*****HIGHLY RECOMMEND**********UNBEATABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*****First time using Longview Embroidery, and they truly understand customer service—they’re amazing! Dropped off my kids uniforms (dresses) to have their school logo embroidered and when I picked them up the lettering was blue instead of white...but I wasn’t too worried about it. So, I went back a 2nd time to get some additional uniforms embroidered (this time shirts), and while speaking with the lady behind the counter I asked if she could make a special note for them to ensure the lettering would be done correctly this time since the last ones I picked up came out wrong. I didn’t know I was speaking with the owner, Mrs. Reed, but she immediately apologized for the—obviously unintentional—mistake and offered to buy new dresses for us and embroider them free of charge. I thanked her for the offer but declined and told her I was fine with it because the school never said anything about them. So she went even further and wouldn’t charge me for the shirts I was dropping off! I offered to pay but she wanted to “make it right” and wouldn’t let me—WOW, now that‘s phenomenal customer service!! This showed me how much they truly value their customers! I didn’t have to throw a fit, act ugly, or write negative reviews on social media for her offer that—I just spoke with her to let her know the lettering color came out wrong and out of nowhere she offered! Simply amazing!I’ve just dropped off more items (3rd time using them) and will continue to use Longview Embroidery!! ***truly wonderful, wonderful people with a fantastic owner leading them***Thank you again, Mrs. Reed & Longview Embroidery!!!

Best service from a local business. All I can say is go there and try them out, I needed hats quick fast and in a hurry and got them next day. Yall are the best and I look forward to doing more business in the future.

I left a Breast Cancer blanket for embroidering on one corner at Longview Embroidery. The personnel agreed that they could do what I needed, so I left. Within 10 minutes, the owner called and said she needed me to come back and pay a deposit of $25.00. I had no problem with that, it seems fair. She stated that she felt like I was trying to manipulate her by sharing a previous embroidering mishap and she had to pay an outside company for digitizing. I assured her that she was misreading my communication. The owner said she would have the information digitized for the blanket and call me with a price. I never received a tentative cost for labor. When I stepped in the door to pick the blanket up, the owner informed me that I expected too much when I ask if they would re-tie the blanket, because I did not know how to do it. She continued with, this shop is not some upscale entity willing to cater to your requests, we don’t want your business, etc. etc. in front of other customers. I wrote her a check for $83.00 additional dollars and left. I have always been treated most graciously under the previous management and was caught so off guard by the new owner’s behavior. I am confused about their customer relations.

Had the greatest experience ever with this company. The owners worked so well with our basketball board to design some shirts for our annual Christmas tournament. She took our idea and made them look perfect. They were so professional and had them done before we needed them. I highly recommend this company. I have even recommended them to two companies that have had hats done and LOVED them. I was so impressed that I am having them design and make hats for our softball board members. The owner has sent us some great quotes and designs to choose from. I am extremely happy to recommend their work and friendliness to all others. Absolutely incompetent. I had 4 shirts made, all 4 under MY name. I picked up the 2 that were ready and they had the other 2 ready a few days later. As I come in to pick the last 2 up, they’re nowhere to be found. She gave someone else MY SHIRTS. Would never suggest anyone to come here. How do you give someone else shirts that weren’t under their name and act like it wasn’t your fault? Absolutely the worst.

We have been using this place for my boys uniforms, but recently there’s been a LOT OF MISTAKES happening! I just picked my boys shirts and a couple of the shirts got messed up, because of their mistake!!!! TERRIBLE!!!

Great product. Terrible service... We started an order process in April and was informed that I would be called when the order is ready. We have had to track down our items every step of the way because these calls never take place. We have been told orders were ready, and upon arrival entire items were missing from the order forcing us to make unnecessary extra trips. The bottom line is they make great products but only if you’re willing to baby sit the process. This is not how business should be conducted.

My dept has used them multiple times and had wonderful service. The quality is good and they are always friendly and timely.
