Friday afternoon I needed a repair on a Sthil blower recoil start that had failed during a job. I took it in with the hope they might have the parts. The guy at the repair desk took it apart quickly, said: I think we have the part. Appeared with a new spring and put it all back together. Perfect! Refreshing to have someone respond willingly rather than ‘we will get to it when we can’ type of service.

I love this company. They had some jeans i wanted out of stock but they kept contact with me and let me know when they got a pair in. I purchased a used Tractor that developed a problem. The issues was not My or Their fault. The tractor was outside of warranty, they fixed the issue and provided me with a replacement tractor at no charge. Integrity is the word I would use, these are honest people that can be trusted. All my dealings with them have been the same.

Unbelievably fast shipping. Ordered on a Tuesday night and it was delivered to alaska in less than 3 days. Amazon prime has nothing on these guys. Would highly recommend this place.

The kioti backhoe controls interfere with each other. If you decide to purchase one before you cause other damage to your tractor I suggest shortening the outrigger controls to avoid issues. The loader bolts are nearly impossible to keep tight. The tractors are made with weak metal with inherent design flaws. The dealership tries to help at times, but getting things fixed through warranty is up to kioti... They do not care they are selling a defective product or want to fix it.

I cant say enough good about this place. I have purchased a few small things and also my Stihl 271 saw and the customer service never fails. My next purchase will be a tractor and I will be purchasing from Cowlitz River Rigging.Update:Tractor has been purchased and we should have it next week. The biggest reason we purchased from CRR is because of customer service and then the Kioti brand. I feel like we will be able to count on them in the future for any issues that may arise.

Terrible service, i talked to one of a frog kind of man and rude from customer service hung up on me. They don’t know how to use technology if you are planning to order online then it is not a good idea. It is obvious that they choose who they want to service, if you dont have a cowboy accent then you would have some trouble.
