Tony came by and quickly and professionally inspected all our windows making sure all worked properly. He then installed the screens and patiently answered all our questions and showed us how to use the features and fix any issues. Thank you, Tony!!

We bought our windows from this company about 4 years ago. We replaced 22 windows in our house. Three of the windows were double 6 ft picture windows. We are very pleased with the quality. We went to the store and were given great service. Our windows were ready as ordered and our installer had no problems with the windows. We definitely would buy from them again.

One star is generous. The owner, Jim, came out to quote the doors/windows we needed for a commercial project and he was extremely rude and short. He seemed very put out that our contractor scheduled a meeting on site- which we had no idea was a problem for him, but he continued to remind us throughout the meeting that if we were in his shop, he could show us- as he rolled his eyes and that his brain isnt big enough to store all the prices in his head when we tried to ask any questions about price difference or materials. Just based on the curt and rude customer service we received, we will absolutely never use this business. As soon as he left we texted our contractor to please find another window/door company that carried the product we needed. We are spending around 20k-30k on windows and doors, so not sure why Jim didnt want our business.

This was the first business I visited to get basic info on replacement windows after deciding to replace my ancient aluminum framed windows.Long story short, the owner was exceptionally curt and rude with most of the questions I had for him. When I asked if they would come out and give me an estimate, I was informed that they didn’t do that, that’s what my contractor was for.After getting the dimensions, it took 4 days to receive a phone quote and he wouldn’t email nor text me the quote because his secretary was gone (despite the fact I emailed the dims and quantities directly to his email account!)I went to 2 local competitors and had quotes in hand in less than 15 minutes!His prices were better than both of the competitors, but I decided to spend $200+ more rather than risk being neglected with no support after the sale.

Wow never had a business not want to come out to quote a job. Didnt have the staff they said.
