Rite aide will not answer their phones. My mom needs some medication for her bones cause the bones are crumbling and the pharmacy has gave them the run around. My parents are in their 80’s and need their medication that the dr prescribed. The pharmacy says they can’t get the medication. Well the ins. Company for their prescriptions said they have the meds. The drs tried calling and they won’t answer their phones. This is very very poor service for our community. They show they do not care about their customers at all. I will never shop there again and my parents are changing pharmacies. I hope their store closes down for lack of customers. They deserve it. Too bad the manager has to be as bad as the employees. Poor example for a manager.

I walked in to ask about covid vaccination. A young lady at the pharmacy asked me what I needed. When I told her I did not have an appointment she told me I would have to come back Monday through Friday. I told I had to work Monday through Saturday. She mumbled something under her mask and walked away. When I asked if she was done talking to me she would not even acknowledge me. I guess if you have a job they dont have time for you. Manners dont exist and 1 rude employee can ruin a business.

Very nice and helpful people. I get my medications and vaccinations there, and They are always so kind. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there is often quite a wait for my vaccinations.

I am totally impressed with how Rite Aid handled the Covid19 vaccination scheduling. I tried calling Safeway to ask about their system and I couldnt even talk to a live person. I used Rite Aids website to schedule an appointment easily. I arrived on time and was guided to a table in the middle of the store where I gave them my info and got my vaccination card. I had to wait for 10 minutes for the actual shot and there were chairs set up 6 apart. In any event, Ive switched from Safeway to Rite Aid for my prescriptions. Their service then and since earned my loyalty.

Very rude pharmacy staff. I was in line before 6pm to pick up my sons prescriptions a worker named Jordan yelled behind the counter were closed. I said Ive been waiting here in line since before 6 and she rolled her eyes at me..another female worker snapped at me and said we do have lives out of our jobs i work in customer service as well and Id never treat my customers that way... very unprofessional and lets not forget the scripts are NEVER done on time!! Ive been with riteaid for several years and after this experience I doubt Ill be back..

Tried to get a covid test. They wouldnt do it, because they couldnt verify my email address! They just kept saying check your email for a reference number it never came. They said check your spam.. It never came. They were very rude, and acted like it was my fault. I had my ID and could show them my email, but they acted like I was trying to get one over on them. I called peace health and went there. The pharmacist was unprofessional and unkind.

One star for horrible Pharmacy service. I had to call and call to get a hold of someone and she gave me inaccurate info.I called to reschedule my 2nd COVID dose and the first person said that I needed to go the website. The website chat help said that I had to call back the Rite Aid. When I called back, I had to call 3 times to get a person and then they told me that I had to wait till the week of my appointment date.I was skeptical about this new info. Why didnt the 1st person tell me that? So I called my local Rite Aid to see what could be done. They said that they could reschedule my 2nd dose and did so with no hassle.

Pharmacy timing is terrible. Prescriptions are never filled after being sent over by your doctor without you having to call first. It’s always “It’ll be 20-30 minutes,” regardless of how long you wait to get them filled.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY IF YOU ARE A SENIOR WANTING A FLU SHOT! Their policy is that you have to ask for the high-dose intended for 65 and over. As it happens, they dont carry it, and they dont offer that information up front. Instead, they just inject the lower dose and dont say anything about the substitution.

This location is much better than most of its stores in the neighboring counties. Ive never been a fan of Rite-aid, but in comparison to its other locations, this one takes the cake!

I recently went to this Rite Aid to buy a single bottle of Ibuprofen. I found on the site the item cost $6.99. What does this store charge for that very same item? $11.40 almost double the price. I can understand a couple dollars either way on an item between website and in-store but double the price that is not good business. If I would have had another choice to get it elsewhere at this time of night I would have. I was almost tempted to wait and get it online even though I would have to wait. Next time I just might do that.

Picked up prescription from drive up employee was very attentive and polite he both greeted me and appropriate exit greeting

I called 8am to refill my script and it confirmed to be done at 10:30am. I get there at 11:30am and I had to wait another 30min. I was on my lunch break. I explained to the gal and said it was confirmed done. She didn’t care and repeated another 30minutes. This place always has poor customer service. They are rude when you call to confirm your prescriptions, I have to because this stuff happens all the time! I am done with rite aid.

Its rite aide ...prices are kinda high ... compared to other places

More and more I seem to have problems at the longview Rite aid when Im trying to save money the register was turning out to be way more than I calculated so I ask to void well I had used my 10 dollar gift card to find nothing was gonna go right manager was not friendly at all and got really nad when I just voided it so all in all I lost my 10 dollars and she didnt want to hand me my coupons back so Ill be shopping Kelso Rite aid for now that store has waaaaay more friendly staff and service

Riteaid offers a good combination of good service, decent prices, and good operating hours.

Will not answer the phones dont know whatTo do to get my medication. Totally get being short staff but this is about peoples health and should not be taking in new percrition if you dont have the help to do so. You guys could end up hurting someone. And this is no reflection on the people there trying to help.
