Stephen Byrd, why didnt you buy the items instead of picking them out. You cant just pick out items that you like or want to buy then leave and expect the store to not sell them. Youre about as bright as a dead light bulb.

Have bought appliances from them for years and have always gotten a good price and great follow up if needed. Always look there first and Ive almost never had to go anywhere else. Great people to work with.

Terrible customer service!!!! I was going toPurchase a washer, Dryer, fridge, and stove from them. He hasn’t had time to look at the stove but said he would yesterday. I waited all day for the call. Had already picked out washer, dryer, and fridge, was just waiting on him to do the stove. I called yesterday and never got a call back. Today I called this morning and he said he would look at it today. Then informed me he already sold the washer! So I picked out everything and because you couldn’t look at the stove that you said has been sitting there for months I lose out on the washer?!? Worst customer service and I do not recommend this place to anyone!!

We purchased a 600$ fridge from these people. It came with a 30 day warranty. A little over 45 days the barrings in the fan motor gave out. We purchased the new part to make the repair and thats when we found the trolls had shammed us. The cooling coil had been completely bi-passed. The entire rig was set up to last just long enough to take a worthless piece of junk and turn it into 600$ profit for a troglodyte with no scruples or morals for that matter. They will sell you junk. They know it is junk. They will keep your money and then you will see whom they truly are. I emplor you all who have taken the time to read this not to spend your money in this worthless troll hobble. Take heed would be purchaser. You will be buying yet another appliance if you purchase one here.

They give out great prices! 60 Day Warrantys! Used appliances but they fix them good and ready to go!! I would highly recommend you to go here for all your appliances needs!

I purchased a gas stove here for $250.00 because I thought mine was bad.. My stove it turned out was fine, my gas line was bad. I attempted to sell them my stove and they wouldnt even give $75....... On top of that they were quite rude. I guess people do still live under rocks SHAME!
