Their paint is really expensive and they automatically push for the most expensive gallons before telling you that the lower cost items are just as good. Washability was the distinguishing factor between the top priced gallons and the more moderately priced ones. Also the sales person spoke so quickly that it was hard to understand and process what she said before making a decision. We made the decision purely on cost because we didnt hear everything that she said about the products. She ran thru the explanations too fast.

I have been using Sherwin-Williams paint for 30 years and have found the quality of the paint only improve every time I use it.

I went to the Amherst Sherman-Williams with a refinishing challenge, and the store manager, Jamison spent a lot of time with my wood sample. He was knowledgable and patient, trying stains on my wood piece and making good suggestions.
