Great place for people who dont like the big box stores and got what you need friendly service small town appeal

My husband went in there not realizing that they closed at 6 o clock and rather then kindly letting him know that they are closing they were very rude to him and told him he had to check out right that second or leave. This was only 1 minute after closing and he had everything that he needed but maybe 2 items which would have taken him all of 2-3 minutes to grab. Again, I have worked customer service before and understand the frustration of customers who come in the eye last second to shop. However, he did not intentionally walk in at the last minute and then could have kindly let him know they were closing and asked if they could help with the last few items. It would have only taken all of five minutes. Instead they were very rude and snarky about it.

This place is closer, more friendly and more knowledgeable than the big box stores and it doesnt have a 5 acre parking lot to navigate. Great staff and great selection not to mention that the prices are basically the same as the Blue and Orange Big box stores. Do yourself a favor and shop here.

I liked shopping here with the exception the store was crowded with merchandise and it wasnt very handicap accessible. I could get my wheelchair into the store after moving merchandise from the sidewalk and once in the store I could only go one way and couldnt get too everything I wanted to look at. But i did enjoy the merchandise they offered and the prices they had on almost all of the things they had for sale. Please fix the entrance at least thank you. Oh and the workers are more than willing to help me I enjoyed that. Thank all of you! 😊

What would I ever do with all my spare time without my twice daily trip to my favorite hardware store. Wish they would offer up some hot coffee, and maybe a sitting area for us old guys. And I think some hot peanuts would be nice too. Seriously though, great selection of hardware, knowledgable staff and not to hard on the pocket book.
