Safelite is great if you dont have something they need to do that is hard or takes longer than the tech likes.Had a repair done & the tech complained about the extra time it would take & how much harder he would have to work. Sorry you had to earn your paycheck with my repair! Overall satisfied but employees need better attitudes.

Safelite on North Main is my go-to place for windshield repairs. I have to visit them every year or two it seems and Im always impressed with their service. They are fast, friendly, and honor appointments. They work with my insurance company and Im always in/out quickly. Oh yeah and the repair work is always top notch! Thanks Safelite!

Took over a month to get my windshield replaced. They ordered the wrong one because they didnt believe my 2020 Mazda cx 30 existed. Unprofessional and bewildered why they dont keep up with new car models. Installers looked grungy and unkept. Didnt want them sitting in my car. Go someplace else.

Friendly, efficient professionals. Wed bought our brand new Forrester just a few weeks earlier. A stone had hit the windshield, and the crack was slowly spreading across the glass. Glad wed bought insurance for this when we bought the car. My husband dropped it off in the morning, we picked it up a few hours later. The guys at Safelite are top notch. Our car looks brand new again!

I made an appointment through my insurance companys app. Safelites national scheduler called me with an appointment time. I dropped off the car and it was done within the hour and a half window they quoted me. It couldnt have gone more fluidly. It almost seemed *too* easy!

Had an appointment set for a 12-5 window, and its now 5:15. We have been waiting all day and canceled plans to make sure we were home. Not a single peep from Safelite, and apparently the offices are closed. Maybe next time give us a heads up if youre not going to make the window?

The employess were helpful & friendly in providing me with a rough estimated quote to replace my front windshield when i showed up very early one morning.👍☺👍After waking up to find i have a crack from one end of my front windshield to the other Im really bumming cos Safelite cant fix it if its over 6 inches I was told. At least for now its near the base & out of my sight range.I have a $500. deductable & the windshield will be about $300.-$400. so it looks like its gotta be all out of pocket dang it. Hands down the best service in Longmont!Shoutout to Beth who called the day before my appointment to confirm my info. Was able to make a same day appointment to get my windshield replaced! Safelite is definitely a bit pricier than some local options, but being an impatient person I wanted to get my windshield replaced fast and Safelite was there! The customer service was awesome and it was finished in about 1 hour. Highly recommend!

I have a 2016 Outback which requires calibration of the EyeSight system after replacing the windshield. I was given an estimate of 3-4 hours to complete the work. I was pleasantly surprised the work took less than 2 hours. I would recommend this shop.

I loved how I could get this nuisance fixed while I was at work. Joel was very professional and prompt, even able to get to me sooner that originally estimated. My windshield looks great, he didnt leave any mess behind and even washed all of my windows. Finding a promo code online sealed my decision of going with them and I think I made the best choice! Definitely a company I would trust to work with again.

Just had the windshield on my 95 Mercedes replaced. I was very impressed with Joshua and his thoroughness. He took his time and made sure it was done right and even made sure the bottom seal sat correctly like it was supposed to. My vehicle looks soooo much better now!!!

I had used Safelite twice before with good results. Not this time. Timothy broke the too transponder on my windshield and did not report it to me. I noticed it 2 days later and reported it, was told someone would call me back that day. They called two days later when I was out of state. They agreed to call me back on a specific date about a week down the road. That date was two weeks ago and no call. I made a followup call today. It took nearly 15 minutes to get through their phone system. Then, she told me she would transfer me to the Longmont store. Minutes later, after several tries, she said she would have to have someone call me back. When they called back I was on another call and they left a message. I tried to return the call and ended up back in the same awful phone system. Now, Im going to drive to the store and see that that works any better. The amount of time Ive spent trying to resolve this is absurd. I wont use Safelite again.

Great service, great work. The only reason for 4 stars, please dont assume I want chemical filled car air freshener sprayed in my car.... I get it, and it was a nice touch which most people would love, but knowing whats in that crap and how it affects our health I was not pleased. At least simply offer before assuming. Again, windshield, workmanship and service were all wonderful though, thank you!

Safelite is in a hard to find place, behind another Auto service center. The receptionist was very pleasent and helpful she phoned the insurance company for us and got everything taken care of. The glass repair specialist was also helpful and informative. He came out and asked us questions before we even booked our appointment, very proactive. I would recommend this glass/windshield repair place to anyone who can find it.

On 24 Sep 2019, Tuesday, our insurance arranged for Safelite to replace our front drivers side door window. On 26 Sep 2019, Thursday, a Safelite person arrived at our residence around 3:30 P.M. from Loveland, and they were very professional, and very polite. They quickly discovered that they had the wrong type of glass (tempered instead of laminated), and reported it back to their dispatch. They told us that the glass would need to be ordered from the vehicle manufacturer directly, because of how new the vehicle was. We were rescheduled for Friday between 12 and 5. On Friday at around 1:30 P.M. we recieved a call from a Safelite technician informing us that the part had not been delivered yet and that we were be rescheduled for Monday from 8 to 12. On 30 Sep 2019, Monday, at around 1 P.M. we called Safelite to see why they hadnt come out yet. We were told that the glass had still not arrived. The Safelite representative told us that they were going to cancel our appointment, and would call us as soon as it had arrived. On the following Tuesday, around 1:30 P.M., we called them again for an update, but were told it still hadnt arrived. On 2 Oct 2019, at around 3 P.M., we called Safelite and were informed that the glass had arrived. However, they told us that they couldnt schedule us for a mobile appointment until the following week, but could get us in on Friday afternoon if we brought it to their facility. After we let them know how disappointed we were with the service thus far they were able to schedule for 9 A.M. at their facility on 3 Oct 2019. When we arrived for this appointment we were told it would take around 2 hours for them to get the new window in. Luckily we had family visiting and they were able to give us a ride so that we didnt have to wait at Safelite for the window to be fixed. On a side note, outside the Safelite facility there is a lot of stuff all over the ground and we were a little concerned about the possibility of damage to our tires. At 10:30 A.M., Safelite called us to let us know that the part was broken and they had to drive all the way to Centennial, CO, in order to get a new one. They told us they would call us as soon as our vehicle was ready. At 1:30 P.M., we were called and told that our vehicle was finally ready for pickup. The representatives behind the counter were neither rude, or polite. They let us know not to roll the window down for at least 48 hours (a part had to be glued and the glue needed time to dry). On a positive note, the window was finally replaced, and was replaced with glass directly from the manufacturer of our vehicle. Given that this is a brand new vehicle and we have only had it a couple of months we were extremely relieved. We have used Safelite many times over the last 25 years, and they are normally very professional, and very quick. We are chalking this one time up to being just a fluke. We will be utilizing their services again, no doubt, and still recommend them for glass repair (especially windshield repair).Ive changed the rating to 5 stars. Safelite refunded my $50 deductible. It was a nice gesture on their part and I felt it definitely showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. I just purchased a new vehicle that coincidentally has a crack in the windshield and will definitely be calling on Safelite in order go get it repaired.Almost 2 weeks after refunding our deductible they charged it again. I dont know what the deal with that is. On top of that, we bought a new vehicle 2 weeks ago that had a crack in the windshield and we are still waiting on Safelite to replace it. Since it is a new vehicle they had to special order it through the vehicle manufacturer, the same as they had to on my other vehicle. This the first time we have ever had any issues with Safelite but it seems to be a trend here.

Windshield service in your own driveway! What a great way to spend a Saturday sitting on my ass while somebody installs my window for me after I got done working all week! Not only that they did an awesome job and were very courteous and friendly!

I purchased a new car and less than 1000 miles on the odometer a rock chipped my windshield. I drove straight to their shop and they got me right in and even apologized about the 30 min wait. Once it was repaired I couldn’t even tell there was a chip and splinter. Cade did an excellent job and seemed to take the time to do the job right!! Initially I thought $98 for a repair was a bit high BUT, after learning that my particular windshield costs $850+ and factoring in time saved etc it was exactly the right price! Very pleased!

The windshield replacement looks great. If the car was vacuumed, it was cleaner when I brought it in, but since I brought my car in for the windshield, that is what counts!

Safelite AutoGlass in Longmont was the best price when I needed a new windshield with HUD. Every other place was $125+ more because of the heads up display (HUD) made it a specialty product. Plus they gave a military discount which I appreciate. They were fast and friendly, the new windshield looks great! Highly recommend!

They where polite enough. I still found glass in the carpet. And the window cleaning for the rest of the windows less the adequate. Still the installed windshield look good and it was done in the time they said it would be.

I’ve been going here for some time now. I like the service and the price is right. The staff are friendly and I’ve gotten my car on time every time. I just used the service where they come to your vehicle and change out the windshield. It was great may do that again.

Everything about my experience was great. Scheduling on line was a breeze and I felt like there were a lot of options for me to work with my schedule. Cade, the mobile glass technician who replaced my windshield, was very friendly, communicative, respectful and on time. I would use Safelite again in a heartbeat.

Second windshield installed in as many months (Lots of rocks and semi trucks). Both times, the seal was not done correctly and required a second appointment. The last time, they couldnt reproduce the issue so they did nothing. Going through the car wash yesterday we had water coming through the front windshield. Hmmm. The loud air noise that I hear when driving and the water coming through must be my imagination. Now have to take the vehicle for a THIRD time and insist they do it right - hopefully that will be the last time.

Second time in 4 years I have had to replace my Nissan Sentra front windshield, Safelite has done it both times and both times I have been very satisfied. The second time I had it done at the Shop, Dylan did an awesome job and informed me of what not to do for the next 48 hours to make sure it would not have any issues. Safelite has always performed windshield replacement flawlessly for me. This particular shop was dismal in their care of me and my vehicle. Next time, Ill go to another location. The manager was involved from day one and continuously made decisions which he did not follow through on for multiple occasions.

Glass replacement was fine. However, the last time I was there, they replaced the E-470 transponder and all I had to do was go on line to activate it. For some reason they dont do this and Ill have to go to Boulder, Loveland, or have one mailed.

I have a older 4runner and if you have a older car I recommend you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They will not install a windshield if you even have a little bit of rust. After some research other people have had them rip the old windshield completely out then are told that they cant install the new one. After waiting around all day the tech spent 20 minutes pulling my windshield apart then left with zero effort to return it to the state they found it. One suggestion for safelite would be: When a customer tells you the age of the car tell them that any rust will lead to service being refused. Better off going with someone local instead of a chain who wastes your time, does a half ass job, and doesnt care about customer satisfaction.

I called on Friday to get a new windshield for my Subaru. They were able to get me in that afternoon at 3:30, and I picked it up at 5:30. I was impressed by both the workmanship, but mostly I was blown away by the customer service. Tim was very friendly, and was very thorough in explaining the process. I usually dont take the time to write a review, but Tim and Safelite Longmont were amazing.

Great service and arrived earlier than expected. Thr man who worked on our vehicle was an absolute riot to talk to! Overall the process took about 30 minutes start to finish and it all took placein my driveway. I didnt have to take the car in or anything! Will go here again whe. The need arrises.

I had a great experience getting the windshield replaced in my Dodge Ram. They treated me courteously and professionally. I arrived around 10:15 and they finished right when they told me they would -- around 12:15. While I dont hope to need to change my windshield anytime soon, I would definitely come back to Safelite in Longmont if / when the need arises.

Went in and set up appointment. Upon return, no glass, I could drive 27 or so miles and have it done on another town. Then wanted to reschedule. Have to use the general number to central office and just a hassle. Did get nice glass install but things on front floor were damaged or missing after. Guess that is how service works now.

My windshield is installed off center so far the body molding does not line up anymore. The seals were left damaged and flapping on the car. The wrong windshield was ordered and it took from 8:30 am to 5:30pm. My car is in worse shape then when I took it in except the glass which is off center is not broken.This review is still pending. Josh has assured me my Windshield will be properly installed. I will be glad to update if this has a happy ending.

Horrible experience at this shop. I drive a Subaru with eyesight, and typically schedule a remote service for broken windshields, then subsequently take the car into the dealership to have the eyesight camera calibrated. Safelite assured me that they can now calibrate the camera, but only in-shop, and convinced me to bring the car in for for a one-stop-shop. The first visit, I waited for an hour, then was informed by the shop manager that his tech dropped and broke the replacement glass and Id have to come back another day. He didnt apologize, but worked me in a couple days later. That, alone, doesnt merit one star. When I came back for my second appointment, I waited for almost three hours and then was informed that they were unable to calibrate the camera because their shop floor isnt level, and that Id have to take the car to the dealership anyway. Neither event motivated a sincere apology from the manager, and the entire process was handled extremely unprofessionally. Safelite is typically great to work with, but this shop has atrocious service. I would not recommend wasting your time at this location.

Scheduled service to replace my windshield for their soonest available day they had. Completed all the information on line which was very handy. I selected all the correct information, but the technician was still sent with the wrong windshield. Gentleman was very nice. I assumed it would be another day or two, but when he contacted his office they advised him they could not return for another week. Office just told him they were simply too busy. It was their error, but really made no effort to rectify. They did say they could move it up to be done in 4 more days. I was disappointment in their sense of urgency to resolve their error, so I have decided to find another vendor and I will not attempt to use them again.

Four visits to this place for a new windshield and in the end still just a mediocre job. Trim piece fell off of my rear view mirror on the way home. Trim moulding on exterior sides of glass not reseated correctly. Interior a pillars dirty. And vinyl on my shift lever was scratched. Manager Katie is friendly and wants to be helpful but Im not sure about the competency of the installers.

I was quoted by Safelite AutoGlass an online price of $230 for windshield replacement. When I went to the Ft. Collins location, the price went up to $350. This is more than tax and disposal fees. So I went to another business that quoted $230, and they stuck to that price. Safelite online and their brick-n-mortar locations need to get on the same page.

I have a 2001 dodge 2500 with a edge in it. Well I had this company out to put in a new windshield and instead of pulling my edge of my windshield he decided to rip it all apart put in the new window and instead of telling someone what he did. He thought it would be a great idea to stuff it back together. So my wife not knowing any better started the truck and started to drive it home well she didnt make it very far it fried all the electronics in the truck. Ive given this company 2 weeks to fix this 8000 dollar mistake and all Im getting is the run around from Tom.

These guys provide beyond excellent service, when I arrived and had my windshield replaced the new one cracked in the store. They rescheduled and provided me with a new windshield at a later time at a small discount to my overall payment and didnt charge me for the windshehield that broke. They even vacuumed my car! I would recommemd them to everyone in need of a new windshield.

Got my wind-shield replaced recently; the setup process for the appointment was very smooth; the follow-up leading up to the actual appointment was informative; the technician who showed up at my place to do the work was very professional, and got the work done in quick time and did a wonderful job.

Got in my car and drove to Safelite. Walked in 5 minutes early, tech was ready right away. Job done in 12 minutes from that and it exceeded my expectations for repair. No paperwork or hassle, they worked with my insurance and it was EASY. Back home within an hour of starting to schedule my appointment. NOW THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! Can you folks at Safelite go run the Dentist office please!!??

Tim and the young lady who helped me were very courteous and helpful. I was driving home and got behind a truck that dumped some debris on the road. I heard some loud hits on my windshield and looked feverishly for the cracks I was sure to see. I noticed one fairly shallow hit. I drove in, they checked the glass and determined it was an old hit from the previous owner of my 07 Passat. They also checked the entire windshield and noted a couple other surface dings that have been filled. Very honest and nice of them to take the extra step and let me know what was already done.

Sunroof replacement. The white lithium grease for the tracks is on my 350 dollar coverking seat covers its on my console and cup holders they also decided that was not enough so lets get it on my weather tech floor mats. Then to top it all off they did not remove the headliner so broken glass is moving all around when i take a turn. I specifically asked if headliner would be removed. They obviously did not. Horrible work will tell everyone i know not to go to this store.Robert McKissick
