This Vision center regularly staffs only 1 employee. Stood in line for almost an hour simply to purchase contacts. This was the second time to attempt the purchase as we left the first time due to the long lines and long wait. Customer Service would best be improved with some investment in labor hours.This is a management issue.

Spend 400 bucks and still cant see.

Got new glasses at a very low price. Frames much cheaper than any other eye doctors I went too. Service was very satisfying and the lady that fitted my new glasses was extremely nice, which you dont find often. My wife even went and got her a new pair of glasses also, and waited for the lady that helped me pick my frames.

Covid19 and my 84 year old Mother’s eyeglasses have broken and are not repairable. I had a lot of doubt that anyone anywhere could help in this situation. I took the broken glasses to the Walmart Optical Center and met the best associate named Beverly. She listened to my dire situation and found two pair of frames that my Mother’s lenses would work in! Oh happy day!! Thank you for the miracle that made mine and my Moms day remarkably happy!!

This is the most efficient vision center Ive visited I always feel important and all my vision need and questions are answered love love love this place.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

We bought my daughter glasses here 10 months ago and she broke one of the hinges this past weekend. I brought them in and they replaced the whole frames in 2 minutes for free. I didnt catch the gentlemans name working the evening shift, but he was very helpful.
