Great people working there, service and and environment just perfect and fast service but I highly recommend schedule an appointment for better service.

I went in to get my hair cut today and before I walked in my hair almost touched my butt. I asked for a touch up on my layers, my bangs, and that I wanted to keep my length. When she was done I was heart broken that she had cut my hair to my shoulders. I left in tears because my hair that I worked so hard for was just chopped off. Im so disappointed because she didnt stick to what I had asked for. if your looking for a 5.0 or 5.1 this isnt the place to leave you feeling great about your look.

Doña Mari the old lady is the but hair stylist I have ever known. I shorn. I told him and he ignored me. I had to go home and cut my hair off. Do not cut your hair with it is the worst.

I grabbed a day that she went to the salon and the lady who cut my hair was a HORSE job when I tried to explain the lady, she ignored me and she knew what she wanted. I was waiting for about an hour and no one showed up to open the store ..Very bad customer service !!!!!!!!!!!
