The store has helpful employees and carries the oil filter I need. Unfortunately, I had to use my phone to look up the part number for. Mobil1 oil filter. The book they had was for fram and STP. Back in the day, this would have been a deal killer. Now, its just an inconvenience to not have the book available.

Employee could not help install my new fuse in my turn signal. I certainly cant do it. So I still have no left blinker working

Ms. B. Stevens went WAY BEYOND to help when I stopped in there to have a battery check, come to find out I had a broken alternator belt she even made phone calls and found a auto repair service tech to come to replace the belt for me. They usually have the most parts for newer vehicles but OReillys in ABC have parts for newer and older vehicles

I went to the AutoZone on Gilmer Road(Longview. Texas) to have my truck’s battery tested because of start up issues. Bridgette(sp) assisted me . She noticed that the negative battery cable was loose and tightened it-Voila!She finished the battery test and found it in excellent condition. Her professionalism is to be commended as is her respectfulness and courtesy. AutoZone should be proud of representatives like Bridgette.

AutoZone is okay as more of a parts Warehouse you dont want to go there thinking youre going to get tips on how to actually repair your car I always go in there after I have pre-researched possible parts because theyre quick to tell you they dont have them and when you hit them with a couple of part numbers you looked up yourself then all the sudden they got what you needed.

Fabulous! The associates were very helpful. They help me locate what I needed and made suggestions I hadnt thought of. When my purchase qualified for a discount because of my company association the cashier without hesitation credited my discount. Shop the Gilmer Rd store. They are the best!!

Friday May 1st.Waited my turn in line. As I approached the checkout counter the cashier headed for the door yelling to no one that I could see Im taking a break.I looked around & seeing no one respond I asked her to come back in & check me out.Attention Management. If you want folks to shop local, train your employees better & hold them accountable.

The Blonde haired woman needs a pay raise... I came in 15 min before they closed and made sure me and another customer were taken care of to the T. Ive been to the other auto parts places and was never given a degree of service to this magnitude. Im now going to come here for my car needs for now on. AutoZone for the win.

Great service

Alternator burned out while traveling from Mississippi to Oregon. It was after midnight but I ordered the new alternator online and the staff had it ready for me when the store opened in the morning. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I bought a car today and it had some issues. One of the issues was the brake lights did not work. We stopped by this Auto Zone to see if anyone knew about the issue. One of the employees (I didnt catch his name, sorry!) came out and basically nailed it. He figured out and fixed what was wrong pretty quickly. It was a couple of minor fixes, but we had no idea about those issues. Were very thankful for this man and his knowledge. If you read this (you know who you are!) THANK YOU SO MUCH! and tell your manager I said you need a raise :D

Great selection friendly staff

Spoke with an employee, which said they had our part. But when we got to the store the past wasnt, they gave us the next part available for the cheaper price. To me that is going above and beyond in order to keep a customer happy. The funny thing is that part was at another store and an employee had to go and get it. We only had to wait for the employee to get back with the part. Thank you Autozone and Daniel.

Worst place to buy anything. Couldnt even help me correctly with a return even though i had my receipt from the purchase. Now im out 40$ because this company. Save your time and money use a different companies!

Start off with, I love standing around waiting to be helped when two people are standing at computers doing what Im sure is something important, and wont even acknowledge Im there... that said:When you have to deal with the lack of customer care that you get from a person that clearly doesnt care about such things it makes it tough to visit a store. When asked 2 or 4 wheel drive about my vehicle when I was trying to get a blinker bulb number for purchase, I responded rear wheel.... I was told that doesnt matter and that he had to know 2 or 4....Some may not get this little bit of frustration but the point here is a rear wheel vehicle is 2 wheel drive and it also has NO BEARING on the type of blinker bulb. Im sure Ill be back as someone with this level of job skill probably wont be there long anyway.

The people here are always very friendly and helpful with good prices on most parts. You can also go to their website to look around then order for pickup in store. Not all parts will be in stock but most can be delivered to the store by the next day.

The service over the last few months has been excellent! I have not been that impressed in the last few years, but things have definitely improved lately! Highly recommend!

My friend was riding his ZX12R ninja and the battery wasnt charging properly so it drained and died at the gas station shortly after leaving my house. I went to rescue him with my jump box. As I get there and we evaluate that his battery isnt charging we head about 5 miles up the road to AutoZone to get a new battery. That way he could at least get his bike home to work on it. So I give him a ride there and back. We go to put the battery on and realize they had given us a used battery! We were very upset at this point considering it wasnt the best of situations to begin with. We went ahead and installed it anyways cause he didnt want to burden me any longer. After we installed the battery you guessed it... Battery was dead worse than his own battery. I gave him a ride back up there and he exchanged it. I decided to go inside just to be sure he got the right one and it was a good thing I did because I noticed that they had sold him the wrong battery anyways. His bike called for 220 cca(cold cranking amps) and they suggested and sold him one with 105 cca. It may have been able to start the bike but it still wasnt what he was supposed to have. So I took the opportunity to educate the employees of AutoZone. Hopefully they will remember the lesson and not waste the time of any other customers.

Very poor customer service. My fiancé and I needed help looking for a bulb, and after waiting up front for a long time, no one helped us. Very disappointed. We left to find better service elsewhere. Id give 0 stars if possible.

A relatively small store with lots and lots of small items, but the signage gives only a general idea of whats on an aisle. I get that the sign is supposed to be general, which is why items should be grouped in a more logical manner...especially when the service is so slow.

I should have came to this Auto Zone 3 months ago. They replaced my battery that was under warranty, without giving me the run around that I had been getting from the other two. I replaced an alternator that I did not need because I was told that my battery was still good. From the Auto Zone on Estes Parkway I went there 4 times asking to replace my battery and they refused. The people at this location arent out to just make a sale but are actually honest.
