The people Ive encountered during my few trips here are great and provide excellent service. The layout of the store itself isnt confusing at all and everything is easily able to be found. Cool inventory of various pieces and such like that. Never seem to be out of tattoo supplies so thats a plus as well.

We came to the Lorain location and Emily was awesome helped us with everything. She was super knowledgeable answered tons of questions showed us many products. Well definitely be back! I recommend this place.

Big selection of glass tobacco pipes, water bongs, dab nails and rigs of every type and every other glass accessory imaginable. Alot of the glass pieces are like works of art. The difference between The Glass House and every other Head Shop around, is that they carry tatoo equipment as well. I went in search of a few new colors of ink. The only problem i had was finally choosing the colors because there were so many to choose from. They have new needles which is a must, power supplies, tattoo guns and everything else you need. Normal head shop. Lots of interesting gadgets. Large varieties of incense and accessories. Tattoo stuff, clothing and even gizmo/gremlin cards(havent seen that movie stuff in 15 years at least). Silicon trays that are tie dye. Nice store.

Super friendly service! Well organized store with a pretty awesome variety of herbal accessories & other necessities. The biggest selection of incnense in the area. 25¢ for singles.(Ill have to update the rest when I return for more.) Be prepared to spend at least 30mins looking in this great store! This shop is neatly tucked in downtown Lorain, on Broadway. The items priced are favorable & free, meter-free, parking right in front of the store. Awesome products

Love the action figures and oddity items you sell. Much more of a unique trade store than anything else around the area. Catt was extremely friendly and kind, so all around great selection and customer service.

The sales associate was very helpful, but I was told not to talk about the product sold there. The store is a smoke/head shop where you can buy glass pipes, rolling papers, and all things marijuana related. Im from Massachusetts, where its legal and buying weed and smoking paraphernalia is as easy as just getting a weed card. But again the sales person was very helpful.

Very good incense scents to choose from. Can always find a good selection. Can Mix and match them as well. I prefer buying my incense here over other stores and smoke shops.
