First time I’d been to Party City. Tons of stuff. I got all I needed for my daughter’s 5th birthday party, and then some! Went back a few times to get extra items and to ask questions. One young staff member who served me multiple times was particularly helpful and happily buoyant. I went back today after my girl’s party, to ask for a discount on one of their large helium balloons as ours burst a little more easily than you would expect, and then the replacement did the same. After checking in with her supervisor today’s staff member gave me a second replacement at no charge. That’s good customer service.

The store was very clean, getting halloween stuff in. The employee at the front was helpful. They were trying to get thea/c fixed, but everyone had a great attitude without complaining.

Absolutely horrible experience with this store today. My girlfriend ordered almost $120 worth of items to be delivered hours before a party this evening, and they ended up delivering only $25 worth of Mylar balloons, one of which was deflated. When we called to ask for an explanation, a girl with almost no social skills answered the phone said they still had our order and would deliver it “at some time soon they didn’t know”, and refused a refund. Literally didn’t even apologize. We hung up and called party city corporate customer service and received a refund immediately and many apologies. This party city is low quality, and I feel bad for anyone who interacts with the employees we did tonight.

Over priced but good selection

Place was very helpful when I needed a costume and was looking for it last minute. Had it in stock and walked me through the online process to hold it and ensure it was mine. Great customer service and assistance with me issue. Thanks guys!!

Great for kids party supplies, basically found everything I needed for my sons birthday. They didnt have alot of staff when I went but they tried their best between customers to keep things organized. Would recommend going here over Walmart for birthday stuff.

I brought in balloons to inflate, they popped them and charged me to replace the ones that they popped. Manager was Hanna

Name the party item that you need Party City has it! I especially love the areas where it is color-coded as it makes your shopping easier. For example, we went in to get yellow gift wrap packaging for my daughters friends birthday gift. And we were in a hurry. We went straight to the yellow section, grabbed what we needed and were out the door within 10 minutes. Perfect!

Its December 1st and they didnt have Christmas stuff out yet. Strike 1. There are entire rows with no stock in them. Strike 2. They are out of helium. Strike 3. When I asked if I could just get one of the birthday balloons off the wall, I was told no with a snarky, I dont think were allowed to sell those. Ill go elsewhere for my kids next parties. I dont expect them to be able to stay open much longer with customer service and no inventory.

I can always find what I need here, no matter how random. Without thinking, we went in on the night before Halloween to get stuff for my daughters birthday party. The line was crazy long but the people working the registers got everyone through really fast. What I thought would be a complete drag wasnt a big deal at all. I was pleasantly surprised.

We ordered balloons for a party and it was a MESS! Even though I spoke to people in the store multiple times about the specifics of the order and the date, they were not ready and they did not even have our order when we walked in. They quickly blew them up. After we took them several of them popped and the next day (we had paid the extra $ for the long lasting balloons) when we showed up to set up for the party, most of them were partly or completely deflated!! Terrible service and terrible product!

Everything you will need for a party with reasonable prices. They have huge selection of greetings, costumes, balloons and all kinds of party supplies. Its a fun place. Customer service and overall employee attitude is okay!

Some stuff for everything and a lot of stuff for a few things sums this place up. Kids parties and any upcoming holidays will have a ton of options which is perfect and all for reasonable prices. Other kinds of events like adult birthday parties, anniversaries and the like dont have near as many options. Also if you like balloons they got you covered!

Pretty standard party city here. Its new so it still pretty clean and somewhat organized. Good Halloween section right when you walk in, large well stocked candy section too

They have a large selection of both large-and small- quantities of party supplies. Its always fun to plan a party here! I did wander around a long time before tracking down help, however.

Really nice stuff for pride most stores exclude rainbow stuff just for what its associated with but I love that party City openly will have a whole section,one thing that Im not to fond about is they do not have a quinceanera section just a sweet 16 one

Took for ever waited out side for 30 min the side to go in to get the stuff & that could not find it for a nuther 45 min should of been a in an out thing order 7 day be for we drove 1 1/4 hr to get there so what should of took 2 1/2 hr took 3 3/4 I would not recommend this place & the staff was snoty to my wife & I why we were waiting for are stuff

It was kinda messy in the store. I went in the morning too on a Thursday. The staff was very friendly. My cashier was nice as well.

I did an online order on 19th for curbside pick up Today i received an email telling me my order is ready. I have called multiple times, as the phone just rings. If you wait long enough the phone just hangs up on you or goes to a busy signal. How long do you sit outside and knock on the door to i ask for a refund? Ridiculous!

Fun visit. Was looking g for Congrats on new job decoration that apparently are hard to get. Great staff helped me find an alternative

My friend and I were looking for Halloween costumes and my friend bought two hung that broke right when he opened them. Then I slipped in trash that the employees left on the floor while setting up the Halloween stuff and cut my arm. Finally a tag fell off of an item I was looking at and an employee kicked us out.

Bought gloves $18 and when I got home found out that they dont even remotely fit. They are sold for adults not kids but wont even fit on the youngest member of the family (arms would have to be about two inches wide) . Did not receive a receipt so they wont accept a return even though I called back within an hour.

Party City puts coupons on their website that they do not honor even when all the terms listed in the fine print are met. Be careful when trying to use their coupons, they are false advertisers.

I went the day before Halloween so good majority of stuff was gone, but staff was nice.

Loved that they carried all the local High Schools themed balloons, photo booth, glasses, picture frames, well you name it and they had it in each schools colors everything you could think of for graduation and all the other parties going on around each schools calendar

The staff here is more than aloof. They make eye contact with you when youre waiting to fill up balloons and then walk the other way. No one says hello, how may I help you? even after making eye contact. There were three cashiers for one customer and completely ignored anyone who needed balloons filled. Its pretty remarkable seeing as that is one of the biggest things you advertise.Perhaps it is because the staff is young, but if your entire business is customer service, better training is appropriate.

One stop shop to get birthday party and any other party items..

Ordered balloons for my sisters wedding so people could release them as the couple exited. About half popped before we got them home which I was somewhat expecting. What i wasnt expecting was the balloons only floated for about 2 hours and by hour three they were all on the ground. Needless to say when they say they last 7 hours they are sadly mistaken. Dont waste your money like I most definitely did!

Great prices and the Staff was very helpful. I found most of the things I was looking for. I went there to find a costume for my son. I had most of my help from a sales associate. I did find some of the merchandise was misplaced and not under the correct prices, but this is normal at Halloween time.

A bit over priced for the quality. Disappointing that they didnt have any construction/truck themed decorations.

Good prices and selection but horrible quality for pinatas. Thing broke before kids could even hit it. Very sad. Go to the Mexican shops for them they are more expensive but great quality.

I was in today to get some balloons for my sons 2nd birthday. He had only one request for his birthday....balloons! His older brother had some for his birthday, and that is all he has talked about since. I was talked into purchasing the extended helium offer. I cannot remember what it was called. I was told that this would guarantee that the balloons stayed full for at least 24 hours. I made this purchase at around 10:45 am. After she filled my balloons I mentioned to her that they didnt look like they were completely full, and that I noticed a couple of them didnt even float all the way up to the ceiling. She assured me that this was because she was stepping on the string. I was not feeling confrontational, but I am no dummy. Even if she was stepping on the string, the balloon would have bounced right up to the ceiling, rather then slowly hovering in the air. Well, to no surprise of my own, these balloons are currently just hovering above my floor. It is 9:16pm. Not even close to 24 hours! I am not concerned about getting my money back. This was the ONLY request my 2 year old son had for his birthday! He is going to wake up tomorrow, and the balloons he wanted so badly will be waiting for him on the kitchen floor! This is such a disappointment, and the staff person at Party City that helped me today should be ashamed of herself!

You can tell their employees are not happy. The employees just dont seem to care. And everything in the store you can find much cheaper online.

This place is a great place to get cheap candy and to have ideas for your next bday party! This place is very quiet and fun to walk and browse to see what is trending for parties or your next halloween costume.

Dissapointing! Don’t bother if you want attentive service, or if you need to be out of there within 20 minutes... It seems all their employees are unmotivated high school students? I waited in line only to be told that I had to go to a different line, wait there, then was told there was a 30 minute wait for balloon blowup!? This location desperately needs new systems - and new employees with more hustle while working. 👎🏻
