I purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from them. I live in a different state and took a bus to downtown Cleveland and they arranged a pick up from downtown to their shop for me. While I was waiting until they fix little details on the car I was purchasing, they offer me free coffee and a ride to the nearest subway for lunch. They’re very honest, give excellent service, and reasonable price. Oh! one more thing, I forgot my driver’s license there and they mailed it through USPS priority mail so that I would get it faster. Over all, I’m very happy with the car I purchased and the service I was given.

I had spent the entire week searching what had to be nearly every single car lot in Lorain, and just like every other day, i had spent hours searching myself to exhaustion. i had given up for the day and decided that i was going to go home and prepare myself to take that dreaded trip to Cleveland the next morning, i rode past LAKEVIEW motor Sales and a few of the vehicles caught my attention do i decided to just stop bu really quickly to just have a look and go.i have a gift for reading people upon meeting them and so far id had nothing positive to say about any of the dealers that i had met that week. i remember speaking to Emad on the phone veery briefly earlier that day so i was only expecting more of the same. Instead of being greeted by some salesman with a fake smile and terrible jokes, i was invited by another staff member who was talking to people in the parking lot. he called out to me with a huge bright smile and let me know how to find the man i was there to see.upon entering the office, Emad introduced himself to me and,giving me his undivided attention he asked how he could help me. From the beginning, i could sense that he was a very real and honest person. It didnt take long for him to earn my trust and i felt comfortable asking any questions and making my own requests. the whole time he kept it straight with me and even offered important information that i hadnt even thought of asking for.long story short, the entire visit i felt comfortable and satisfied that i had made the decision to come to his place of business. i had come in feeling exhausted and left with a huge smile accross my face and on my heart. Emad went above and beyond to get me the deal that i negotiated with him and i left extremely satisfied. the whole staff was friendly and i wouldnt mind going again

Not to good with the customer service i watched one of the workers tell a customer that maybe she didnt put her van in drive or reverse all the way that could be the reason why it wouldnt go in gear (hahaha this place is a joke) and i see they dont care about nothing they sale to anyone...
