos of what needs to be repaired. The pricing is very appropriate and reasonable. The mechanics are also nice and friendly - they seem happy to help you. They also keep a record of what your car needs in the future so I don’t have to stay on top of which car needs what when. Best part is, unlike other shops, I don’t feel like I’m being swindled at all. Im thrilled to make United my regular auto shop!

United Auto Center is without any doubt, the best, friendliest and most honest auto repair shop I have ever seen. Getting service for my RV was a pleasure. Alex the owner, is just absolutely the most helpful, knowledgeable and service oriented person I have ever seen in the auto repair business and all his employees are super knowledgeable and competent in what they do. Alex is the owner and bent over backwards to help me and gave me every possible discount he could. I got the best prices at United Auto Center of everywhere I shopped. I will recommend United Auto to all my friends and family.

Pleasantly happy with service that was given to me. I needed to swap out a tire that was too big for my car with the appropriate size tire. Immediately felt a difference while driving off the lot and all the warning lights on my dashboard turned off. Very speedy service. Very polite staff. Also told me they will be able to order my tire for me since I have rare sized tire

My car set up there for a week, I had to come back up there twice & find what is th status of my car, & then my car get a ticket because they Park it on street, now mine you I have been loyal customer to them for 6 years and this is first time I was not happy with the service I receive, luckily they took off some money for exchange of the ticket I got .

I have been coming to United Auto in the past five years. The reason being--- this shop is very trustworthy. The staff here are very knowledgeable and always helpful. They are very straightforward with any car issues and very honest with solutions to any problems. United Auto has very competitive pricing and always offers discounts to returning customers. Five stars for overall wonderful job in this very convoluted auto repair industry. Shout out to Alex and Patrick for always being there to help. Thank you, guys.

Great experience, as a customer I know that they do a good job because they have a lot of clientele but get the job done! George is great, called and gave me a quote on how much everything would be and gave me options! Definitely will be returning.

Very quick, courteous service. My BMW station wagon wouldnt start, and I was going to have it towed to a specialty place until my AAA tow truck driver recommended this place as a great and trusted local shop. He was very right! Patrick at Unite Auto was very communicative, and was able to complete work on my car quickly so I had my car by the next day. Good prices and excellent service. Will definitely go back with future needs.

I have been using United Auto Center for the past five years. They have taken care of my cars better than any other mechanic shop I’ve ever been to and their prices are very reasonable. They even go the extra step and fix something you thought would be extra for free. For all of my car needs United Auto Center is my go-to shop.

Superb Customer Service and theyre prices are great. Ive used them 3 times over the years and I have always received a fair price and great service. I even drop by periodically to have the air checked in my tires, they never charge but I give a nice tip for whoever helps me.I cant suggest going there for anything other than what deals with your tires or brakes but they are prompt and courteous.

Ive been taking my 85 toyota here for a while and its been such a breath of fresh air! Im so used to navigating how shops tend to treat women in Los Angeles that it took me a couple visits to realize the great experience wasnt a fluke. These guys really are solid, honest mechanics that just want to work with you to get you back on the road for a fair price.Theyve always been transparent with me about part and labor costs, and the owner seems to really take pride in doing right by his customers. I have a lot of respect for this team and Ill be bringing my cars here in the future. Heck, I even upgraded my AAA when I moved out of range so I could always tow my car here if it breaks down lol.United is a rare kind of shop. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and fast...one stop shop. Only needed a smog and pulled up a coupon online for 29.95 plus certificate! So its about $20 less than the other local places

First time fixing some issues on my car here and I must say that I was very pleased with their service, attitude and information. Patrick greeted me politely and professional throughout my whole experience there. Ill be going back for sure.

I have been here twice. The first time it was a horrible experience. They had a lot of customers and I needed a smog check. I asked them how long they thought it would take and they said an hour so I waited for an hour. Then I went to ask if they were done and they said they hadnt started. It took another hour and the customer service was horrible. They charge like an extra 3$ dollars I think to use your card. The second time was a lot better it was almost empty. I needed them to patch a flat tire and they finished in 20 minutes. I paid cash. When I went to pay there was no one at the desk it took a while for someone to go over and help me.

They do excellent work and the prices are vary fair! I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!!!

Consumer BEWARE. The owner of the shop is a LIAR and deceitful. I recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere. They do not know how to diagnose properly. Not good at all and not cheap. If you are going to spend $$$ at least have it done by respectful workers who are happy to assist you with RESPECT. The owner tried to make it as if he was doing me a favor and tried to leave me stranded with a broken down truck after I already paid him. Consumer BEWARE.

Came in for an oil change. Got me in an out as quick as they could. They did check everything and even checked my brakes for free. Gave me some extra tips and answered all my questions. They were also very nice.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE/CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. These are the only guys I trust to work on my car and they always go the extra mile to earn your business. 11/10.

Very straight forward place, along with great customer service & prices. I have always came to this place for my cars oil change and this weekend I installed some 20s for a price that could not be beat anywhere else, they also worked with me to get the tires that best benefited my car, discussed pros/cons as well, these guys are awesome!

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND DISRESPECTED!! I WENT TO THIS LOCATION YESTERDAY AT 8:30 AM TO GET MY CAR LOOKED AT CAUSE IT WAS LEAKING FLUID THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE WHICH I FOUND OUT LATER NAME WAS ALEC IF IM NOT GETTING LIED TO AGAIN IS A CROOK AND CONMAN I WAITED OVER AN HOUR EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER PERSON THERE AND WAS TOLD I HAD A OIL LEAK AND BROKEN REAR SEAL WHICH WOULD COST 700 TO REPAIR! I TOLD HIM I DIDNT HAVE THAT MUCH TO FIX IT AND COULD THEY TEMPORARILY DO SOMETHING IN THE MEAN TIME TO GET ME BY TIL I GOT THE MONEY HE TOLD ME IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM! BTW I HAD MY 8 YR OLD SON WITH ME DURING THIS TIME HE FINALY TELLS ME HE CAN PUT 2 QUARTS OF OIL IN MY CAR AND A BOTTLE OF STOP LEAK WHICH MY FRIEND WHO WAS TRYING TO HELP ME OVER THE PHONE WAS TELLING ME DONT LET HIM PUT STOP LEAK IN YOUR CAR CAUSE IF YOI DO YOU WILL MESS UP THE ENGINE THE OWNER WAS CALLING MY FRIEND A LIAR BASICLY AND INSISTED ON CHARGING ME 40 TO DO THIS MEANWHILE I WAITED 2 MORE HRS JUST TO FIND OUT HE HADNT EVEN BOTHERED TO ORDER THE OUL AMD STOP LEAK ! AS I WAS SITTING WAITING I KEPT THINKING ABOUT THE PRICE HE WAS CHARGING ME TO DO THIS SO I ASKED HIM VERY NICELY HOW MUCH IS A BOTTLE OF STOP LEAK HIS REPLY 30 DOLLARS BY THIS TIME IM VERY CONFUSED ..REMEMEBR HE SAID IS 40 TO ADD 2 QUARTS OF OIL AND A BOTTLE OF STOP LEAK ...SO I REPLIED I DONT UNDERSTAND HE STARTS GETTING AGITATED AND SAIS WELL I HAVE TO GET PAID FOR LABOR !!! SO I SAID IM NOT ASKING ABOUT THE PRICE OF LABOR I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE PRICE OF THE STOP LEAK IS ? HE THAN PROCEEDSTO YELL AT ME AND KICK ME OUT OF HIS SHOP SAYING HE WONT FIX MY CAR !!! WELL IT WAS A BLESSING IN DESGIUSE CAUSE I TOOK MY CAR THE SAME DAY TO ANOTHER MECHANIC NEARBY AND FOUND OUTI HAVE A COOLANT LEAK NOT OIL!!!!!! HAD THAT JERK NOT KICKED ME OUT I WOULD HAVE, MESSEDUP MY ENGINE WITH THE STOP LEAK AND ALSO PAID FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT NEED !!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR VEHICLE THIS GUY IS A CROOK AND A FRAUD AND IS NOW UNDER INVESTIGATION

Great place to get alignment to smogg or a tune up. Great prices! And good customer service they will do what they can to help you and give you a better price and quality work. Manager patrick the white handsome guy very cool and professional. Lol shot out to all the united tire workers i see them as family i trust them to do the job for me. 👍🏻

My radiator blew out on the freeway. I took it to these guys, and they had a new one in there the same day! The best part is, they dont try to oversell you on stuff thats not needed. Most of the time when youre desperate repair shops will try to take you for everything you have...not these guys!

They wanted to charge me 4K to fix my 07 Rav4 like are you making my car from scratch????!!!! That’s almost how much I bought it for like 3 years ago....And even though the first estimate was about $1,700 ...Complete rip-off...... SHADY SHADY place...The just changed owners so this new one is a greedy thief ....
