Absolutely amazed and the top notch and stellar service from Glass Guru. They are professional, courteous and pay close attention to detail. The glass and the screen they repaired for me look fabulous. I have recommended them to several of my friends and each friend is impressed by their customer service and work too. I will never go anywhere else for my glass or screen needs. The handwritten thank you note from LeeAnn (the owner) was a classy touch.

Despite all the “good” reviews, I have to give a bad one. Last year I needed some emergency window work so I called Glass Guru because of the reviews online, and left a very detailed message with my contact info. No one called me back. Over the course of the next two weeks I called 4 times, leaving detailed messages each time, and not once did I get a call back. If I treated any of my customers this way, I wouldn’t have any.

These folks know how to run a business! I left a voicemail on Saturday to which they responded early Monday morning. Bailey and Charlie were both very friendly, capable and professional. The work was completed very quickly and was done properly. I will use them for any glass work that I need.

Glass Guru replaced the broken window on our building. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. It is a custom window so it had to be ordered. They were able to replace the window quickly, and had it secured until the window arrived.Would definitely sue them again for other window issues.

I had a crazy idea to put glass to finish off the top of a wall between my shower and main bath space. They worked with me and came up with a great solution. I turned out wonderfully. Everyone was so easy to work with. Thanks!

The glass guru did a great job. Price was competitive and people were very polite. They even came back to fix the slide on my glass door and made it perfect.

I called Glass Guru when we needed residential glass replaced. They came out, gave a quote, and fixed our broken window all in the same day! If I could give zero stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! My husband went ahead, and decided to go with this company cause they stated they could install within a few days verses other company’s that were two weeks out. Come the day they were suppose to come out no one showed nor called! I emailed them Sunday to see what had been going on, NO ONE RETURNED my email or gave us a curiosity call, but they sure did pull payment! To make a small story short they lie to get business, they don’t answer back emails and then when you call their front desk BAILEY hangs up on you, yells at you and over you while trying to explain your situation, then says your the one that is yelling. I highly do not recommend this BUSINESS!!!!

We went here as a last resort and was charged $40 for a piece of glass another company charged me $12 for. If I could rate 0 stars I would. One thing I hate is a company who takes advantage of those in some sort of a crisis.
