Had someone come out and spend over an hour taking measurements and doing inspections to fix a few of our windows and replace some of our screens. We were promised an estimate shortly but never received anything. Calling the office (on 2 different occasions) resulted in well look into it and call you back, but still havent heard anything and now its been a whole month since the initial visit. Very disappointed since the reviews seem to suggest they are typically a great company to work with.

Slade Glass is a dependable company full of very nice people who want to help. I came in for a inexpensive window balance part and they treated me like I was buying windows for an entire house!Jennifer was kind and helpful on a day I was feeling stressed out. All nice people! Great local company!

Steve came to the house to match and install a custom screen window that was missing, replace a torn screen and replace some springs. He made sure everything was installed correctly and fixed an error the same day from the place that made the screen window. The price was good. One time after he finished the job, Steve recognized me walking with a casted arm a ways from home and gave me a ride - an indication of how well he treats his customers. In turn, Slade Glass has a loyal and grateful customer in me for as long as I live in their service area. Thanks so much!

Ken, Joey, and Jared reglazed 24 of our original 1930s double-hung 6 on 6 pane windows this summer, and replaced several broken panes. They did an excellent job, were efficient, incredibly kind, with great attention to detail. Ken is an absolute pro with old windows, and clearly knows what he is doing. We had done several ourselves, and you can clearly tell which ones we did vs the ones he did. He was able to do them in place too, which was wonderful. We have noticed a significant difference in the drafts, and we are so glad that we are able to maintain and restore our beautiful old windows. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!!

I asked Slade Glass about creating a glass door(s) to cover an in wall shelving and wine rack, in a kitchen wall. They were very helpful in showing the types of glass we could use (tempered or not) and styles. They allowed taking samples home. Ken and Kenny did the measurements at the house to establish a quote and then after the glass doors were made did the install. It looks great, twin doors, tempered clear glass, with nice straight lines and well installed hinges accurately placed. I appreciated the on time appointments and friendliness of the office, Ken and Kenny.

I took a small window from my motor coach that had lost its seal in to see if they could repair and reseal.They said they would try but no guarantee. I said ok thanks for trying for me as I cannot buy one anymore and I obviously need it.A week later I was called as promised and the window was ready for pick up.I was greeted and the window was repaired completely to my satisfaction.What a great guy that repaired it for me. He even offered to take it to my car. The entire group of employees are courteous professionals!I drove 68 miles to go to Slade ! Kenny and Brennan came to our home today to install a window and take out our old shower door. The customer service we received was excellent. They efficiently replaced our rather large second story window in a short amount of time. Kenny explained in detail all of our options and helped us make choices based on his experience. We also found the office staff friendly and helpful when ordering. We highly recommend this company.

I absolutely recommend Slade Glass. The glass on an old counterweighted window broke in our house. They fit us into their schedule quickly, Ken did a great job on the repair, and the cost was very reasonable. Everyone that we talked to was also incredibly nice and helpful. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Ken came today to install our shower glass. Unfortunately, a helper got sick this morning and was unable to help with the installation. Despite the lack of assistance, Ken arrived on time, moved and installed all the large, heavy glass panels himself, and did a terrific job, finishing slightly sooner than the expected time. I called after my husband accidentally broke the window in our bedroom. They were able to get out the next business day to provide a quote and I had my window replaced within a week. The installer was super nice and showed me how to remove my window panels (I dont have tilt in) so they could be cleaned easier. Their prices were great and I couldnt be happier. Thank you!

The above listed review on Tech Steve does not make any sense to me. I know of a Steve that works at Slade, and my experience was awesome!! He was professional, courteous and did a fantastic job of replacing a very unique window I had on a Ford 8600 tractor. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, his complex measurements of that unique curved window were spot on. It was installed to perfection and has lasted a long time with no leaks or rattles in a tractor that bounces around in dusty, hot, hay fields all day. This was an outstanding example of quality customer service by a skilled employee with impeccable integrity.

Just had two windows repaired, and two screens rebuilt. I was very pleased with process and results. Ken is a master of his craft, very thorough and thoughtful. (Backstory: One window was completely off the rails and had to be held open with a piece of wood, the other window would stick like crazy. All ship shape now)

Wish every business was as honest as these people!! I have had two A++ experiences, one for a enclosed shower and one for windows repaired. I was quoted $ 3500 to replace 3 windows by another company and was shocked. Steve from Slade Glass came out and quoted me $ 500 for the repair. Repairs took about 2 hours and were done professionally!!!! Steve even brought out dog treats with him for our 3 dogs!!!! I have no business relationship with this company, no reason to leave this review besides being very, very impressed with them. If you have anything glass-related, give them a shout first. They are one of the few companies that still repair, rather than just replace things.

Fantastic customer service and very competitive pricing. I needed a 3x8 patio door screen replaced and I had no means to take it to them. Daniale was incredible. She arranged for my screen to be picked up, repaired and returned to me all in one day! Now thats customer service! I only wish I could recall the name of the wonderful gentleman who picked it up and then returned it. Use this great company! You have an amazing team

Got hit by one of their company trucks and called the office to get info since the drivers were so quick to give a buisness card and leave ... and well now the company isnt calling back or providing insurance information pretty sure thats illegal

We hired Slade Glass to install and frameless shower door for our bathroom remodel. Everything from initial sizing, estimate and installation was terrific!! Ken Ramirez did the sizing and installation of the shower door and he was awesome. Ken was very professional, courteous, very clean and treated our house with respect. My wife and I were going to go with a semi-framed shower door but when we met with Ken he recommended a frameless shower door as we spent a lot of money on Marble tile and frameless doors show off the nice tile. Ken was right, it looks AWESOME!! Slade glass was a pleasure to work with and would use them again for any of my future glass needs.
