I came here to estimate a rear bumper repair after a small accident - I just got a little scratch. The quote was the lowest in the neighborhood and it was done with a zero charge.The owner is fair, he actually dont want to get your money, it seems to me that he just loves to help people - for my case he recommended to do nothing with my scratch - I also was thinking about this. This characterise him as an honest person.
