This store has changed a lil.Use to i would walk in and was greeted. Now, theres not many that even smile....SMILE PEOPLE, YOUR DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC!

Melissa is her name... Melissa is my issue.. MELISSA!!!!.. is the reason for this COMPLAINT!! I want to talk to someone about this woman! i WILL NOT deal with Melissa again. This was the most ridiculous, unprofessional, and RUDEST encounter that I have ever had at ANY gas station. Ever! I stepped to the counter to pay for my 2 monster drinks and 15 in gas.. (expecting a quick 45 second transaction) IT WAS NOT! fortunately, I paid with a 100$ bill because I wanted to break change so that I could help a homeless gentleman that was standing on the corner. Because Im a NICE person. (: When she was getting my change, I asked for $20 worth in tens back. (Two $10 bills) she says No she can not.. not expecting her to say NO to my request of just 2 ten dollar bills) I asked again. she looked at me crazy and refused to give me two $10 Bills back. Melissa looks at me crazy and then says that it was against the rules I see no big deal in just 2 Bills. So much money goes thru that cash drawer And I know I saw her slid my 100 into a safe. Surely had some 10s in there.. so I asked nicely.. she refuses with attitude and grunts and says louder, I said NO!!! Then she continues to grabs $20 Bills from her drawer. As she disrespected me and talked to me crazy, I unfortunately grew my own salty but professional attitude myself. I said to melissa in a louder tone, so you CAN NOT give me 2 10$ bills back??!?? I asked to maybe make a 1 time exception?? She disrespectfully mumbled with a ugly attitude under her voice! I didnt hear what she had said so I asked her to repeat herself.. she again mumbled bs to where I could not hear her again. She didnt want me to hear what she was mumbling under her breath. she then put her finger up at me while I started talking. MULTIPLE times and telling me to sssshhhhhhh while I was talking. while she counted money from her drawer. I started to STARE at Mrs. Melissa with a disgusted look on my face, as I was in shocked for what i was just going thru with this gas station clerk lady. She knew that i was coming for her when I asked her for her name!! I asked for my receipt afterwords because I knew I was going to be doing this review / complaint. Also calling Corporate. After minutes of this nonsense, I grabbed my change from her (without making a complete scene) and put my 15$ worth of gas in my car.. looked at Melissa one more time, to make sure she wasnt still looking at me crazy! I then got into my Brand new, CUTE 2019 Camaro with HOT PINK stripes, cranked that ho up, then Left!! (Melissa, Oh I really hope that you are reading this complaint that I have submitted. Im sure that you know exactly who I am.) - I also know that you could feel me staring at you like you was crazy when you started getting negative and disrespectfully told me NO. If you would have nicely told me the 2nd time I asked. I would not currently be on this tell Murphy site talking about you. -Murphy USA, This is crazy, and unacceptable behavior in a work environment, especially when your employees are working with the public. Murphys deals with ALOT of beloved locals and even more travelers from all over the world. Your employees are the faces in town that put out impression from your company. The way this disrespectful and highly unprofessional woman spoke to me today was wrong! My own mother doesnt talk to me crazy!! I am NOT about to let Melissa start!! At least not with me. She dont know. Somebody please tell Melissa. If she denies sshhh-ing me or putting her finger up at me. PLEASE pull the footage. Please. I want to see my reaction! If she was disrespectful to me, she has been in the past and will do it again in the future!Anyways... Im done now. My point being. From a local customer point of view, i see Melissa as a NASTY STAIN on Murphys USA on Estas Parkway in Longview Tx.#Shoutitout!I will spread the word about this because as you can see..
