Lenin has good customer service.But I will say the tires I bought r quailty for the price. But on the way home I had a flat. I pulled over and changed the tire. Got home and found that the valve stem was leaking air when pressure was applied. Dame the luck.

Used this location for awhile to purchase vehicle and trailer tires. Had a tire repaired and tire balanced many times with out any issues and great customer service. Go in a couple weeks ago and I don’t see any of the employees I had previously done business with and everything has changed. I needed my tires that were purchased from there rotated and balanced. Since the truck has factory Alcoa’s you have to dismount the tires to rotate them. First off they didn’t properly balance the tires and it was very noticeable at 65mph. On top of that they scratched all 4 of the aluminum Alcoa wheels. Some from the duck head and other tool marks that are more like gouges than scratches.When I talked to the manager he admitted they did it and said he hadn’t had time to train his employees.

Over the past couple of years, Ive had excellent service, support and product selection at NTB in Longview. Ive received good advice and recommendations that work for me and my budget. Most recently I got a good recommendation and great price on a pair of tires for a high mileage vehicle that Ill use infrequently, and the recommendation saved me a hundred dollars or more. Im waiting on the next sale to purchase 4 tires for my primary vehicle, and Ill certainly purchase them from NTB. If you watch for the sales (4 for the price of 3 is a favorite), you cant beat the price there. Oil changes with the coupon thats always available is also less expensive than the quick lube places.

Poor communication between associate and customer. The only reason I dont give 1 star is that I am not rude. Dropped car off at 10a and was told it would be ready at 1p. Stopped by just to check on it at noon and NOT even started on. I was told they only had 1 mechanic to do mechanical work. NOT MY PROBLEM. Tell me this when I drop off not when I come to check on it and expect it to be complete! Not great response. Let them do the work. Waiting on the results.

Bought all four Michelin Latitude tires for my van a couple of years ago from NTB. I bought the warranty through them when i purchased the tires. I had a roofing nail on September 2018 go into my driver side rear tire pretty wheel in the center of the tread. The man tried to fix patch it but said it was non-repairable. Luckily the tire still had tread left on it so they did a partial refund based off the miles. I wasnt too happy but went ahead and had them replace it. It took them 3 hours to get it done. They discounted even more money off of my bill, so i decided to let it go. But on May 27, 2019 I had a screw go into a different tire in the first line of the tread about 1-1/2 away from the sidewall. They said that the screw was too close to the sidewall and said it was non-repairable. Im starting to realize that they dont want to fix tires just sell tires. I have a picture of the last tire with the screw but cant upload onto their review.

I’ve been here a few times for issues with my car. Each worker is very professional and WANTS to take care of you and your vehicle. The manager Jimmy took his time and made sure I got everything I needed and seriously helped m find out about my transmission and gave me his best advice for the situation! I highly recommend this place for your car needs. They are a little pricey but they really take care of you!

Woke up to find a flat tire after evacuating from Beaumont during Laura. They were able to get us taken care of and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Went above and beyond what was asked. Because of what they did for us I’ll continue to buy my tires from our local NTB. Thanks, guys! What you did for us is nothing short of a blessing and is greatly appreciated.

James and Casey did an excellent job helping me choose, purchase and install new 35” tires and fuel rims for my Jeep Wrangler. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and personal service. I’ve used this NTB for tires on 4 different vehicles and I’ve always been pleased. Even my wife feels comfortable bringing her car in for service because the staff is respectful and doesn’t push her for additional services.

James and his team did a fantastic job on our Jeep. Not only did they take the time to help us find the best price, but they went the extra mile to clean the vehicle before we picked it up! Terrible service and the quality of my tires are so poor I just paid $200 for 2 brand new tires Friday and its Tuesday and Im on the side of the road with a flat in the tires they put on my car! Not too mention they argued with me and refused to rotate my tires to the old in back and new in front!

NTB has been my go to place to service my cars. I have always had a great experience whenever I visit the shop. They dont just tell me what is wrong with my car and expect me to take their word for it, but have taken the time to take me out to my car and show me exactly what the issue is, then lay out a game plan. Wow! So impressed with the service I received at NTB! I’ve never used NTB for an oil change but found this location perfectly convenient! I was worried they were not going to be able to get me in quickly on my lunch break but, they were fast and efficient. I had an oil change within half an hour with my tire rotation on the house ! I also was informed from their knowledgeable staff about what maintenance my car would need to upkeep and maintain a healthier car ! I was sold from the minute I walked in ! When I was picking up my car I asked the Gentleman at the front for his name to give his company feedback ! Turns out it was the store manager, James Palato himself ! Great experience! Will be back for many repeat services !

We had our tires rotated and oil change and transmission fluid checked. They are very fast. And very friendly. They have a nice waiting area to stay while they are working. We always use them for our state inspection,oil change and anything else we need. Very affordable prices. The person that does state inspections is not there on Mondays. Very satisfied with them.

Went this evening to get help with a headlight. The service advisor was tremendous. She put in the light and showed me how. Gave me great advice as well. I cant promise you anything but she helped ( was 5 minutes) for free. Great customer service.

Worst experience I have ever had at this location. Took my truck in to get an alignment and was worse than before I took it in. Took it back and they said their was play in my steer box. Gave me my money back.

Battery tested good belt was loose tensioner was good and pulleys were all good Luke found a mounting bracket that broke clean which was hard to see and fixed the issues with ease.Thank you for saving me time and finding the issue.

NTB Does have a decent waiting area. Are usually polite and get the job done in a timely and reasonable manner. Last Monday I received an oil change. I was asked if I wanted my tire rotated since it does come with the package, I replied yes. A few days after the oil change I noticed that I did not receive a tire rotation. That the one Kumo tire that I have on my front right passenger side is still in the same place as all the rest.I called James( GENERAL MANAGER) He did say they may not have needed to be changed but if that’s the case then I should have been informed and STILL Given the OPTION. It’s ONLY RIGHT. I’d keep an eye out for that not to happen AGAIN.Do what you say and say what you mean. Also I would appreciate if they put down the “seat protectors”in my brand new car during the oil change.

Had a blow out with one of my travel trailer tires. They had the size I need and put two of them on my camper as soon as I pulled up. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Theyre speed was the best part of a bad tire experience. Would definitely recommend.

Im so thankful for this NTB, the staff and the service they provided. The staff kept the experience excellent and forward with no hassle that Ive had with other tire establishments, telling me this was wrong, this needs to be fixed. They really saved the day, my tire pressure light would have escalated to a blow out of they hadnt found the bubble protruding on the inside of my tire, thank you guys again!!!

I went to NTB for a tire quote at the beginning of the month. When I was leaving with my quote, the sales associate said he would knock more off the price if I bought the tires that day. I declined and said I would be back another day. I went back to the store yesterday to buy the tires and told them I dont want to pay the $33 for lifetime balancing and rotating (my dealership does this for me with every oil change). The sales associate working this day said he cant do that because it was part of the deal. I explained to him that the other sales person did not make this clear verbally or in writing. The salesperson then because extremely sarcastic and belligerent. I immediately left the store, drove down the street to Discount Tire and worked a better deal for a better tire (Cooper), and received FREE rotating and balancing for the life of the tire. I will NEVER go back to any NTB.

Very nice 👍 my son and friends had a dune buggy tire that came off the rim while mudding, and they put it back on the rim and aired it up without even charging them. They were so nice and the service was quick too! Very clean store. Best part of it all they are open on Sunday.

While driving from Carthage to Longview I was having front end issues, and my son had an appointment next door. So I dropped my van off for them to look at.Thankfully all it needed was tires and alignment. I was told 2 was all that was needed, but since all the tires were fairly old I told them to get all 4 replaced if they could.Two hours later, they were done. They finished up about 5 minutes after my sons appointment was done.Very fast and professional service. No BS, just in and out and got the stuff needed done.

James was amazing. Got me in and out quickly. A nice experience.

Please see update below. Very disappointing experience after many very good ones at this location. This was our go to place for nearly everything minor and even some major. Im not sure if the manager, Rex, is new, but the guys who worked there before were super nice. It seems customer service is not in his skill set. I searched our transactions with NTB for the last year and a half and for all three of our cars weve spent a total of over $5000 there. That wont happen again and I think they may miss us. UPDATE: New manager! One of the super nice guys from before is back. Good luck, Nathan. Congratulations to management for making the right decision. We are looking forward to continued support of this business.

Would not honor the coupon I had for 19.99. Said with their discount it would be 97.61. I asked why and the kid could not explain why he said that what the computer says with the coupon. I drive a 2003 toyota corolla...

Today we used NTB because it was the most convenient place to go for our running around. So my wife dropped her car off to get the oil changed and I picked her up there so we could do our running around. 2hrs later we show up to the car just now being serviced. I drop my wife off and she calls me to let me know of the multiple things wrong with her 2012 vehicle with hardly any miles on it. Also was given a estimate and list of things that needed to be replaced. I quickly looked over it to find out these things that so desperately needed to be changed. None of which needed to be replaced. I am mechanically inclined and like I said we dropped the car off there for convenience. I can say we will not be using NTB anymore and if you are not mechanically inclined and do not know too many things about vehicles please avoid this place. The horror stories you hear about people getting taken advantage of come from places like this. Im not one to leave reviews but this kind of business just isnt right.

My mom went In there and got some tires put on her car and me knowing cars and how it should be done. You tighten each lug nut to spec with a torque wrench. Make sure all lug nuts are on the vehicle before leaving the shop.

Called from 2 hours out, asked if they could match the price i paid on the last set of tires there 2 months ago, was told yes. Drive all the way there and they wont match it had Discount tire was cheaper and closer. Long time customer .. very poor business model.

I will never go anywhere else. This place is the place to go when you need tires or something done for your car.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place gave me no choice. The staff is incompetent starting from the leadership to the lowest one on the totem pole. No one ever knows whats going on, they blame other staff members for mistakes rather than taking ownership and just fixing it. They dont care about your problem and they scoff that you dare to ask for help. How dare we disturb their YouTube watching... One of the staff tried to sell me his wrecked Malibu. Another one came in cursing about another client to walked around the front to see where their vehicle was. For me and my family, we will choose a different business.

I have had to have work done on my car several times at this shop. The first time was because while driving down the road my car had some fairly major issues and NTB was the closest shop to where I was. It turned out that my problem was due to a mechanic at another local shop NOT doing the work that they had charged me for. NTB fixed the problem at parts cost and did not charge me for labor. The manager, Anthony Shay, was upset that someone in their industry had stiffed me out of money and not done the work that I had paid to be done. He didnt want me to have the expectation that all mechanics were dishonest and did shoddy work. Since the very first time I went to NTB, and every time I have been back, I have been treated fairly and respectfully. The shop is managed like a well oiled machine by a good man named Anthony Shay. Anthony has been upfront with me each and every time, telling me exactly what I needed done and not over selling me on something that I did not need. I will not use any other mechanic shop in Longview unless Anthony left. if you want great service with from a mechanic shop run with discipline by an honest manager who has your best interest in mind, this is the place to go!

Friendly, fair and good service. The large windows in the front can be annoying when its sunny but they actually have more seating behind the counter area with outlets available for you to charge your devices if you have to wait a while.

These guys have taken care of me as a walk-in twice now. Always professional, always fix my problem, quick, and not too pricey. Great service. Recommended.

Good prices on conventional oil changes. The customer service associate up front corrected an alignment issue free of charge because the minor problem had been occurring since I had new tires installed at the store. Very friendly employees that are willing to help.

I buy my tires here. I will always buy my tires here. I do a lot of my own vehicle maintenance or else Id be paying them to do that too. These guys go above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction.

I have a company vehicle that requires strict maintenance. Its nice to be able to get quick, on time work performed without wasting an entire day. I have not been able to find this type of service at other centers.

I had my mom take my 2006 kia optima in for an oil change. When she was done she brought me the report saying everything that would need fixed and the total came to like 3200. They told me on the report that there was a problem with AC. Before that it was fine....since they looked it over and did the oil change...now my AC does not work as good as it did before, my car has a jerk now when I drive slow or stop, and this morning it shut off while driving and then kicked back on randomly....when it shut down I had NO steering and almost got in an accident on my way to work. I had no problems with my car until I let them change the oil. Im very upset about this and will not be back ever.

I went in to get some some new shocks and struts, new tires and an alignment. I spent $1,400 after taxes. I was told that everything else looked fine and no other issues. Shortly after leaving I noticed my car making weird noises and that my abs light was coming on. I called ntb and reported the issue and was told that the new shocks and struts were probably just adjusting and to give it some time. The next morning the abs light was still on and I notice the odd noises had intensified. I called ntb and told them about the issue and I stated that I would be bring it back and they said that was fine. After looking over my vehicle this time they noticed some bearing had been broken and that my hub was broken as well. They told me it would be an additional $400 to repair it. I stated that there wasnt an issue prior to me bring my vehicle in plus thats something that should be checked before the repairs were done to me vehicle. They stated that they did inspect my vehicle and noticed nothing suspicious at the time. So I stated that they should cover the cost since they seem to be at error and they stated that it would not work that way and that I would have to pay. They then told me they couldnt fix my car the same day and that they would fix it the next day and I had to find a ride home. This inconvenience me, my family, and my employment. I have since contacted my lawyer and will be suing for the extra cost that they have rendered to me. I have done quite a bit of business with ntb previously and I thought I was a valued customer and they valued my business but I guess not.

Ripped me off. Said needed 1800. Only need a tire they did not have. Do not trust them with anything!

Very nice employee who ordered the tires for me. I went up there x3 and there was never anyone in the showroom! Customers standing around and not a soul to be found. I really wanted to use them because it is close but you have to try a little. Just a little. Waited around 10 minutes each time with no one helping the customers. Just too many other options for this kind of lack of service.

My father took his 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 liter hemi to NTB for an oil change, tire rotation which he had a coupon for and state inspection. Before getting too far on the services after the basic inspection he was told the truck would not pass a state inspection, and it needed to have some things replaced, totaling the bill for $1,156 which he did not get. I am an experienced technician and do most of the work on my parents vehicles. I took a look at the things they priced for him to replace, one of which is a fairly new Power Steering Pump I replaced about 2 months ago. Diagnosed correctly the pressure line is very obviously leaking, the problem was not even priced to be replaced, and the line does not come with the pump. The wiper blades that he has are also about 2 months old and have rubber inserts that can be replaced. The end of the insert had come out of the metal clip and simply needed to be pulled out and reinserted correctly taking all of a minute to do. Lack of caring about customers, and incorrectly diagnosing vehicles could have cost my dad or anyone else over $1,000 dollars. My family will not be returning to NTB and I would highly recommend anyone who is not mechanically minded to not go there for service either.

NTB longview aligned my truck and didnt tell me I had a bad inner tie rod. I changed the parts. Brought it back and told them what happened. They charged me for another alignment even though they screwed up. My truck still is not driving straight and they tried telling me it was because of another bad part. Tried charging me close to $400 to fix the bad parts. Turns out I do not have any bad parts. Truck was driving perfectly fine(besides alignment)UNTIL I LEFT their shop and all of a sudden my brakes were making noise. I tried backing up and my caliper jammed in my rim and stopped my truck dry. They are dishonest, shady, and I DO NOT recommend. Stay FAR from this place.

I HAD CALLED DAYS BEFORE A SET UP A TIME TO HAVE NEW TIRES PUT ON . I GOT TO THE STORE AT 7:30 AND IT TOOK 4 HOURS TO GET MY NEW TIRES PUT ON . WHEN I GOT THE THE TEC ASKED ME TO PLEASE COME BACK LATER BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO PUT MY TIRES ON . AFTER I LEFT MY TIRE PIS ON MY TRUCK COME ON ONE HAD 85 PIS ONE HAD 55 ONE HAD 65 AND THE OTHER HAD 50. I DROVE TO WORK THE NEXT DAY HAD HAD A FLAT ONE ONE OF THEM . THE TIRE SHOP HOW FIXED IT SAID THE VALVE WAS INSTALLED WRONG I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND HAVE ANYTHING DONE THERE .
