We bought a stack washer dryer which was in great condition. Tried hooking it up ourselves but there was an issue we didnt know how to resolve. Called Campos Appliances again and they sent their staff member George to fix it at our home! Easy process and appreciated the quick response- within 15 minutes we have laundry again! Would recommend to everyone.

I chose 5🌟 bc they to confirm the appointment and they arrived on time! Test were done major working components to evaluate the true problem and the process/repair took less than 30 minutes! And he clean up behind himself (really was no mess)! Overall very professional job! Will use them again! I recommend this business Thank you!

Great appliances I been doing business here with campos appliances for years if something goes wrong they fix it sometimes we need to understand we are buying something used and they are not going to last forever but highly recommended everything is in great condition

Terrible customer service. I purchased a refrigerator from Campos Appliance on 4/10/21. It has a leak that started the first day that I brought it home. I wasn’t worried because they advertise a “90 day guarantee”, but I have not been able to get ahold of them. I have called and left three voicemails now. It is far from my house so I haven’t had a chance to go in, but I will be stopping by before this warrantee is over to get answers. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

My washer machine needed a drain pump. I searched everywhere to buy one so we could replace it ourselves. I found Campos Appliances through Google. When I called and asked if he sold the part I needed he said no but he could repair my machine. When I asked how much he quoted me a price that was very reasonable. So I asked how soon could he do it and he said he could come same day after he closed the shop. He did just that. George was very reliable, he stayed in contact with me about his arrival time, he entered my home COVID19 prepared with a face mask. George assessed my washer and had it fixed in no time. I would definitely refer this business to others and also use him in the future if needed. Thank you George!

Three weeks ago I purchased a washer from Campos Appliances. The delivery was smooth and easy even though it was a very tight space. They never complained about anything and their prices Are good . I was overall happy with their service

They were great! UNTIL their refrig stopped working within 30 days. Went back to them but they refused to exchange for another one. Oh well thats the gamble when buying used appliances. Big fat Boooooooo!!!!!!!

My friends fridge she bought stopped cooling after just 2 weeks of having it. They fixed it for her but if it were to have stooped cooking after 2 months they wouldnt have fixed it for free.Nice fridge, but problems ahead.
