Great customer service, friendly staff. Love that they send you updates through text on the status of your car. Picked up my car and was very impress with the finished repairs. My car looks brand new, like I just drove it off the dealer. They did a very good job on the paint and detailing.The only down side is that they took longer than expected nearly 2 weeks for what I thought were minor repairs, but Im not complaining after seeing how great my car was returned to me. 5 stars for customer service and quality work... First time taking my vehicle here, and they were very polite and explained an estimate of the damages of my car. Took a couple days as per any other place. But overall would bring my car here again.

Since the day I took in my car the two young ladies in the office were very polite & helpful. They assisted me right away & answered all my questions. My car was in a accident so the insurance of the person that hit me covered all the cost. They took care of all the paperwork regarding the payment.The overall process took about a month which is very reasonable considering that they had to get paperwork approved by the insurance first before working on my car. Something I absolutely loved about this place is that In the month that they had my car I was constantly updated with the progress. I didn’t have to be calling them because Nancy would be constantly updating me with the progress. The The only reason why I didn’t give them 5stars is because the car was suppose to be ready on Friday & they had a problem with not having the correct part so it delayed the pickup date to Monday. Other than that everything else was absolutely amazing! & the job they did in my car was excellent! You can’t even tell that my car was ever in a accident. Definitely recommend this place!.

Went through USAA and was referred to this place. They kept me informed every step of the way. Body work came out great. Very pleased!

Besides a miscommunication about when I was able to drop my car off, they were an absolute delight to deal with. They called the car rental company for me before I arrived so I wouldnt have to wait long. They kept me updated on the progress on my vehicle via text and call. And they even offered to pay for an Uber from the car rental company to the body shop when the car rental place was short staffed to insure I got to the body shop on time before they closed to pick up my auto. And the work on my vehicle...WOW...amazing. A real gem of a business.

What a great overall experience!I needed a detached bumper fixed and I also wanted my car fully detailed. After finding Bumper Doc here on google I dropped by to talk to Brandon and he was wonderful.After a little delay because of some unforeseen circumstances, I took my car in for the work.The repair looks great and the duct tape I had holding the bumper in place is finally gone. In fact, the bumper looks like new.The detailing job makes me feel like Im driving a new car! And trust me...the car was absolutely filthy!If you need any of the services that Brandon and his team offer, then Bumper Doc is the place you should do business with.

Information is inaccurate, they told me one thing & another body shop told me what I knew & wanted to hear about fixing my car THE RIGHT WAY???? TO ME THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN DOUNG WHAT I WANTED BUT TO FIX IT THE FAST & SIMPLE WAY TO JUST GET THE MONEY????........THEY DIDNT WANNA DO IT MY WAY EVEN THI INSURANCE WAS PAYING.

You can trust your car in the hands of Metric Motors. They are not only very knowledge mechanics, they look for ways to save you time and money when performing work on your car. Tom and Rob have a great crew under them and my car is always in good hands while at their shop.

Communication skills is zero, I have to wait over 10 days to tell me in the end ( ur car is total loss ) my car is Camry 2019 which’s I believe is expensive and should to makes them interested about the cost of fix, but no I have to call them and get the information by my own, now my insurance took the car and barely called me to tell me that, over 21 days after my accident my car in their yard to count money, please don’t go there

The worst experience....for a simple side damage that any other body shop will take at most 2 weeks....these people took a whole month, I did called them in order to get my car finally back and Im not happy at all with the work.... office people never know anything about your car when you call in, no one inform you for any delays ....so unprofessional.....Will never recommend to anyone!!!!!!

Super solid service on my 2010 Chevy Colorado, not only did my truck look like new after they repaired the damage to my left front fender they also buffed my bumper out free of charge and kept the whole service transparent for me. Highly recommend this business.
