Bought a 2007 Dodge Nitro.Fair price. I found s few things wrong.They fixed at no charge. Plus they found water pump was bad and fixed no charge. Also put new brakes and rotors on no charge. People have to remember used is used. But i recommend them. Gave me good service. Polite and fair. Both the car sales and the repair shop.Steve

Went car shopping and decided to visit Certified and saw a car I possibly wanted. Yeah was rotted in places which is expected for a older Ohio car. Knew this was a reputable place to get a decent inexpensive vehicle. Went to open hood and it refused to close, drove with employee to shop to have it addressed and it shifted HARD in 2nd gear (automatic) they said fluid was fine so went with another employee to take it for a test drive and was constantly shifting hard when it went to 2nd gear so just took it back to the lot and left. Not saying anything bad, nice people but the cars on the lot are sad. Over priced, high miles, bad rust on some. Just a bad 1st impression with this car lot.

Buyers Beware!!!DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HEREI got 2 cars from here. My first car was an 07 Honda which ran pretty well but towards the end of my lease I found out they TAPED my muffler up because the threads were too worn to fit screws. I owed like $800 on it so they called it a wash and I didnt have to pay it. They then put me in an 08 Ford Explorer because Burt said it had the least amount of problems on the lot. The day before I got my car the had to change my tire because it had a bolt stuck in it. The next day I got my Ford and that tire fell off while I was on the highway. My mom, little sister and my son was in the car and we almost crashed. In Dec. I had the fix my rear breaks and low and behold my son and I are on our way to Kent ON THE HIGHWAY and my rear tire comes off!!! After that I stopped going to them to get my car fixed and I got my car checked out my another mechanic to find out that my transfer case, axels, bracket pinion, etc all need to be repaired. I financed my car for a little over 6k and Ive spent the same repairing it. DO NOT GET A CAR HERE

I bought my first car there and it lasted a wonderful four months. I didnt get any compensation what so ever and of course I never saw my 3.000 dollars again. Needless to say, this car lot is a sham and more people should report them to the BBB

My parents bought a car from them paid cash its been over 60 days n still dont have a title! Still missing pieces that were promised and charges on her debit card when she put in her down payment that she was never told about! Everybody blames someone else. Very Dishonest people! So i just wanted to add its been since june they bought the car n still havent gotten the parts she was peomised or the money he charged without consent and it is now almost end of september! Deff will be reporting them
