Bought a 1025R with a loader, bucket and mower deck. We were treated with respect, Ed took really good care of us. He even stayed after hours to deliver our unit. Great doing business with you Ed.

I have been in to 4Rivers 5 or 6 different times seeking advice as well as parts for my Gator and mower I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly.My son liked one of the ball caps on display and parts counter gentleman gave it to my son.

Very very disappointed. I bought a brand new tractor with implements at 4Rivers. I have always had it serviced 2x year and all repairs done there. There customer service has really suffered since the merger. I called to get my Deere tractor picked up and serviced. they would need it 3-4 weeks he said. As a small business, I cannot be without my tractor that long. They use to be able to schedule regular service, even if it was out a couple weeks, pickup, service and have it returned sometimes the next day. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not purchase from them again.

Their parts counter folks have been a wonderful resource and have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in helping me obtain the correct parts for my little JD lawn tractor. Thanks for all the help, guys!

This really deserves 0 stars but I am giving it one because my initial experience was good. I will withhold the name of the sales person i dealt with, BUT, I went in last Friday and met the sales person, who was very helpful in showing me different mower options. I settled on one and told him Id reach back out either that day or Monday. I reached out Monday and said i was ready to go. He did not get back to me until Tuesday and he assured me he would reach back out on Wednesday to help me. I have not talked to him since and he has not returned a single phone call or email. I have been trying really hard to give him MONEY and place an order. I can only imagine what type of customer service I would get after I paid and the deal was done. I am going elsewhere and will purchase a lawn mower from someone else. Terrible follow up and I cant recommend the place unfortunately.

Great service department and very helpful. I had service done on a JD lawn mower and I had some medical problems and they where kind enough to me that they gave me a break on the labor costs......also was nice that an attractive young lady helped get my mower. :) Thank you

I took my mower in for a scheduled maintenance appointment. When I dropped it off, I was told it would take two weeks. After two weeks, I called to see if the mower was done. I was told that it hadnt been worked on yet, but was in the queue and would be done within a week. I called at the end of the third week and my mower had not been touched. I was informed they needed to order parts and it would be done by the next Friday. I called at the end of the next week (week 4 of it being in the shop) and was told they had not touched it yet or ordered parts. I went and picked it up that day. No service was provided, explanation for poor customer service given or any apology. I will never return. Save your time and frustration. Take your business elsewhere.

Let me put it this way I have bought my first, and last green tractor!! I will never again own a John Deere product after being at the Four Rivers and Fort Collins and the one in Longmont.I would love to talk to a manager and let him or her know exactly how pathetic the staff is at both locations.

So it is March 7 and I know it is still technically winter, but I went to buy a lawn/garden tractor. The store was open and was occupied. However when I asked for help with the purchase of a tractor I was told all of the salesmen are out until Friday. I guess I will find a different dealer or maybe a different manufacturer that is interested in selling their products whenever their open sign is lit.

Dont buy the extended warranty. After 10+ calls to 10+ numbers they offered to charge me $200 to look at it. They said it was Lowes fault on my D110 lawn tractor. Less than a year old.Update, once I got my mower to them they did a good job of changing the starter under the warranty.

This store has horrible customer service. They wont even come out to see if you need help. You have to walk to their offices to beg for assistance. Then when you do buy something- dont expect a phone call when it arrives. That might take too much effort!

These guys are as close to crooks as you get. My riding lawnmower drive belt came off when I hit an extension cord in my yard, rather then fix it myself I took into John Deere Longmont to have it checked out and serviced. After two weeks they called me and told me I needed new steering rods and drive belt, cost $950. The mower is only worth $600 so I decided to take it home and do the work myself. To get it back from them they charged me $175 labor for the time it took to look at the belt and steering (I talked to the tech and it took probably 15min for him to put a flashlight under to see the belt was worn). When I went to do the work myself I found the steering rods were not bent and the drive belt only needed to be reseated on spindle, whole job took me 45min. When I went back to confront them, they told me the parts were only recommended not needed, and there shop labor is $98/hr. Evidently there technicians take a 1 hour brake every 10 min of work, to charge over $700 in labor for a job that takes less then an hour by a homeowner with no experience. Stay away from this shop unless you like being robbed.
