PLEASE READ BEFORE USING SERVICES!!!!: HORRIBLE service. He told me 2 days ago that IF IT HAD TO DO WITH THE ENGINE HE INSTALLED THEN HE WAS NOW NOT IN BUSINESS ANYMORE AND THE SHOP WAS CLOSED DOWN, only answering phone because it was his personal phone, although he answered saying auto doc. Paid him to install transmission and repair sensors, Ordered wrong transmission 1st time. Then 2 months later said engine no good. I am not a mechanic and trusted Omar, but should have gotten 2nd opinion. After installing engine, a/c stopped working. Engine light came on (already paid him several hundred $ to repair), could not open oil cap, oil dipstick wedged behind some weird mount that may be holding engine in, literally about a foot of open space now between engine and front of vehicle. TOOK BACK NUMEROUS TIMES about engine light and he said everything ok and if does not go off in a week bring back. I did, and then told its just older vehicle the engine looks good. Was extremely rude and defensive when told him a/c not working but did before. He said he should not even look at it because not his problem, but worked prior to him installing an engine. He put us off until now, where he says the warranty has expired. I took vehicle to DIFFERENT MECHANIC where they said the engine light has been on because at least 2 intake valves not working. The engine is no good now roughly 9 months after putting in. I began taking the vehicle back 2-3 weeks after put in. And it is due to Omars neglect and very poor services. He has been defensive and rude and has not provided the services he was paid for. I paid him thousands of dollars and only expect to receive the services I paid for. This has been my experience and hope to save others from being taken advantage of and wasting their money.

Auto-doc keeps my cars going strong. Been going there for 7 years now. Very good pricing and quick turn-around.

Had car for over a month was told only three days charged double what he told me and car had grease all over inside not a good person or place

Worst mechanic ever, very rude and bad attitude, I called to check on my car and he blow up on me and told me I dont have to call everyday to check on my car with an attitude, I will never deal with this man ever again Ill rather find me a shade tree mechanic.. He kept my husband car for a month took gas tank off and drain the gas out never tried to put it back in, my husband car still not fixed and my car not fixed and has a leak that didnt have at first, my lord someone pls help this man and get him some Anger Management ...I personally wouldnt recommend him to anyone....

Worst mechanic ever!! Takes FOREVER, when you come to see how your vehicle is coming along, the entire staff blows you off. Once you get your vehicle back, you find out that its not quite right or there is something else wrong with it. Easily irritated by phone calls from customers checking to see if their vehicle is ready. In addition to all that, guy is probably the most foul-mouthed person I have ever met. DO NOT go to this guy, I would strongly recommend Longview Radiator & Automotive at 80 and Bill Owens.

Very dishonest, parts warranties not honored, vehicle wrecked while in their possession and the list goes on...not recommended at all..
