One of the best used book stores Ive been to! The staff is friendly and helpful, the selection is large, and the prices are very reasonable! Plus the location is great.

Great book selection. It is not really set up for heavy shopping. No baskets to use. Asked if I could put my books on a small area of the counter. The person I asked was very rude. Beyond rude. The people who work here needs to be given classes on customer service.

I went in looking for a poetry book by Joy Harjo. They didnt have it in stock but was able to order it in at a very competitive price. Their customer service is very good and now I have the pleasure of anticipating a new book.

This cozy used bookstore has great service and selection. Ive always liked this place, but they impressed me even more during the Covid quarantine! I needed books for remote learning for my kids. The staff were great at answering questions over email, and then Ive been able to come in early for high risk hours in the morning and shop. Theyre always friendly and helpful, and I get everything I need.

Great book store with absolutely great prices. Of course from personal preference would like to see the introduction of more foreign literature and a more distinctive section for philosophy. It was kind of mixed in with new-aged spirituality books which I believe should be made separate. Also quite disappointed to see so much works on religion yet little to no selections on Islam.

This place was very crowded, with extremely close isles that made me claustrophobic. I couldnt find anything i was looking for and wanted to quickly leave the store. Also, the hours are horrible! I saw the store one day, and thought i wanted to go there, but sense its not open on weekends, theyve made it almost impossible! The floor makes loud squeaking noises and the store is very hard to maneuver through. Would not go again.

This place is always a treat to shop at! They almost always have what Im looking for and are friendly and courteous. That will ALWAYS be appreciated. Thank you for being a great part of Longmont and my life!

Used Book Emporium is among the small bookstores that have started to thrive again.Used Book Emporium has been around long enough to establish a reputation of selling and receiving high quality books. Their Classics section is well curated and other genres within the store are quality and well stocked. The ambiance of the store is wonderful. It feels like a classic bookstore with its wooden floors and vintage elevator on display. There are always people in the store and there is always an employee there to answer your questions or special order a book. They offer 20% off of new titles. Special orders are also accommodated if you can’t find the book you are looking for. Store credit is offered in exchange for traded books. Credit can be used toward used books in the store.Each time I go into this store there are new titles and there is fresh stock. The owners know books and are extremely knowledgeable. They care about literature programs for children as they work with the library for the summer reading program and they have The Mayor’s Book Club applications in the store available for families. They show activism in the community and kindness toward their customers. This is wonderful place for the bibliophile to browse and explore.

The used book store is great my grandmother takes me and my siblings every time my parents are out of town the have a wide variety for young Kiddos. Adults of course have a larger variety includeong cooking,War, how to, graphic novels, and LOTS more. Not only that if they do not have a book you want the order of. They also have trade in witch is awesome I recommended this used book store to everyone.

The used book emporium is cool!! Every time I walk into the shop I feel like Ive stepped into a plane of reality where time doesnt pass, and Im always a little afraid that whilst mindlessly reading book titles Ill suddenly discover a secret message that unlocks the hidden knowledge within me

Lovely bookstore with nice tall shelves and a wide selection. However, the prices were a bit higher than I have paid at other used book stores. All the same, if you are a book lover, you are sure to find something you like.

Great store, great staff. A hair expensive for me; but you can return the book and get half back if they need it. So great deals here.

One of the last great used bookstores in Boulder or Longmont. Their collection is totally digitized (so books are easy to find), and with over 60,000 titles, youll often find what you need. Good atmosphere, easy going owners.

As someone who chooses used book stores to find sacred treasures, I found that this store lacked in that arena. Mostly your run-of-the-mill mainstream releases that can be procured in the B&N down the street in most cities
