The paint job turned out excellent, my only complaint is how long it took. They said 7-10 days it was closer to 14. As far as the quality of the work, definitely worth it. Ill recommend them to friends and family. The quality of work exceeded my expectations.

Justin was very friendly and nice to deal with. However getting my truck painted took 1.5 weeks longer than originally quoted. We discussed some body work and I was quoted a price per hour to do it. When I pick up the truck none of the body work was completed. He didnt charge me for it and reduced the price for it taking so long. For that I am grateful however now I have a fresh painted truck with a couple dents and dings. It was for my son and he is extremely happy, me a little disappointed.

My truck was 1 week past the projected time. I called the shop at both numbers 10+ times with only 2 returned calls. The finished product was very good- i just don’t understand why it was necessary to keep my truck for two weeks when the job was finished within 2 hours of them starting. I prepped it myself and there was minimal overspray and imperfections. Very happy with finished product.

Four years ago, had a great experience with this store: good job done quickly. THIS time (new management), took the car in and was quoted a GREAT price. Unlike last time, which only took three days, this time the manager said that he needed it for a week. Waited 8 days(Thursday) and called. Was told that a guy was out and needed another day. I offered to pick it up Monday; that would give them two more days. I was promised it would be ready by Monday afternoon. Called the next day (Friday) to make sure that they had started; I was told that the car was in paint and theyd started working on it. Went by Monday afternoon; they had just removed the lettering and were starting to buff out one side. There was not a drop of paint that had been applied. So, got my car (without it being painted) and came home. Unfortunately, I am guessing that if they quote you a lower price, they keep pushing your car back for the higher-priced jobs. I see that others have had the same experience: some waited two to three weeks for their car.

Overall a great experience at the Longwood Maaco. Justin is very professional and flexible when it comes to prepping and painting your car. Paint job had a couple of very minor misses, but overall looks fantastic! Wife was very happy that her Jeep Sahara 4-door looked brand new again. Came with a 5 year warranty to boot. Can’t beat it! I highly recommend this location and everyone that works there.

Dustin, Justin and the team were great from day one. I had several places with serious oxidation on the hood and the top of the car. There were other places just much smaller. I was worried with their special of sand and shoot that the paint would not cover all of the damage. Let me tell you, when they pulled my car around and I could see the clouds from the sky shining in that hood I could not have been happier! I would definitely recommend Maaco in Longwood to anybody that either needs or wants the change for their car. Ive had several people ask me about where and how much and everyone is shocked at the price and the quality of work. These guys are amazing!!

They deliver a decent quality product for the money. I ordered a new bumper, painted, for a 2013 camaro. The part looked good and fit well (I installed it myself) for a reasonable price. The only problem is they told me it would be there in 1-2 days. It was actually 10 days and I got no phone call or updates. I was about to cancel the order with corporate, which was outsourced to India and frustrating in itself. So there is poor communication internally and externally.

Everyone knows Maaco is a place there you go if you want a decent job at a really good price. They recently stripped and painted the hood of my car. The job wasnt perfect but it was good and thats exactly what I paid for. Justin was fair and reasonable and seems like a pretty nice guy. He was very easy to work with.

Had car for over 3 weeks. Roof had to be redone. Kept for another week. Will have to bring back again. Bubbles still on roof. .

I had the bumper pushed in and a side lift replaced. Service was great. The manager did the work on the spot. I was confused why there was a 35.00 hazard waste disposal when there were no parts whatsoever disposed of. A piece was added.

We were happy with the service we have received, top class and reasonable.

I dropped of my Lexus on 6/8 and was told it would take 7-10 days to paint, I never received any updates or status on when the car was going to be ready, I kept calling them and every time it was a different date given. One time I called they told me they were waiting on a part and when I call the next time to question the part they told me not to worry about it. When I finally picked up the car on 6/27 once again I asked about what part had to be ordered for my car, and Justin glance over the other other guy and by the look he had he said it was nothing. I can tell they were hiding something by not telling me the truth. The car did look better than before but there were some areas that could have been better, my rear spoiler had a point on it and when I questioned it he said it was a crack, but I know the spoiler never had any defects. The next thing I noticed was the front bumper not perfect and had some imperfections. I did not want to continue or mentioned it because I couldn’t leave my car there again. I guess that’s what you get when you’re trying to save money.

Honestly they took shortcuts overspray. The door jambs over sprayed.the door handles over sprayed.the Chrome for the front and back window no oversprayed.No attention to detail a rush job, along with the wrong paint color.Make a long story short I ended up having to take them to court to get my money back.Fyi... Dont Do It unless its a Huffy Bicycle.Facts...

I went to have a 2005 Nissan Altima painted for my grandson graduation 🎓 present. Justin the facility manager had great customer service and very knowledgeable about the industry. I would definitely recommend his facility for body repair and painting

The paint job is wonderful, but my 18 year old went without her vehicle for 16 days. They did the entire job on the 16th day. Our Highlander sat there for 15 days when they could have made an appointment for us to return for the work. Excuse after excuse shows a poorly run organization. Imagine if I had chosen the cheapest rates. Would it have taken a month of sitting, then one day to do the work? No excuse is reasonable.

Had our vehicle dropped off 2 weeks ago and they havent began the work. An appointment was made and was told it would take 1 week. Had to initiate communication, inquiring the status of the work to be done, every time. And every time they were asked when the vehicle would be done, because it was beyond the week, was continuously misled into thinking it would be done the next day. Poor communication, appointment was not upheld, time frame was not upheld, and was without a vehicle for an additional week. Definitely not returning or recommending. Hopefully I get the vehicle back soon, but who knows.

Great shop and service, the key world is to be patient. Randy and the team did a great job of taking care of a warranty issue on my vehicle. He did set the expectations that they were busy so I gave them the time they needed. When I got my vehicle back, he did more than expected and fully took care of my warranty issues from another shop that did the work. Very happy with the work and customer service only honest advice would be to be patient as they are also on a new answering system. Call them to check progress and ask for a realistic date or extended date as to when things might be complete.

These guys were great and did a fantastic job. I am taking my other car here. I was a bit nervous since you cam get mixed reviews but these guys were awesome. My wifes car looks amazing!

They did a good job, but they did not contact me when finished...I had to call them after waiting for more than enough time.

An absolutely great experience! Mandy and David treated my truck like she was their own and kept me up to speed throughout the process. The end product brought my 1999 truck back to life, looking like she did the day that I bought her! I highly recommend this team and cannot thank them enough!

Edit 2/2021I have decided to edit this review, the delays noted in my original review still stand however; The work that the location performed is excellent, I have had daily comments from complete strangers on how good my old truck looks. Yes I did have a good bit of work removing overspray, but this is the finest single stage paint job I have ever seen. For five months Ive hand washed and only used synthetic wax, the dark green color is luscious and deep. They did a great job, and I cant say that about many other Maaco paint jobs Ive had over my many years of driving hooptiesSee Pams review below, promised 5-10 business days, tomorrow will be my 20th business day. Everyday I have to call them, to be told ready to pickup at five tomorrow. Every excuse in the book, tape guy has hemorrhoids, problems with body work, heck Ive been in the paint booth four times depending on who I spoke to. It sad that one branch can spoil a name that Ive known my entire life. Paint job was quoted cheap and may look good, I have no clue, it could be concurs ready but with piss poor communication and never getting it finished it does me no good. So far its cost me $140 in Uber rides to get home from truck is ready, pickup at 5 days No one cares, this place is a mess, Ive forwarded my complaint to corporate- maybe they still care about customer service

Friendly and helpful staff. The did more than I expected for the price. Even detailed and painted my door handles and trim. My truck looks brand new. Would highly recommend.

Very professional and had my vehicle completed in the timeframe promised. The staff were all friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Even though they only painted the outside of the vehicle, they had also vacuumed the inside. The value for money was also there. My car looks amazing. Great work and such great customer service. When I went to pick up the car, there was a part that wasnt done. They gave me a rental for a few days and then went above and beyond what I paid them to do and also painted the bumper for the inconvenience. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and work they have completed. Definitely would recommend and will use them again in the future if needed.

The job was not completed on time. The car got ready 2 weeks later than the initially promised.They got the wrong paint shade twice and I had to inform them of this. One wonders whether they have quality assurance checks. The alarm system and the lock up system is no longer working the same way.I was never proactively informed of the delays. I had to chase the administration for updates. I also informed the corporate office of what was going on and I have not heard anything back from them!

Very poor communication from the shop to the customer. I was promised my vehicle two weeks after I dropped it off. Being excited about having my vehicle returned, I decided to stop by the shop (2) days before it was promised back to me, and I met with the young lady at the desk who informed me that everything was going very well and it looks good. I asked if I would be allowed to retrieve an item from the vehicle, and she informed me that she couldn’t allow me to go past the posted fence area.The manager overheard the conversation and stated he would walk me to my vehicle. I noticed that the vehicle was still parked in the same parking spot I parked the vehicle (2) weeks ago, when I dropped it off. I informed the manager that the vehicle was promised back to me in (2) days, and it has been parked in the same place for (2) weeks untouched.I was informed by the manager that this is unacceptable and the vehicle would still be returned as scheduled. Well! Long story short. The vehicle wasn’t returned until another week later.After having the vehicle returned, the work on the vehicle really looked good and better than I expected. Then I noticed the surface rust on the vehicle which should have been repaired according to the young lady who wrote up the work order, was never repaired but APPEARED to be painted over. The manager assured me he would correct the issue and would only need the vehicle for (2) days after I was able to return the vehicle.The shop had my vehicle for another (4) days, and failed to call me on Friday to informed me that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I happen to call the shop on Saturday, and at that time I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up, and if I saw something which needed addressing to let them know on the next business day Monday. Well, I didn’t feel too good about that statement.When I made it to the shop, I noticed the repair work was further damaged. I made contact with the manager and sent him pics of the damage and I was told it was just overspray and it could be corrected.TheWell, based on my past experiences...

These guys are AMAZING. I needed the front half of my car painted. I didnt think they would be able to color match it to the rest of the car...BUT THEY DID . Such a great great job. Very good customer service and had the car ready before they said they would. The price was extremely fair. Please consider these guys. Phenomenal job.

I only needed my bumper painted. I made an appointment to drop it off Monday morning.Br Friday, nothing was done. I brought the car the following Monday. I followed up with the manager and it was done by Tues. Afternoon. Staff is laxudasial; no sense of planning or commitment.

Got my car painted there about 5 months ago and it still looks great! I didnt go with the cheapest prince though. I did the one thats about 3 levels up and does 3 coats of base plus 3 coats of paint with a 3 or 5 year warranty. It looks great for the price. They only tape things off and do a light sanding in areas needed so dont expect show room quality....for that you will pay twice as much somewhere else. I am very happy with it and you only noticed the edges if you look really close. Most people would never notice. They were very quick and to the point. Glad I went there!

I just got my Honda Civic painted here and they did a great job paint job and I loved the quality also! Yes it was expensive but I believe you get what you pay for! Took 3 days to finish but loved how it looked when it was done than before! I got before and after pics to show what my car looks before and after paint job

This shop is awesome! They made my 2000 Maxima look like a new car! The color & quality is fantastic. Chuck was honest & stuck by the price we originally agreed upon. He even refunded me for something that was not needed. My only wish is- Lower prices, but his prices were much lower than other shops so I cant say much.

I am happy with the results to my 02 Thunderbird but did notice a few spots that need to be addressed. I will bring it on 9/12 to see what is going to be done about them.

Got a quote for half the price down the street from a locally owned business. Ive heard about the 400 point job for years, except my car.. that one was 1200. Just not down the street.

Had my 2005 Van painted. The ClearCoat was peeling off (typical Chrysler). The person(s) that did the detail work (taping and sanding) did an excellent job. They even cleaned the inside. Very happy with the paint job -- got the $1,000 job because I plan to keep this van till it falls apart and cant be repaired. Color looks great and Ive gotten many complements.

They promised to get the paint job done within a week and it took over 3 weeks to get it done and they still forgot to paint some few spots on the car so I decided to bring the car back to the shop to get it fixed and they promised again to return the car in 2-3 days and it’s been 5 days now and the car is still not ready. On 7.8.19 I brought my car into the Maaco Old Cheney location, in which Will and his team did an AWESOME JOB with the paint!!! I was overjoyed with the work they did.On 7.22.19, I was involved in a hit and run accident and Will referred me to the Longwood location (due to the body work required). I took the car to Maaco Longwood on 7.23.19 and clearly explained I wanted my car fixed completely how it was. I received a call on 8.9.19 to pick up the car, after arriving home to my surprise the car was a different color and they had not repainted the passenger door which was clearly apart of the accident.The side panel body work was okay; however, as you can see my car is now two toned on one side. I have paid over $4000 to date and I would like my car the same color.Longwood did offer to paint my door for 75; however, I do not want my car mismatched and no longer feel comfortable doing business with that location again. Im in the process of trying to get this issue resolved and will certainly update the post once a resolution is determined.Ive contacted Maacos corporate office, only to be told there was nothing they could do and that I have to take matters into my own hands, as this is an independent contractor....This has been an awful experience thusfar!!!!

If I could leave a less review I would. This is the worse place to take your vehicle and expect a quality job or good customer service. I had my truck painted and the rear window replaced. No rust when I had the work done. I paid 2,100.00 which seemed ok at the time. They didn’t paint the bed, when I asked why, they told me most people put bed liners in, which I felt still should have been painted. Within the year warranty the back window started to rust. They would not honor the warranty. Rust is not covered.I had no rust before but after their handy work I now have rust. I came to pick up my vehicle on Saturday as an unhappy customer only to find out no one showed up to work. After calling Corp, and all area Maaco’s we were able to get someone to come and open the doors. I waited 2 hours for this service. My keys were lost and I was delayed another hour. Finally a customer spotted them and I could leave with my vehicle. While waiting I saw at least 10 unhappy customers come and go. They wanted to charge me $104.00 for god knows what which they waved so I would just leave. No work was done so why the charge? I wasted 3 hours of my Saturday, totally frustrated and will never do business with Marco again. Hope you don’t either!

I am so very happy I chose Maaco Longwood to paint my pick-up. They have great pricing and are very knowledgeable. Give these guys a shot at an estimate at a minimum. They completed what they promised before the will be ready date. My truck is beautiful. Thank you MAACO !!!

This place is amazing. Dave and the other staff go above and beyond to find the right color you want. They do it in the time they say and the paint job is impeccable. They answer every question you have will walk around your car with you to see what it needs. They even found 3 dents on the roof I didnt know were there. They go over what needs to be done but will work with you budget. Your car comes out beautiful. Never in my life have I worked with such a kind caring bunch of people. If I could give them ten stars I would. My husbands car was done by another mayco franchise and they screwed him and didnt do what was promised Dave and his team are going to do it right at a much discounted rate. Kuttos to a great team and my car is amazing. Always make sure you go to a corporate store. I cant say enough good things. Job perfectly done and the best people to do it. Everyone go to the mayco in longwood on 17-92 you will be so very happy with your outcome. I brought my 2009 Sonata in to get my roof repainted because it was bubbling and peeling down to the metal. They did an excellent job and did more then what I had expected, I had some spots on my trunk that they painted and had some scratches on my drivers door which they took care of .They removed the rusty water stains off my front grill and vacuumed in inside of my car . They were very helpful and friendly and most of all very reasonably priced . I will definitely go back and highly recommend them

Absolutely worst experience of my life with any business. During the first month they had my truck I was told all the parts were in and it was almost ready to be painted, the day I was told it was done (5 weeks in) a new guy (Randy Miller) answered the phone, he was the district manager. He told me my truck needed suspension work which was in the original estimate, so I went the next day to find that nothing was done to my truck. Randy lied and said he was waiting on state farm but when I called them they informed me he had never called and the supplement estimate was already submitted. The following week Randy said he would call me, but never did. So when I called the store he was at a different location and his GM couldnt get a hold of him. All week I tried to get a hold of him but could not, and his GM had no instructions on my truck so it just sat there while I paid for a rental. Then, Randy went on vacation and neither I or the GM could reach him for an additional 3 weeks. When I finally reached Randy, he pretended he had no idea what was going on with my truck and that was his first time setting foot in the shop, but he didnt know his GM told me he was there two days prior and the first thing he asked about was my truck. Then he tried to say he was waiting for me to call him which was a lie. Then he began to get angry on the phone raising his voice and talking sarcastically to me. He said he would call me and again never did. They spent the next three weeks trying to finish my truck but wrong parts kept coming in. Keep in mind I was told Every week for 11 weeks that almost all the parts were in. When they gave me my truck it had the old damaged wheel, a leaking tire, and my ladder rack sitting on the roof of my truck which caused damage that is here to this day. It also had no front bumper which I had to go back to get. When I went to get it Randy was there and I showed him the wheel and ladder rack, he began speaking sarcastically to me again and I decided it was time to call him on his lies. This made him very mad and I told him he had a horrible attitude at which he replied Youre right I do with a big smile. I told him I was going to the state, BBB, maaco, and going to sue them at which he replied Go ahead I dont care. At one point he even got in my face like he wanted to fight. He also told me to shut up. When I went to his boss and told him he heard me but nothing was done to Randy, and nothing was done to compensate me for all of this. It took me four months to get my truck completed. Of those 16 weeks it Sat there for 13 not being worked on while I paid for a rental and my truck payments.Dont ever ever go to this place. They are owned by Atticus franchise which is a very scummy company. They run these businesses like the mafia, they act as if they are untouchable. You cant even call their corporate office! I cant believe a company like this is allowed to exist. One of the employees told me they do this to everyone. Do NOT use Longwood Maaco or any owned by Atticus franchise group.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company! Wish it was a zero instead of one star. The guy told me one thing then switched it up when it was time to pick up the car. I left the shop with my car broke apart. Dirty dusty parts in my car and the manager making smart comments about what common sense is. If someone isnt in the business of taking cars apart and putting them back You have to fully explain the process. I spoke to a lawyer about this situation because this was away for them to take advantage of people. I informed him in person that Im very dissatisfied with Maaco service. They told me a few mins estimate is over $200. On a positive note he gave a small discount for the estimate knowing he was taking my money anyway. It doesnt take 3 hours to figure out if you need a condenser, radiator, and frame damage on a car. The estimate is 3 times the amount the car is worth. I would heavily discourage any business with this shop. If you want to be under minded and not treated like a customer. This is specifically the Longwood location. I have been to another one and they tried to work with me with my car with in reason. Thats why I tried them to begin with. Longwood location left my car apart, no customer service and tried to up the charge instead of the discount until I told him to look at the paper copy. Very very dissatisfied with this location! They should not still be in business. Had my car for almost 3 weeks before I could get the estimate. Not only that I didnt ever get a phone call when it was ready I felt like I was nagging them about my car...If you want bad customer service, upcharges in prices, smart remarks if you dont understand the business, your vehicle held for extended times with no call to update you, charged for something that should be free, then this is the shop for you!

This is the worst place to take your car. I took my 97 mitsubishi eclipse to be painted. First they charged $50.00 to sand the entire car before paint and never happened. The paint started peeling off the next morning. I went with my paperwork to the manager and he told me that I made those papers. For real? It has your signature. My car looks worst now than before. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. All the positive feedbacks are friends and family members.

August 18th 2015 went to Maaco in LONGWOOD Florida for the $299. Dollar special they are advertizing on T.V . Very Deceptive Advertizing . It turns out that its really $749.00 after primer and sealing. The owner Chuck became really hostile when My Husband told him that their ad was deceptive, then followed my husband all the way out to the parking lot. Talking Down to him calling him a Stubburn old man..Refused to give my husband his Business card so he can report him to the BBB. BEWARE and report Fraud to stop others from Wasting their time Like we did.

There are OTHER Maacos and then there is THIS Maaco. Chuck Magaw and his people are excellent at what they do, and charge a reasonable amount to do a good job. If you want to pay for poor quality work, then go somewhere else, but they have done very well for me. So far they have painted my 1994 Toyota Camry, my sons 1999 Honda Accord, my girlfriends Toyota RAV-4, and my precious red Datsun 280-Z, shown in this picture. The work is holding up quite well and I am very satisfied.If you want a good basic paint job, they can do that for a small sum. If you want a really nice piece of work and dont mind paying for it, they are very capable of doing that too. All work is guaranteed to your satisfaction and it will be done in surprisingly quick time. These guys are good. You will be very happy with their work.

Just needed a bumper which I had already taken off, took the bumper to get painted, I primered it myself. Great paint job, fair price I thought. Chuck and his crew did it well. Chuck said he would call me when it was done, he did not, however that is not an issue, and can be pawned off as him being busy. I called when I suspected it was done and picked it up. I will repost in about a year to let you know how the paint faired as the warranty for maaco is good for one year only.

I talked to the owner he tells me told him the year an make ford 150 he tells me 500 +100 for clear coat .i got there he say s he never would say that an he dont know where i got that from but i clearly call him out on it he got mad an told me to leave . After my friend asked him why he charged more for sanding an thats is part of a paint job!!!!!!!!!! Guys a rip off go any where but here .he said 2000 to pain t a 150
