My husband purchased a flat bed for his truck through this company in July 2020. It is now February and we still have not received it. We paid $1K and never got the bed or a refund. This company stole our money. My husband drove 6 hours to pick it up and no one was there or answered the phone. He took an entire day off of work and drove to Ohio for nothing. We filed a fraud report at the website below if anyone else is interested and has had their money stolen from this company.

This was a very easy transaction. Communication was convenient through text and they found the parts to convert my super duty dash from 02 to 2010. The price was fair and shipping reasonable and fast. Parts arrived totally complete and in great condition. They did a great job. Thanks.

If it was possible to leave anything lower than one star I would. But this company has horrible customer service we ordered a transmission and paid in full and then for 3 weeks we call with no answer or returned calls until we cancel the funds transferred then they immediately contacted us saying that it was about to ship that day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

As far as parts. A little high on price for average parts. As far as communications, very poor. As far as shipping. Reasonable price, but really, Really slow to get it out the door. All i can say is average. They did have the part i needed though when no one else did.

We received the super duty cab top with sunroof exactly as described Joe is accurate and honest with the transaction and parts he shipped. Us being over 800 miles away buying expensive parts over phone can be nerve racking and it was pleasant meeting and doing business with someone honest like them. Thank you.

This place should have a negative rating. They are crooks and liars. Bought a truck bed, they cant produce it. Cant produce 2000 either. Claim they have sent check twice. Even sent a tracking number. Nope no good. Nicole says she has no reason to lie. Yes you sure do. To the tune of $2000.00 of money you have that does not belong to you.

Terrible people bunch of liars. Dont trust Nicole she is liar drove 60 plus miles and I come there and they want more money on parts then we agreed over the phone. I wish they had zero stars. They should close this place down. They told me if I pay cash the price of the parts will be even cheaper. I was going to buy a bed for my truck they wanted me to pay in cash because the price will be cheaper. I also was going to buy doors for a 2011 ford f150 and they said they dont have trucks that new. But Nicole said they have like 30 plus doors for that model from 2009 and up. I spoke to the manger or owner he told me that I didnt call them before I got there. Why will I make a name of the person that works there.

Was a little bumpy do to the computer setup during the storm but joe and Nicole did there best to make it smooth. It took more time then I would have liked but they were great and joe was very good on his word as was Nicole sorry for the people that feel diff buttt its my experience with them.

They are not honest about the stuff you call they are nice when at first them call back and they will not talk to you

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a joke. They want more money for the parts then the dealer wants. They get all their cars from CO PARTS and strip the parts on the trucks and CHARGE customers 10 times more then a dealership. The guy Joe will tell you a price over the phone and once you get there he wants to change the price and charge you double. The lady at the front desk would not even give me a receipt for my wire harness. She said if she gave me a receipt that she would have to charge me $20 more and then charge tax. I am reporting this place to the BBB and the consumers affairs. DO NOT COME HERE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE A YOU ARE NOBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I give this place of 5 out of 5 stars I got to Speak to Joe he was a very pleasant and patient man he was honest about everything he said to me on the phone I bought 750LI For a good amount of Money BMW Hes a little hard to Reach but he will call you and make sure he answers any questions you can have.I bought the car in a bad time it was over the holidays and then came the snow storms and im from Miami I couldnt pick the car up just like that so I did get a lil nervous because it took a lil longer than expected but it was out of his hands by him being patient thats what I mean I thought I was being conned but it was all the contrary everything he said was real the car is in my hands now amazing vehicle just like he said he made sure I was updated and never lost hes cool lol. Nicole is also great she had to deal with me the most total pro top noche costumer service and she made sure he got my messages. Me and the kids couldnt be happier will definitely do business again with them.

Bought a cluster here. Was told it was to have 121k on it and nothing was wrong with it, I buy it, it has a burn blemish on the screen, and has 183k on it. Poor communication at this place. Not happy whats so ever. Lady at the desk didnt even get a receipt.

They stole over $3500. Still have our vehicle they were selling us, said they would repay the money when they could. That was 9 months ago. We have had tiny installments because they couldnt conplete the work and have our miney and we have no vehicle. Now we are stuck with $3500+ not returned.

Buyer beware this place is horrible was told I could get a complete wiring harness from a truck drove 3+ hours and then was told I could not get the complete harness from same truck so they had me get half from one truck and half from another truck just to get home and find out they do not work together they will not refund the money called spoke to owner tried to get him to refund half of my money and I would send his parts back he said no it is yours so now I have 400.00 dollars worth of junk wiring harness save your money buy parts from someone who will stand behind their words also this place is very nasty dirty no light in the building trash all over the place and very rude employees it is a chop shop BUYER BEWARE

This place is a scam! Paid for cab and doors in advance; they were nothing as described, and now they will not refund my money.

Bought truck from them they were suppose to fix a list of stuff didnt fix anything. Constantly lie about everything complete thiefs stay away!!!!!!!
