Son hit concrete lightpole base in parking lot with his Mamas Mercedes. Always a dealer serviced car, contacted and was referred here for repairs. It took a very long time, but parts hard to come by and slow in being delivered. But the end product that was delivered to us was outstanding work. This car looked better than new. We already keep all our vehicles detail-cleaned and paid close attention to their repairs. All I can say is their professionalism and pride in craftsmanship was plainly evident.

Very pleased with this collision center. I had my porsche repaired here recently and waited 4 weeks to leave a review to make sure I was completely happy with the repair and there were no small issues that can be noticeable later on. Im pleased to say more than a month later that the repair was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this collision center. Customer service is great!

I had so much high hopes for this place since I was recommended by two people here that also have Mercedes. Unfortunately this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. For starters they had my name incorrect and contact info incorrect even when I verified the information. That I brushed off and didn’t bother I should of went with my first instinct. Communication was lacking until I happened to look at my Mercedes Me app and see that my car was at a residential area after hours and overnight. I let them know about it and they laughed it off and said it was possibly due to parts being out of car. I contacted Mercedes Me app to verify and they said the app is very accurate as far within 20 yards regardless of parts were missing it’s the vehicle itself the gps. The location it was at was 5 minutes away and you can see the intervals through the app. After I told them this they just started working on the communication. My car was there for a little over a month for a hit from the back, and they kept pushing back the time. I understand things happened but from the beginning I let them know about the inside as well and they didn’t bother until a week or two later. When I finally get my car back the latches for the bumper were missing that was then placed on after we let them know this. The lining was a complete different color. When I told them this, Gene then proceeded to make it seem like I was in the wrong and finally admitted that the wrong part was ordered and now I’m waiting on the correct part that is taking six weeks! Instead of assuming the color they should of went with the vin number. I do not recommend this place, a complete nightmare!!

It’s always unfortunate when you have to take your car to the collision center, but these folks make for a wonderful experience. I have been here twice and their service is excellent and my car looks like new!

This would be the 2nd time Ive had to use autonation for body work repair on my car. And as always, I was not disappointed. They had to repair a fender bender that showed unexpected damage underneath. They we able to find the issue and repair it. I also had a dent on the side that required repainting and restriping. My car looks amazing. Their attention to detail is impeccable. This is the only place Ill take my car for body work.

Long story short Autonation is a excellent place to have any repairs autobody and or otherwise. Tree and the front desk young lady assisted me from start to finish. Even though my car ended up being totalled out. They made sure to list all the necessary repairs to drive it safely. I had gone somewhere else first and that was a Mistake. Start at Autonation autobody! They are certified to work on most vehicles and know how to work with insurance the companies.

My car MB 2019 E300 was damaged for the hail (5/21/2020), later I sent it to this ANCC and they last around +6 to 7 weeks to fix it, they took an excessive time to do the job so my car come back very good, ok, but, but... my passenger glass window not work since their reparation, I called to ANCC and attend me a man, I don’t remember his name, He told me that they no are responsible and if I wan fix it I must pay them extra!!Where is the good service?Where is the job warranty?Only for knowledge my car insurance paid $15.700!

Took our Mercedes in to get some body work done after a minor collision. Had no problems with the vehicle beforehand. Drove half an hour away to bring the car in, no problems, As stated before, aside from some minor body damage. Two weeks later we receive a voicemail that the car is not drivable and is having an overheating issue that we have never experienced in the life of the car. The woman I spoke to tried claiming it was a fluke that the car was drivable when we brought it in and now needed to be towed to the Mercedes dealership after it was in their care for two weeks. When trying to understand and discuss the problem the woman proceeded to hang up on me. Unprofessional and rude.

Superb work and wonderful service. I really expected to be able to look closely and somehow tell the new rear bumper apart from the original but it absolutely looks brand new. The paint is perfect and the fit is perfect. When someone backs into your new Porsche youve only had for 3 months it is frustrating and makes you feel like you cant leave your car parked anywhere without watching it constantly. But now that this is fixed, its very comforting to see this done and know that its actually possible to undo damage and make it look like it never happened. We could not be happier!

This location is amazing! They have fixed my vehicle twice this year. Their work is flawless and the turn around time is very reasonable. Anyway this place worked on the hood of my car awhile back when my car was under bumper to bumper warranty through Mazda. When I received the car, I inspected that hood from top to bottom and couldnt find an in-perfection. And Im very neurotic. Now unfortunately I was involved in an accident and my insurance sent me to one of their body-shops Im not going to mention any names ...but it was a disaster. So I bought my car back here for corrective repairs. And let me tell you....I came out of the shop after receiving my car like a kid when they get a new toy...these guys are awesome!!!! 120% satisfied. Tammy Downing was my contact person and shes the best. Jason the shop manager is a real stand-up guy. I would never go anywhere else....Highly recommend them!!!!

I swear the one lady just thought I was a prissy- know nothing about my car- girl, because I came back 2 times and Id tell her there was an issue but she didnt see it. Finally the manager guy, I dont remember his name, but he got the issue fixed. Very nice. Super professional. Took way more time than preferred but overall very happy.

Will only give a complete estimate if you agree to allow them to do the work. They wanted me to leave vehicle for estimate and start repairs, yet could not give me any kind of time frame when complete? Maybe week, maybe 6 weeks? For a fender bender! These guys are rude and refuse to even come close to helping or being considerate to the customer. I will find another reputable collision center!

A 10 day job turned over a month. Defiantly not satisfied for the amount of time and problems that kept coming up to get my vehicle repaired. Completely forgot about the passenger side mirror that was damaged in the crash. I definitely would not recommend this place, especially if you have to pay out of pocket.

I had work done here a few years ago on an SL 550. Front end got damaged by a metal panel that fell off a truck. Broke my spoiler, etc.. They did an excellent job. Mercedes Benz of Orlando told me about this place and said to not take it anywhere but here. Years later and a newer SL 550, I was hit about a month ago. This was the place I had it towed due to their reputation. Although the car ended up getting totaled, this place was awesome to work with in helping me understand all the damage that was done to my car. Stayed in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on with insurance adjuster, etc. When I went to clean my car out of my personal belongings, the place is above anything else you could imagine in regards to a repair shop. Security 24 hours as well as fencing to protect your vehicle. Mike the manager was awesome to deal with. He was very professional and easy to deal with. When I buy another SL I first of all hope I never have to see them again! However, if I get hit again or need some minor repairs that can happen with Orlando roads, I will take it to this place. From my knowledge they are one of the few if not the only Certified Mercedes Benz repair facility in Orlando area. If you have a Mercedes or other high end vehicle, you need to take it here.
