Ordered a zero-turn lawn mower and was told it would be 1 to 2 weeks. Finally came in almost 12 weeks later. While I know they didn’t have control over the time line it would have been nice to have been kept updated. My husband called, left messages to check in and the vast majority of the time calls/messages weren’t returned. Finally got our mower yesterday afternoon only to realize that there were several issues. Nothing by itself was too major but several small issues - bolts not tightened, control lever not adjusted, parts missing (we added a mulch kit and some of the original mower parts were not given to us), etc. Called today and they had us bring the mower in this afternoon. Picked the mower up right at closing time and were excited to try it out. Got it home and realized we still didn’t get all the original parts back and there was a strip of grass not getting cut. We found the middle blade was installed upside down. Can’t believe we spent the money and waited all this time for this level of service. Won’t be trusting the service department there for anything!UPDATE: Lauren, Thank you for following up. Yes, the young man who came out yesterday was great. He was super helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate the extra effort to make this right.

Terrible experience. I was promised a tractor in a few days time, then a week, then another week. I drove to the Kiowa dealer and was able to choose from a huge inventory that they actually had there in stock. The sales person Gary still tried to keep my deposit. Visa gave me my money back. I recommend driving anywhere else as this felt worse than a used car dealer.

I don’t know anything about tractors, but Eddie treated me very kindly and answered all my questions (probably quite a few stupid ones surely). I was gonna also visit the dealership across the street, but didn’t need to after dealing with him. I would highly recommend these guys if you are clueless about what you need.

No one was interested in helping me when I stopped by. Another location, in Greeley, was larger and the staff far more helpful. The Greeley location will be my go to Kubota location now though it is somewhat less convenient.

Fortunately I have not needed much service on my Kabota but I am pleased to report that service manager Matt and his technicians have been a great benefit at Wickham. Everything discussed and expected was delivered as promised and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wickham to any of my friends. investing in a quality product is important but getting Quality and timely service when needed is essential. We recently purchased a Kubota tractor package. Talking to Caleb and getting the information prior to the purchase was really helpful in our decision. When Darrell delivered the tractor, he answered and explained any additional questions we had. Thanks again.Well after using the tractor a few times, we noticed that our optional quick hitch pto system was looking a little droopy on one side. Upon further investigation, we found that none of the lock nuts had been secured when the quick hitch was installed. All of the clevises and adjusters were loose and out of adjustment. Granted you may say that I should have checked that everything was secure, but should I have to? If you buy a car do you check every nut and bolt to make sure that they are secure? An oversight that could have caused serious damage to the tractor; thank goodness WE caught it.

I worked with Gary from the very beginning. We discussed my needs and wants, and then I drove over to Longmont to see what tractors that they had in stock. I ended up with a compact Kubota bucket loader, B2601, and bought a field mower attachment. Gary did all of the financing for me, and I was approved in about 10 minutes. Gary personally delivered all of the equipment to our house in Conifer.I would highly recommend Gary and Wickham Tractor.

They dont shy away from difficult situations but will advise you when your problems can be resolved better served elsewhere. They are always honest and do everything they can to help you - even if they cant do it themselves.

Working with Eddie has been great! He recommended a tractor that would work best for us, he invited us up (after the stock show) to Wickham to look & do a hands on of it. He listened to what wed be using it for & recommend several implements. He delivered our tractor, giving us class on the hows, whys & whats on each one.After a small incident w/ my tractor 2 years later, his 1st question was are you ok; he offerd any assistance we needed.When we bought our snowblower; he once again delivered & showed us all the in & outs with it. Purchased a Kubota ATV 2 years ago. Salesman was very helpful. Also very helpful on adding accessories later. Service department has been great on the routine maintenance visits. Will definitely go back to them when we are ready to buy a tractor. Don’t understand the negative reviews. Doesn’t sound like the people I’ve dealt with.

Good customer service, but a bit pricey.

I am not sure why the negative reviews since my experience has been very good. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying a new Kubota tractor which was delivered on time. They spent over an hour with me going over tractor operation. They work with me on price as well and ended up being over $1000 cheaper than some of their competition. I have one issue with the tractor which they corrected within a couple of days. I do hope others will have the same experience that I have had.

I called the Longmont store and asked for a quote to service my New Holland skidsteer. I was quoted 550 dollars and told them to go ahead and service it. They took it to the Greeley store and serviced it. When it was returned they gave me a bill for 830 dollars. I called the service dept 5 different times and asked Mark to explain why the bill was far more than I was quoted. He told me that I needed to talk to Will the manager who is the manager of 3 stores. Apparently Will is too busy managing the stores to take care of customers concerns. I think I now understand why New Holland pulled their products out of B&G Equipment. If youre looking to buy equipment, buy Green or Red but not orange. Customer service after the sale is everything.

I called the sales department looking to purchase a Husqvarna snow blower. They are certified dealers of the brand and carry them according to the B&G website. However when I called and spoke to the sales department, they informed me that they do not actually carry any snow blowers in stock at any of their locations and he did not want to order one for me.On the B&G Website during the winter, the first thing you see are them Husqvarna snow blowers. FALSE ADVERTISING if the business does not carry the product and will not order the product in for you!

Took my chainsaw in to have a leak in the bar oil reservoir seal repaired. Over the next 20 weeks, when I called to chicken the saw, I was given many excuses from I broke the piston and cylinder and They sent the wrong part to I got it back together, but I cant get it to run. I took it to B&G the first week of August and was told it was ready for pickup on August 23, 20 weeks later. When I picked it up, the chain was installed backwards. I am not impressed with the service department for taking so long to repair my saw, nor am I impressed with the Husqvarna chainsaw which (according to the serviceman) had to be torn completely down to replace a seal in the bar oil reservoir...poor design in my opinion.I will not be returning to B&G and I will not be buying Husqvarna products.Ken Ginn
