This is the second vehicle I have owned that I take to Elite. They are always profesional, honest & straightforward about repairs needed for my cars. When I first took my car into the shop it was because the shop was in the warranty group from a previous oil leak. During the check, it was determine it was not the previous leak but two others. It took a few a days longer to get my car back than I wanted or needed. However, they were very thorough and did a great job. A couple of days after, my car overheated. (NOT related to the work they did) I intensely called them and they jumped right on it and took GREAT care of my car and me. It is now running better than it has in a while!! Don and Pam are very patient, understanding people and will take care of you!

John at Elite very helpful and professional. They had some problems with a part for my steering system and had to reorder it, so I had to wait a couple of days for the repair. They got the job done on the day they said they would once they got the part. My steering system is great now.They also fixed my front brakes, replacing rotors and pads. I had brought ceramic pads that my husband was too ill to install and they used them; I had asked another shop, but they refused to use the pads I had previously bought.I will use their services again when the need arises. I do recommend that you give them a try!

Elite Automotive was a life saver. My battery light illuminated on my way home from work at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. I work in the auto repai industry and the dealership where I work is 27 miles away. I suspected the alternator and was not comfortable driving that far to get it repaired. Saturday morning I spent 2 hours calling around trying to locate a mobile repair or some one local to check it out. No one was available until Monday. I really needed my vehicle fixed immediately. Finally, around 10:00 one of the mobile repair call centers referred me to Elite Automotive but said they close at 12:00. I called them anyway and John said they close at 5. If I could get it there they would check it out, and if they could get the part they mught be able to fix it that day. My suspicion about the alternator was correct. They got the part, fixed my vehicle, and I was driving again that same day! Thank you so much John for the great service! I highly recommend Elite Automotive in Longwood FL!

These people are awesome! They are always friendly and wanting to help. I love going here, I never feel taken advantage of. Shannon does her best to get you the best price for what you need. Ive had to spend many hours with them when unexpected things came up during repairs. And I dont mind, I know they are trying to do their best for me and not just rush me out to get to the next vehicle. The few times I have checked around for certain expensive things Ive had to have done, their pricing was always the best or equal to. The little interaction Ive had to have with the other machanics there has always been great. I truly cant say enough good things about coming here.

Went here yesterday to get my AC fixed. They’re just as good as they were when I went years ago.

I went back a second time because you all assured me that my issue would be taken care off and yet again and it was to get an alternator replaced. You all DIDNOT repair it for free. I was charged $500 plus almost $600 for that service. Yet again $200 more than what you all quoted me. So again you all’s integrity and honestly is extremely questionable. You also charge me an additional fee take my battery out my trunk. As a customer that has come to your establishment multiple times, I do not feel like I was taken care of or yet important. I came to your establishment multiple times because it was convenient as far as location. But yet my last two experiences were not good and I am okay with being inconvenienced by going to another establishment where I am not lied to. I received a call from a co owner in which I am grateful for since he showed. He did say he would give me a call back. But I have yet to receive a call back from him.

I took my 2011 BMW 328i in for spark plugs replacement & throttled body cleaning. Don at Elite Automotive took great care on my vehicle. Very knowledgeable & honest guy.

I’ve come to your establishment twice and each time I’ve been given a price to ha e something fixed and when I come in to pay is a completely different price. At least $200-$300 more. I was told to bring my vehicle in to get it looked at and I wouldn’t be charged for you all too look at. Then I was still charged an inspection fee. Also after my car was repaired the vehicle check engine light is still on. The code reader is still reading the same codes that I originally brought my vehicle in for. I was told the codes are reading because I need to drive the car more. I felt this was told to me as a way to get me off the premises. I’m extremely upset and disappointed the service I have been provided.

Everyone at Elite from the office manager to the mechanics are very professional, friendly and super competent. I always have confidence in their repair and maintenance recommendations. I know I’ll be charged a fair price and everything will be done right.

Had concerns about my vehicle not turning over and had to have it towed. Called several places in the area and all were not as focused on the customer as Elite is! First call and you get in touch with Shannon who will help with the whole process. I work in the cat business myself and customer service and professionalism is #1 for me. When going to a new mechanic you never really know what to expect and if they are taking advantage and if anything, I felt like I was well taken care of while thinking the worst of the vehicle! Turns out the battery was leaking acid and it was just a battery change. Driving home and it was a new vehicle with actual power and get up as it should have! 10/10 would send my family here!

My Tundra needed its 30,000 mile service and Toyota wanted between $294 and $515 depending what needed to be done. Elite did everything for $150 and were fast. Very friendly and professional. I even received a message two days later to verify everything was satisfactory. This is what an American small business should be.

Every experience we have had at Elite has been a positive one. The staff is super friendly, they don’t try to talk you in to unnecessary purchases, they remember their clients and make you feel comfortable. My dad, who is disabled and prior to getting sick was super handy. He’s always been critical of the work people do, and he’s never had a bad thing to say about them. This probably is the best shop I’ve ever visited outside the Lexus Dealership. Shannon was very warm and welcoming. I took my brothers truck to elite automotive yesterday morning for some repairs. When I got there the building itself you know didnt look all that spectacular but when you walk in those big roomy bathroom was nice a TV chairs you can sit in it was comfortable. The automotive tech was knowledgeable although it took a little longer than they said it was going to be. but all in all they got the job done the price was fair and everybody from the people in the office to the people in the garage they were all very friendly

Brought my SUV here for a bad front end shake. Other shops were quoting me for new front end parts which costs a lot of money. I called Don and he had his team look over the car. They test drove it and found the problem in minutes. A BAD TIRE! They just earned my business for a long time. It’s hard to find a good shop, I’m glad I found Elite!

All staff were kind and explained the whole process to me. Workers seam knowledgeable and honest, and the repairs also seam to be performed in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable cost. Been going for a few years now and I am very satisfied! I have had everything from simple oil changes done, to belt changes, computer work, brakes, air conditioner, front suspension, C-V joint, etc.

Took my 2008 Ford Explorer to get heat and air repair. Exception service by Shannon and Jason. Jason did a thorough job finding and fixing the problem for a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend Elite and will myself be a returning customer.

Some friends of ours recommended Elite Automotive and we were so glad we took their advice! We were having electrical issues on our vehicle and decided to take it in. About half a mile before getting to the shop, the vehicle completely died. They sent a tech to get it up and running temporarily to make it to the shop. They found the problem, drove all the way to Kissimmee to get the part just so we didn’t have to wait for it to be shipped, fixed it up and we had the vehicle back the same day! I asked about the problem and Jason explained it very well. I looked up parts online of what needed to be replaced and they were offering it to me at the same price or cheaper than ones I was finding online. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be taking our vehicles there any time it’s needed!

I usually hate trying to find a good mechanic. So I went into Elite Auto to have my radiator replaced and also hoping to find a shop that I can trust. I am sold. Not only did they replace my radiator, they replaced a burned out turn signal (that I had not gotten to yet), fixed in a dent in my hood and then took my door apart to fix a popped door handle at NO CHARGE! And although Mark was 99% sure of the issue I was having with my speedometer he thought I should get a second opinion before forking out a bunch cash on the parts. Ive never had a mechanic do this. Jen, Mark and the rest of his crew took great care of me. Highly recommend. Will be back.

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! They just tried charging me almost $400 for a Broken shift cable for 2.8 hours of labor and the part. Luckily they didnt have it because when i got home waiting was a letter from ford for a safety recall for the exact same issue I was having. I called them up and had them tow it to the ford dealership. The driver was the owner and completely unprofessional left my car in the middle of the parking lot not at the service center drop off and drove off. As it turns out ford fixed the bushing in less than 15 mins and it wouldve only cost $160 had it not been covered. Will never bring anything to them again.

Comfortable waiting area.Besides fixing the cause of the problem, the mechanic explained what caused the problem and what he did to correct it. No problem going into the work area to look for myself. Nice. Cost for repairs is reasonable. Thats nice too. What more can I say. Will I return? Definitely.

WORST, NO STAR -10 RATING. WORST PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH WORST PROFESSIONALY MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL. THEY DON’T HAVE ANY ‘ASE’ CERTIFIED MASTER MECHANIC, THEIR ROCKY STAFF BREAK YOUR CAR AND REFUSE TO RESPONSIBLE. THE CAR WAS OVERHEATED WHILE THEY WORK ON THE CAR AND THEY DIDN’T LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW. THE CAR CAN’T RUN AFTER COME OUT FROM THE WORKSHOP AND THEY DENIED THEIR FLASE, THEY CALLED POLICE TO KICK YOU OUT OF THEIR PROPERTY AND CHANGE YOU TRESPASS. THAT IS A WORST DAY IN YOUR LIFE, BELIEVE AND TRUST, YOU DON’T WANT THAT HAPPEN IN YOUR LIFE. NEVER EVER GO TO THAT WORKSHOP AGAIN AND NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THEIR WORKSHOP. WORST, NO STAR -10 RATING.

I have always been extremely happy with the service I receive from Elite Automotive Repair. Excellent customer service, honest and reliable service (no attempt to sell unnecessary repairs, etc, the way many dealership repair services do), and the prices are very affordable and competitive. The staff is highly competent and attentive — in particular, I commend Jason for always going above and beyond in his work. I plan to continue using Elite for my repair/service needs, and often recommend it to people in the Longwood/Lake Mary area.

Highly recommend! I even recommended Elite Auto to my Mom. I usually do most of my simple auto repairs myself. I had a radiator fan go out on my Saturn Ion twice over the past 2 years. The second time I replaced the fan, my A/C started to have problems cooling. I couldnt figure it out, so I broke down my ego and took it to Elite Auto. They could have charged me $100s of dollars, because I honestly thought it was something serious at that point. No, it was just my stupidity. I had somehow connected the fan electrical connection backwards; so the fan was blowing air in the wrong direction. I thought it was a one way only electrical connection. Luckily, they were able to figure it out and only charged me 1/2 hour for labor. Thanks guys!

I bought an old truck and it had some transmission trouble. I called Elite, which advertises that they work on classics, they told me they could take care of it.Once my truck was towed there, they told me they dont work on transmissions. Fine, I thought, Ill have them go through a few other things.They redid the vacuum hoses (later it turned out they put almost everyone of them in the wrong spot).They installed a set of headers (I bought the ones they recommended), they ended up breaking one of the bolt holes on the block off, and the headers sit against the frame, knocking when the truck runs. It took them about 30 days to install the headers.They installed an exhaust (I bought the kit they recommended). They asked where I wanted the exhaust to exit, I said before the rear tires (as it was stock), they said it would be better out the back. Fine. When I picked the truck up, the exhaust ended an inch before the gas tank, meaning all the exhaust heat was going right to the gas tank and the exhaust itself came up under the bed since it didnt exit from under the truck (it was at least 3 feet from being anywhere close to exiting)Without asking, they installed a new starter. They installed the wrong type with an incorrect bendix gear. A few weeks after taking the truck the error meant my flexplate got all the teeth chewed off of it by the starter. (The transmission place I ended up taking the truck to confirmed the wrong type of starter was installed).So, I paid a few thousand in labor for incorrect vacuum routing, a header job that doesnt quite fit, an exhaust that was incorrectly set up, and the wrong starter installed which ended up costing me a lot more in parts.I wanted a refund, which they didnt give me. To their credit they did offer to take the truck back and fix what was wrong, but there was no way I was going to have then keep it for months and probably mess something else up.They are all very nice people, but I think the shop is best at working on new cars that need things like an oil change or a brake job.

I have a 2003 Ford Escape with over 120k miles on it. I took it in for an oil change and for them to take a look to see what was causing some noises. I know a bit about engines so was happy with the mechanic, Jason, showed me what he was seeing and after knowing my budget gave me some options. I dropped it off on a Saturday and picked it up that Monday. Its been 3 weeks now and its still doing good!They also have a deal with local rental companies that will provide you with an affordable rate while your truck is in the shop. They even picked me up at the shop to fill out the paperwork and when I turned the car back in they drove me over to Elite.
