Cailin and her staff are always so willing to make any tweaks to any design to make any product we purchase from them absolutely perfect. No matter how many edits we throw at them they are always wonderful and accommodating. Not to mention the end products are flawless. If for any reason we have concerns about the end product they are handled quickly and professionally and to our exact preferences! We will be customers for years to come!

WOW, what a great and worthwhile experience I had at FASTSIGNS in Longmont, Colo. I worked with a young lady by the name of Jamie...what a blessing! I walked in, got immediate attention and sat with her for a few minutes explaining my idea and concept. Within minutes, Jamie started working on the basic idea and poof, we had the outline started. She asked how much time I wanted her to work on this and I said do it under an hour if possible. It was amazing how fast her mind works, and within no time flat she sent me six (6) different ideas. I chose 2-3 of them and asked for different colors, different ideas and within a day she came up with more outstanding concepts. I must have called her 4-6 times without having to wait and wrote 7-8 emails with immediate response. I could not believe how understanding Jamie was and how polite she was on the phone every time I called. I truly believe she had just as much fun as I did coming up with my Logos. I could not have done this without her and Im great full I found her. I would highly recommend working with Jamie to anyone who wants quality work done in a very short time frame. The customer service was friendly and helpful and the products were completed with a very fast turn around. I did all of my business over the phone and sent art via email which was convenient and very appreciated considering my busy schedule.

Jamie was rude and made me feel like I was a nuisance. She invited me to look at the computer mock-up of some vehicle lettering. When we sat down she seemed offended that I didnt like her color choice. I felt ignored as if I was a bother to her. It was like she didnt hear me make the requested changes.Then she pointed to a small sign in the work area that reads $100 an hr. to sit with a designer. I would be happy to pay that if the service was better. If your going to make a $1000-$1500 sale at full retail, you should be more friendly and accept customer input more graciously. I have always done my own auto graphics before. Its not very hard. You can layout the project, get the vinyl lettering on line and do it yourself for 1/3 the cost. I wanted to get a professional to do it for me this time because it is a larger job and I dont have the time.
