I was very excited to find a tee shirt store near by. I visited this store, in the Mall, and was told that they could make the shirt that I wanted. The Manager said it could be completed the same day. I arrived around 8pm, later than told, after texting with no answer. He was looking at the pic on his laptop. He said they normally dont make a shirt off a t-shirt pic. Really⁉️Then, he asked me if I could come back tomorrow or if I could choose an already made logo. I decided to settle and went along with it.. I paid $37 for a shirt that I was displeased with and expecting to be made on the same day. After he couldnt make the shirt, he gave me $5 back. I wont be back‼️ Horrible-Horrible service‼️Part 2: I arrived at 2:30pm to order my shirt. There was plenty of time to make it. I gave you until 8pm because I didnt get a response to my text messages around 7pm. So, NO it wasnt a late order. It was a disappointment‼️

I had a pleasant experience. Service was fast. Shirt came out good. Cant complain too much.

At first I thought this place was a tattoo parlor but when I realized it was a t-shirt Store I just had to get one! It was done quick and I got it the same day! Thank you Mo and thank you for the ice cream roll !

Excellent job! Needed a total of 63 shirts last minute and had them done the same day. The shirts looked great and he even folded them neatly in a box ready for me to just load them in my car (I looked at them before he folded them). Definitely recommend this guy! Thank you so much!

I needed some t-shirts for a last minute even that a friend and I were going to. We couldn’t find what we were looking for without having to order it offline. We came across Custom Ttees on our last ditch effort at the mall so we stopped to ask if he could make the shirts for us. He was very polite and helpful and was able to get them done that day! His prices were reasonable especially since we needed them that day and they looked great! Everyone loved them including us!

Went to go get my Jacket customized. Mo did it in 15 mins while I looked at the phone cases at the kiosk beside. Service was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely coming back again.

Came by to get shirts made for an event. Sign said be back in 15 min call this number. Called number told “maybe I’ll be there this afternoon “. Lost a customer. Not well managed. :/

Good shirt, have washed it several times and the shirt is like New.

When I got to the stand there was no one there so I called the number on the cards he said that someone will be there in 30 minutes it took an hour for someone to show up. I tell the guy that I want glitter letters on the shirt and a picture he didnt know how to work the letters so I had to pick a different print. I got my $10 back for the glitter letters that I couldnt get on the shirt. He brought2 hours to make my shirt because he forgot about another order that was supposed to be ahead of mine they were unsatisfied. When I got my shirt there was a black smudge on it and the slashes in between the dates were missing he told me I couldnt get a refund. Do not waist your time hear please!!

No-one at stand,called the number and they said they will be there in 15 min he was getting his lunch.I waited 30 min and never showed so I left.I went to every other place in Tyler and ended back there.Has the shirt made and just realized he made it wrong,I tried to call and so far no answer.I will never use or recommend this place to anyone.
