I discovered Fernando and Crown Auto Service after having a lot of work done at one shop. Then going to 3 other shops including a Lexus Dealer to see why I still had a oil leak and suspension issue. I was getting crazy claims that the car needed several thousands of dollars of more work still!Fernando told me most of things the places were claiming needed work, did not! He explained I had only one issue with the suspension, and said he could have it done by the next morning. Oh, and by the way the oil leak was a loose screw, no charge :)Fernando was right. The car is an excellent condition now. And saved me from unscrupulous repair shops, and wasting thousands of dollars!Thanks Fernando!Quality work, and honest trustworthy people. It is up and beyond the best.Fernando and the team working here is the best. It’s truly “feeling home” experience.And I had a very nice chat with the customers here while waiting. One has been to this place for 15 years. The other lady has been the customer for several years also.

Jessie, Joe and Fernando are all incredible!! I just took my Volvo S60 with 3 issues, they checked the levels, reset the warning lights and charged me zero! Yes thats right nothing - this garage is the most honest ever!! Also I had a BMW 330i which I loved and managed to drive for 300,000 miles until it stopped working - all thanks to this garage for keeping my lovely BMW going all those years - they are unbelievable!!!!

Ive come here ever since I lived in LA -- honest, kind, good. Ive had two different experiences with them when they could have let me come in for a service that I didnt necessarily need; they very honestly told me that I didnt need to spend that money, and told me how to recognize when I would. I double checked this with several sources all of which told me they had given excellent advice. Ive never had to struggle to get an appointment -- Ive always been able get in the day that I call. Ill absolutely keep coming back!
