Went to the store at 2:50 pm to make a purchase. There was a sign on the door stating they were out until 4pm for lunch. I understand having a lunch but over an hour? I ended up going to Walmart who didnt have what I needed so I went to Target to find the game.

Workers were helpful. Nice selection of games. Not much value for trades.

Helpful and friendly staff, but they never have any new stock in Actual Stock... Not cool.

This particular one had a small ish Nintendo section. Walked out with some cool socks and a new headset, otherwise thats it.

The service here is phenomenal. You go in and it feels like Cheers. They really do remember who you are. Very knowledgeable and every suggestion is always on point.

I went 10 minutes early and they closed and the owner was in his car and I went up to it and he flicked me off and drove off, mind you I’m only 13

Even tho they rip you off when you sell them your preowned games and sell them for double to triple what they gave you, but the employees are actually very nice and helpful at this store which is rare for gamestop

Used games are a bit higher than expected and my worst experience, each time I go in is being asked repeatedly can I help you what are we looking for what system are we shopping for today etc..... I know some people may like customer service like that but I feel smothered. I know what I came for and if I got a question, Ill ask. Good selection of Nintendo switch games

They always have copies of games with the shrink wrap still on it, while other gamestops dont and often I find myself buying new games that have been open for the display which sucks because opening a new product gives me life 😂

Would be awesome if they could answer the phone so Im not driving up there for nothing

Today’s day in age online shopping becoming the new way to do business, this store gives me every reason to keep doing so. Hope her day gets better cause obviously somethings making her act miserable to customers. GameStop lost a customer but I couldn’t imagine that’s a shock to them

The cleanest Gamestop around! The store manager Mark is amazing and genuinely looks out for his customers. 10/10

Be careful with sales staff. The don’t want to let you exchange or return anything just because they are lazy.

This is much like all of the other GameStops that Ive been in. I think thats the whole idea though. If you like GameStop, then this one has a little more merch than some others.

This gamestop offers your average range of used and new games. This location also has very attentive staff that will try to help you in every way possible (within their means) to ensure a nice shopping experience.

Just moved to the area and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful in getting my preorders transferred to their store. They were on the phone forever w the other store and I felt bad. They assured me they didnt have a problem doing it. Very nice and helpful.

Best gamestop around. Mark the manager there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful wheb buying a game. He doesnt push stuff on you but will help you get the experience you are looking for from your gane selection. I dont buy my video game products anywhere else if I dont have too!

Ripoff place offer 75 bucks for a brand new xboxone S bundle and 80 for a 1TB PS4 20 for brand new games that just came out this place shouldn’t even get 1 star ⭐️ this is to ALL GAMESTOPS not just this one

Went in to pick up my pre order. It was not there. It was not in the system, and the person told me tuff luck basically. Though, i had an email with order #attached. No copies for miles. They didnt even offer to call another store or get my order fixed. Looked at me and said. I dont know what to tell you. So i ordered it on ebay instead. Gamestop wonders why they are going out of business at brick and mortar stores.

Literally closed a half hour early sign and website said open till 8pm

Staff are kind. Selection is small. Honored my trade in and the online quote. Helped me make sure I has enough to get a ps4, when I traded my 3ds in without its stylus.
