I work with The State Bar and we rent our computers and printers from this team. They always provide great customer service and response and ensure timely delivery on all items. The tricky part is we run our events across the whole state all at once and yet these ladies and gents still are able to deliver again and again.You cant go wrong trusting their service like we do, again and again!
It is not very often that one finds a Vendor as amazing as SmartSource Rentals! They take care of all of my laptop needs- my company needs laptops every week almost. They are super responsible and timely. When they do a drop off or pick up I know that it will be taken care of as if I was doing it!! If one of the laptops ever needs assistance they take care of it ASAP. They even work on weekends. I wish every vendor I worked with was as diligent and responsible and outstanding as SmartSource!!

Absolutely love this office. If you call in ask for April. I;ve worked with them multiple times a year over the past 8-10 years . Each type of project weve been able to streamline the invoices to meet my needs, prices are more than fair, and the onsite techs have always be great and helpful even if it doesnt pertain to their equipment. Highly recommend.

I was nice and tried to settle this without having to publicly oust them online. However, their drivers have no regard for others on the road since they feel they can text and drive. On August 20, 2017 one of their drivers cut me off in traffic on the 110N freeway. If it was just me in the car I could have passed it off if I was hit. But my disabled mother was in the car on the passengers side which would have taken the impact. I got the plate and called the business first thing on Monday morning. The receptionist was shorty but gave me over to the managers voicemail: Cesar C. Left my name and number yet never received a callback. Seeing as they only have one star on here, let me lower that some more.
The techs are superb!
Worst customer service. Call in and see how many loops you go through and never get a price quote. Literally, people are out today, need to ask more questions, etc etc etc. I couldnt give them money if I tried because e theyre too busy looping
