I found honest and quality car repair in Los Angeles at last! I had tried two other auto repair shops before to using Eurozone, and both experiences left me with questions: was anything actually wrong with the car? did they actually do they work they said they did?? why did it take so long??? I have none of those qualms after using Eurozone. They diagnosed my Mini Cooper on the day I dropped it off, gave me thorough information on what repairs were needed, and worked with me to create a repair schedule which they completed on time. Through all of this, they were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repair!

Great place for servicing my Benz. Eurozone does a complete physical and diagnostic evaluation complete with videos!!!Everyone is courteous, downs time explaining details and very knowledgeable.Ive been a customer of theirs for years as they are trustworthy and stand by their work.

They did good work on my Fiat, and took good care of me. Although, I think they should ditch the promo where if you leave them a 5 star review they give you a discount on your next repair (and if you didnt feel like giving them 5 stars than contact them to make it better). It made the 5 star reviews more suspect, and generally didnt seem like it matched the standard they seem to be striving for.... It was more than a year ago so I hope they no longer do that.

I have been taking my Mini to Eurozone since I moved back to LA. I really appreciate their professionalism and personal care. Monica and Brandon are a delight to work with. I stumbled upon Eurozone Motors after feeling taken advantage of by the Audi dealership. From the first time coming to this place I was 100% certain that they would become my regular mechanic. I have now been there 3 times, and each time I am met with professionalism, excellent turnaround times, friendliness, and great pricing for great work. I highly suggest this mechanic to anyone with an Audi or any other type of vehicle!

Update: I am changing my 5 star review to one star since my last experience wasnt on par with previous ones for following reasons:They lost my tire key lock, and didnt accept responsibility, which costed me 2 hours of my time to chase down a lock from the dealer, with a almost flat tire and pay 60$.Note: this probably happened few months before I realized, since you dont check for your tire key lock unless you have a flat tire.The main reason I kept bringing my car back for a year was trust and in my opinion, my last interaction to get an understanding on the things that need to be immediately fixed vs things that can wait wasnt very transparent.With that being said, I hope my bad experience was an outlier.

I had called around to a few other nearby places and found their customer service was rude. When I called Eurozone, I immediately noticed a difference. Ronaldo was so kind and patient on the phone. They were able to squeeze me in same day. When I got to the location, they were ready for me, had a nice clean area, professional appearance and courteous/respectful demeanor. I felt comfortable. They had my car ready in the time they said they would. Will always come back to Eurozone for my BMW care!

Where do I begin. Eurozone Motors was a breath of fresh air for me. I took my older Mini Cooper (that I loved and was probably too attached to) in to be given an extensive evaluation. I knew there were a few significant things wrong that needed to be fixed so I could get it back on the road safely. Ronaldo gave me a call when the diagnostic check was complete and let me know all that was wrong with it. Most of what he told me, I had suspected was wrong, but here is what I didn’t expect. Ronaldo gave me his personal opinion that was in *MY* best interest, not his. He told me that if it was his vehicle, he would not put the money into the car repairs because the repairs would total more than the car was worth. He told me that he needed to tell me that before I made a decision to have the car repaired. I was instantly refreshed by this honest and human response. I was eager to fix the car, so he could have easily convinced me to sink thousands of dollars into the car. Instead, he told me the truth. I could not be more grateful. I decided to sell the car and get a new vehicle. Ronaldo’s honesty sold me as a new loyal customer. I give this place five stars!

Great experience with Eurozone! I had to take my Jetta in a couple of times in the last month for various issues, and all the guys there are honest, communicative and do quick, quality work! They made sure to keep me updated on the status of my repairs and did their best to keep costs down. German cars are finicky so it’s important to take yours to people that know them inside and out. 10/10 thank you guys!!

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change on my Mercedes E350 and then they tell me I need an oil drain plug seal and theyre waiting for it to be delivered, probably only another hour. Wasted over 3 hours. I told them when I made the appointment last week that there was a little oil leak and it still didnt get fixed. I was the first one there at 7:30 am. Go somewhere else.

A good advice when checking on yelp, everyone can give 5 stars and great comment but see how involved the owner and staff are, through their replies at the comment section. That will show you how well they really care about their work and their customers.I have a kinda well preserved 01 SLK 320, went to a lot of mechanics and searched yelp multiple times prior to coming in here. The thing that made me choose this establishment was through reading the comment section. When i got there, Brandon and his co-worker (im bad with names) are very professional, helpful and friendly which i trusted my car to them right away (considering i have trust issues). The price of the repair is a bit high for me since im just a struggling student, but worth every penny spent.

They were able to diagnose my car and called me exactly when they said they would. The repairs were out of my price range. (That being said, I googled the same repair online and found they are fair in their prices). Monica was able to suggest alternative payment options and I was able to pick up my car in a few days. I always dread going to the dentist and to a car mechanic. However, the folks at Eurozone Motors put my fears to rest.I have a 2007 Mini Cooper that needed a lot of work. They performed a thorough inspection and did not call out any work that was not necessary. And the reason I know they didnt add unnecessary work is that I already knew what was wrong with the car when I brought it in; if they had suggested anything beyond, I would have walked out.My Mini drives GREAT now. Great work, came in for the first time with an engine malfunction warning, which sounded bad, but they had me all sorted out in a couple of days. At my request, they took care of all of the routine maintenance while we were at it. What I really liked was how clear and transparent they were about what they were doing. Most mechanics arent in my experience.Also, my cars engine is super fussy about engine oil quantity. Its an E93 M3, it doesnt have a dipstick, literally every time the oil level has been compromised, in one case by a BMW dealer, repeat DEALER, the oil level has been off. I was shocked, since Eurozone did an oil change, when I drove away the oil level was right on the mark!

I brought my VW GTI in to diagnose a check engine light and for a full inspection, since this was a used vehicle and I was unsure of the state of services etc. The communication from Eurozone was top notch; my service advisor made sure to stay in touch with me during the whole process and the email reports with full images and a detailed vehicle health report were very helpful in understanding what service items needed attending to right away. The work done on my vehicle was done efficiently and cleanly, all staff members I encountered were courteous and safe in regards to the current COVID precautions, I couldnt be happier.

This place was amazing. Kind and knowledgeable staff and comfortable waiting area. When I went in for an oil change they even put the sticker in the door jam instead of on the windshield to keep it from looking tacky. Great place!!

My 08 BMW went into Limp Mode one morning, after having it towed to the dealer and having them look at it, I quickly had it towed to Eurozone Motors, and I only wish I had taken the car to them in the first place. They did the same quality work as the dealer but for a fraction of the cost. Monica and her husband were an amazing help, they were both open and honest and very friendly. After my experience, this is the only place I will take my car, and I highly recommend you do the same.

I took my 2008 Audi A3 to Eurozone when I needed my 95K miles service. They did a thorough inspection as a part of that service. Monica and team have been great working with me to get the service completed. The shop is clean, the staff is attentive and knowledgable and I never gotten the vibe that Im being taken for a ride. Brought in a used VW Sportwagen for a pre-purchase inspection and was glad I did as they discovered a few costly repairs that were not revealed to me by the seller. Inspection was detailed and included photos of the problematic areas as well. I booked my appointment over email with Ronaldo who was very responsive and pleasant to deal with online and in person. We decided to pass on the repairs and walked away from the car deal but would take a car there in the future to get checked out.

I went to Volkswagen dealership for my Passat and found out that I got charged $353 for a battery change that would have cost $195 at the dealership. I called Eurozone and let them know that the dealer had a better offer, and they price-matched with Volkswagen, which was awesome. Their top notch service combined with their passion for customer satisfaction makes me want to come back for additional services! Always a good idea to follow up on prices if youre unsure of whether the price is comparable to the dealer.

Great mechanic and customer service. I brought in a 2009 BMW 750li that was leaking oil in the engine and causing lots of smoke and oil burning and over consumption of oil, the mechanic was pretty upfront about what could be done and the cost, so I got my car partially fixed at a reasonable price rather than do the $5k repair thats needed, replacing the valve seal, the minor fix, replacing 4 hoses, has helped rtemendously. Good shop with high tech tools to do the big jobs.
