The service is very goodI highly recommend Smart Start .Ive never had a problem with them.

Just a warning to all that this is a franchise, as a franchise of smart start and not a corporate office. They can do as they please from prices, hours, and poor customer service. I highly recommend using one of the many other options for your interlock.

The female technician running this shop is always a joy and shes very good and knowledgable at her job.

Dont use smart start!!!!! I cant stress it enough!!!!! They change their hours of operation constantly....... change the days they are open without any notice.... .. when you take time off from work to get recalibratad... .no one is there...... you call the service center, they dont care....... I was told to drive to Tyler because its the only one open....... told me they close at 11:45 for lunch..... I got there at 1:00....... they told me I had to wait till 2:00 cause they were just going to lunch..... lost a full day of work, almost got fired over these jerks.....they do not care.. . . Everyone I talked to was rude and condescending......

Terrible place and more expensive than other vendors.

Super rude and no personality, appt. @ 11:30 says going to lunch be back at 12:30
