I sold a car to this company through Paddle the service of the guy that came to pick the car up was horrible he called me and said that he had too much work and that he could not come to pick the car up I told him that we had scheduled the pick up for a reason and that my mom missed work to be home to hand the keys and the registration to him he got upset and hung up on me when he showed up to my house he had a bad attitude and was really rude to my sister and to my mom. Will never use this company again!!

The lady named Vicki Williams, Payroll Specialist, has one of the worst, condescending attitudes of any place Ive worked. It s shame that someone in this position would hate their job so much so as to treat new immigrants trying to get payroll and understand the companys payroll system would be treated this way. I would never hire a person of her poor, jaded demeaner. Its a poor refection on the company and very sad. I am feel very badly for anyone employee who has to interact with her regarding payroll questions. Her email are curt and condescending. She should be ashamed of her disposition.

Waited 3 hrs. Then got skipped twice because fork lift guy had his friend there. So he loaded his friend up before me. Then told me I have to go and get in line with the app again.

Two new employees in the office are very bad
So late September my car broke down. Decided to donate it to Kars for Kids an this is the company they use. Set up all that fun stuff blah blah. Anyway I had to call this place to schedual the pick up. Lady on the phone hung up on me 4 times. 5th time she put me on hold, Im assuming its because of my Florida area code. So while I was on hold I used my boyfriends phone, which is a CA area code. Got through in seconds an set up the time. Same women.Fast forward the next day. I forgot my CDs. No biggie. I called to see if I could pick them up real quick. Same women, again, hung up on me 3 times. Had to use *67 to get her to stop hanging up on me, I just wanted to see if I could stop by an if this was the correct address. It was. Told her I would be there in 20. Went over, new girl, very sweet. She said no one told her I was on my way. No biggie, she was very helpful. Got my CDs an said goodbye to my old car Ethal.Overall it was fine, just kinda annoying to be repeatedly hung up on before I could even talk.

WORST COPART I ever been to !!!First their closing at 4 and not at 5 as google maps and all other locations do!Even when you call to their phone number automated system saying their work till 5 pm !!!Waist of time, money and so much stress 🤯I was trying to enter it at 3:59 and a guy at the gates just didn’t let me in so I was on hold for 20 minutes and then their told me that it’s too late and their already closed.Staff was very rude as well 👎👎👎👎 like at Copart locations tho 🤯

Buyer beware, sell cars that hide the damage. Will make it look like the damage isn’t as bad as it actually is. If the car has a salvage title but looks barely wrecked stay away!
The staff here is always nice. In and out, dont usually wait long in the office. They greet you and are polite. I go to this location just to pay on my lots if Im in the area.

Loved this auction. I am a loyal repokar customer and I usually only sell cars out there, but I found here a car I really liked so I registered at Copart too. Both web-sites are really good, will visit Copart again.
They lost 2 money orders and claimed to misplaced them they took full responsibility for it but didnt even bother to check cameras to see where they might have placed it they said that thats all they could do just tell me that they lost it and couldnt help me I had to wait 2 month to get a refund at the place I got my money orders from they basically just washed there hands and left me with a problem that i have to fix my self for there wrong doing and believe it or not they had the audacity to send me an email 3 months later saying they found them dont pay at this location pay the through money gram its safer
This place stole absolutely everything from my car. I was in an accident in which my car was taken by the sheriff department to store. I had authorize Copart to pick up my car. When I went to pick up my stuff everything was gone. My childs Birth Certificate, Hospital Paperwork, my clothes, glasses, shoes, perfumes. It was completely cleaned out for Sale as the person that escorted me to the car said to take pictures. He also said that once they clean and removed all the items they take all the items and have them in storage but nothing but my plates and some drawings my kids made were stored for me. They were kind enough to leave some diapers and wipes in the trunk though. My car was there less than 30 days and was still under investigation so i dont understand why they even cleaned it out for pictures/sale in the first place. When I spoke with the unhelpful manager Luz Perez she said that there was nothing they could do. That she was going to speak with my insurance adjuster. Which Im not quite sure how she would know how my items disappeared at their facility.Its very unfortunate that this people can do this and just shrug their shoulders and get away with this.

After shopping at more than a few Subaru dealerships, I purchased a 2016 Outback from Copart. The staff was great. They were educated regarding the product and never tried to push me. I highly recommend them.

I have been by this dispensary 3 times, 2 of my visits were great but today was bad customer service. I spend a lot of money to me when I come through and I recommend everybody to this spot. I will return because of Natalie (Nat) but I will not recommend this spot anymore. The budtender I had today should work in the background

Very slow process and unenthusiastic and rude people working here.hope management cares about this business.after I went in to the office to get the papers work and waited for an hour while none there except me.when go ask why none is loading the car on my truck,her reply was they are busy. While another thirty five minutes passed and had go in another two more times . Its same reply they are busy .while the fork lyft guys walking around and none cares to help.

Fork lift drivers and yard management need to take care of the drivers that pick up vehicles for their customers. They depend on us as much as we depend on them. They skip us and take care of incoming vehicles. Theres 4 forklift driving up and down for the last 2 hours and it doesnt look good for 6 drivers waiting in line. This is the 2nd worst co parts next to van Nuys. The owner should address this

Agreed to sell my car to CopartThey are Extremely unprofessional.First the get the amount wrongNext they tell me they cant pick up on Saturday. So I have to take time off work to wait on Friday.I call on Friday (today)to confirm the pick up they said yes between 8am and 1212 rolls around and no one has shown upI call to get an update they place me on hold for 15 minutes and then hang upI call back to find out that my pick up was rescheduled for Saturday after being told there wasnt any Saturday pick upIve wasted four hours of my time that I was not being paid due missing workI would like to ask to be compensated for the terrible experience and wasted time but they way things are going I feel you all will say no and tell me too bad.
This is the worse establishment you can deal with. Horrible customer service, ignorance and poor service. They appoint a rep to deal with you here in Los Angeles like that guy called George, who needs to learn basic customer service. We sent few cars to sell at this auction and was a nightmare to pick them up when they were not sold. To do the paper work is another story, they send you from one person to another and you have to wait one to two hours just to finish paperwork. When it come to pick the cars, good luck if you get them before 3 hours waiting under the sun. If you are a dealer, stay away from this place and stick with a reputable auction. Apparently if you have a scrap car this is where to deal with as personnel there have a scrap yard mentality and prices.

HORRIBLE!!! These people are criminals that need to be locked up. Why? Well, I had a vehicle that was repossessed however these ingrates stole all of my property out of my car (shoes, clothes, my daughters baby seat) and when I called they gave me hard time just because I was asking how to retrieve my property. When the lady at counter handed me a bag of paperwork (things that could not be stolen) she laughed at me as she handed it to me as if he knew they had stolen my stuff. I understand the process of a repossessed car but taking my belongings makes me feel violated. So I want to say F copart and every living being that has ever been a part of it. Shameful pieces of garbage all of them!

Pay attention to the pictures, they hide damage on vehicle, caveat emptor(Buyer Beware). I bought a VERY EXPENSIVELESSON. Love the vehicle just had more money invested by the time I finished.
Poor service. Needs lots of improvements. Walked in today to pay for vehicle and notice it took over 40 minutes to just pay for a vehicle. Customer service needs Improvement.It seems like Copart is going out of business. Do they even know what is Customer Customer Service is all about. I went in to pay for a vehicle on 07/02/2021. One person behince computer and the line was out the door. They dont even acknowledge you that you are there. Spoke to supervisor and she didnt know what to do... Is there any training given to your team at the Yard??? Do they even care??? I did call Copart Customer Service but it seems like they dont care at all... they said send us email which i did but never got a response.....!!!... Any body out there who care about Coparts Name and reputation??? I guess NOT....

No parking, and the information provided by the people is not that great. One has a better experience if one manages and buys the cars online. No bidding happens at the location.
Copart is a nice auto auction with pretty good sales. Here are cars any year, any make, any model and any condition. I often attend Repokar auction which provides variety of automotive in Los-Angeles and many states and cities in USA.

Got there with 6 people in line in front of me. Waited 4 hours for my car to finally come up. Ive done business at about a dozen CoPart locations and this is the slowest location Ive ever used. Dont buy here unless you have half a day or more to waste.

I bought my car from here. The staff are nice and very quick.
They successfully stole my vehicle. wow.I sent them photos and copy of my factory (MSO) title and pictures of my newly salvaged 2013 BMW F800GS motorcycle and they made an offer. After a little negotiation they dispatched a truck to pickup my vehicle and cut a check. I provided them everything they asked for including the vehicle, keys, factory title, accessories, etc.Come to find out they had some sort of internal issue about the title being a factory MSO title and their brains were too small to comprehend the vehicle was new and not yet registered. So instead of calling me to work it out, sign some more papers, or even ask for a refund.. they simply cancelled the check and I didnt hear about it till my bank notified me.They now have my vehicle, keys and title and my only recourse is to try to work it out with some GM Louis Ramirez or take them to court. What a terrible operation.
