I cannot rave enough about Hillcrest Glass! Michael is the owner and he is so amazingly helpful. The installers are both fun, kind and respectful, on time and the best part is they clean up!! If I could give 10 stars they sure are worthy of it. Thank you Hillcrest glass for making my job easy.

From start to finish, Hillcrest Glass did an outstanding job on the shower enclosure for our master bath. Both the estimator and installers arrived at the scheduled time. A special shout out to Mikey and Sam who installed the finished product. They explained everything they were doing and why and did an excellent job. Thanks so much for an outstanding job.

I just ordered a large piece of tempered, beveled glass for the top of an Asian chest. This is just to say that getting this ordered over the phone was seamless and I expect the glass to come in perfect condition based on past experiences. I actually have used this company many times over the years. We have a complete set of storm windows with screens that they did years ago as well as a shower door for one of our bathrooms. I highly recommend their company if you need any glass!

Hillcrest Glass installed a steam shower door for me recently. It is absolutely beautiful . This photo was taken right after installation while the house was still under construction. The team was friendly, courteous and knew what they were doing. Rachel at the home office was wonderful. They showed up on time and got the installation done in about 3 hours. The price of the door was totally in line with the excellence of the product. I highly recommend these folks.

I love our new shower door! Turnaround time was quick (within 2 weeks from when we received our estimate). Reasonably priced and professionally ran company. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends! :)

Highly recommend Hillcrest Glass in Longmont, Colorado!!! We are renovating our master bathroom and needed a new shower door installed. First, it was a breeze to schedule and get an estimate from them. There was a small issue with the manufacture of one of the glass doors, but Hillcrest reordered the glass and installed it promptly! Our job is proof that they stand by their work, which many firms don’t do. Rachel in the front office and all the installers were very professional and wonderful to work with. Their prices are very competitive and the installation was excellent, plus the doors are just beautiful. If you are looking for a great, local glass company, contact them. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice and quick to respond over the email, Herb knows what hes talking about. I had a small issue with my install but I called the office the same day and the came out and fixed it no problem, and understood there mistake. the tech was very nice, efficient and helpful. definitely coming back if i need more windows re glazed. also VERY reasonable price thank you guys so much for the help

We have used Hillcrest Glass for a full height glass shower door and large double vanity mirror. They were prompt and did a great job on the install.

One piece of glass, got it wrong.

Hillcrest has done 2 glass projects for me in the last couple of months, one for my business and one for my home (steam shower door). Both were done on time and at a reasonable price. The workers were friendly & professional and answered all my questions as did Rachel at the shop. I recommend them and will call them first with my next glass project.

Hillcrest really helped us out in a pinch. Some knuckle-head tossed a rock through our businesses glass front door and we needed it repaired same day. I called another shop who had done work for us prior, and was told that May 7th (two weeks) was the earliest they could come look it to give me an estimate! I called Hillcrest, they had a team out within 2 hours, and after a quick estimate, they were back in 30 minutes and replaced the glass quickly. They also did some quick adjustments on the door and made sure we were satisfied. Fair price, fast service, they are now our go-to glass shop.

We have worked with several other glass companies in Colorado for the past decade and these guys are the best. Ignore any other bad reviews for Hilcrest. These guys are quality.

Hillcrest Glass has helped me with my glass table top needs, and creative solutions since I moved to Longmont in 2010! I am always extremely pleased with the product - they always help me with the best solution for glass needs, and I am always 100% satisfied!

We went to the store two weeks ago and spoke with two people including the manager and discussed what we were hoping to do in our master bath. The manager did a drawing and said he would email an estimate the next day. Never heard from him.

Very pleased with the replacement of the glass on our broken shower door! They were able to come out within 1/2 hr of me calling, placed the glass order that day, and had it installed 5 days later in only 20 minutes! All of this when another local glass company couldnt even look /visit for 2 weeks! I couldnt be more pleased! Thanks!

I was eating lunch on Colfax, and these guys came in trying to find the owner of a parked truck that had been side swiped/hit and run. They caught the plates of the driver, and wanted to let the owner know. I appreciate their decency in going out of their way to try to help.

I have been producing a number of 8x10 picture frames and the people at Hillcrest Glass have cut my glass pieces for me. They were reasonable, nice and friendly, and quick. I will have them cut more glass for me when I need it.

Scheduled 2 installers with Hillcrest Glass to replace a bay window. I had bought the glass elsewhere, but the window was too large to install by myself. Two installers came at the scheduled time; the workers were very nice, personable and motivated. They installed and cleaned up the workspace and were done very quickly. I dont intend to break windows regularly, but I will get my future replacements at Hillcrest Glass

The guys were very friendly, polite, clean, on time, and even finished early when they came to repair our windows. I was very impressed with their work AND work ethic. The windows look great and I would be happy to recommend to friends and family.

Good quality but stratospheric prices for basic cut glass services. I think their focus is on installs rather than cut glass supply. I ended up buying a few basic tools and some plate glass to do do the job for a little less than 1/8th of the price, including the tooling, in a few hours, saving hundreds of dollars with no prior glass cutting experience.

I called to have an estimate on a sliding glass door replacement. I was given a time and date for an estimator to come by the house. 10 minutes after the estimator was supposed to be at my house I call to check, they are running late and will now be at my house in 15 minutes. 20 minutes after that, I call back to be told that the estimator is gone for the day and told his dispatch that he stopped by but no one was home..... this is amazing because I waited in my driveway to make sure not to miss them. When I ask how are they going to remedy this, I am told that the earliest they can reschedule is a week out. This company doesn’t care about your time or how they inconvenience you. I had to take time off work to meet them and for what?! I strongly recommend using anyone else but Hillcrest.

Hill Crest Glass saved us a ton of money by replacing our foggy windows with new glass rather than replacing the whole window frame on our 17 year old house. The installers were professional and on time and cleaned up after themselves. We recommend them to anyone with window fogging problems.

There are some always-wonderful glass companies around here. This is not one of them. Huge issues with an install that was turned around to be a customer problem, despite written bids to the contrary.

Im a property manager and needed a glass panel replaced in a hurry on a sliding glass door. Hillcrest responded quickly and completed the job to my satisfaction.

The product quality (a thermopane piece of glass to replace a broken window was very nice. I had used them before and was disappointed to find they kept no records, so everything needed to be measured once more. The front desk did not seem interested in customer service during the order and when many days had passed beyond the due date, I called. I was told basically it was my fault they had written my name wrong (separated my last name into a first and last name (made no sense.)They made no attempt to see who the glass belonged to, had my phone number, then said I had to come over before 3:30 because the shops folks would leave then.This could have easily been avoided and could easily been taken care of by a little attention. How many special size piece of glass do they get that would make it so difficult to investigate and find the owner (who during the entire time had a hole in his wall where the new glass needed to go.Front desk personal need to be taught customer service. They seem lacking.
